The chocolate fondant needs to be cooked properly, and the pear poaching needs to be correct. 🥹 As for the service, we found it lacked professionalism.

08/01/2026: While on holiday in Marseillan, we went to eat in Sète and chose the Porto Pollo restaurant. The owner was super friendly, the setting was lovely, the restaurant pleasant, and the staff were friendly. And of course, most importantly, the food! Honestly, I was afraid I'd be disappointed, but not at all! The price was reasonable and it was very good; I thoroughly enjoyed it. 28/12/2025: A truly lovely restaurant: small, welcoming, beautifully decorated, and run with love and passion. We ate a generous seafood platter, excellent and at a very fair price. The service was very attentive and pleasant. It was a truly lovely evening, a must-visit if you're in the area.
The restaurant is in the city center, but on a very quiet street outside the historic center, making it convenient even if you're driving.
