11/04/2026: While out for a walk with my partner around 12:30, I was feeling a bit peckish, so we stopped at Le Notre-Dame restaurant. We received a warm welcome, sat down on the terrace, and started with a very good aperitif, followed by cuttlefish in parsley sauce with vegetables and fries – absolutely delicious! For dessert, we had two excellent Notre-Dame ice cream sundaes. A fantastic restaurant, thank you!

23/04/2026: The salad was very good and very original with their pasta bowl, the staff were very pleasant, it's always a pleasure to eat there!

22/04/2026: We were a group of four nights a week for dinner. The set menu was excellent, and the service was top-notch. They were very accommodating; anything I could say about it would fall short. Overall, a 10 out of 10. I will definitely recommend it, and I will return if I have the chance.

13/03/2026: A very warm welcome from the owners, a kitchen team that seems genuinely happy to be there, and it makes all the difference in the food. The portions are generous, filled with fresh ingredients despite the many options on the menu. A well-stocked wine cellar with local wines at very reasonable prices, all in a cozy atmosphere by the fireplace. Everything is in place for a wonderful time with friends, family, or as a couple. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for everything!

20/02/2026: Excellent experience at this Vietnamese restaurant! The dishes are delicious, prepared with fresh and authentic ingredients. The portions are very generous, and the prices are truly attractive considering the quantity and, above all, the quality offered: it's hard to find better value for money. The value is clearly a major strength of this establishment. The service is perfect, welcoming, and attentive, and the friendly and warm atmosphere makes the meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place!

18/02/2026: A superb discovery in Marseillan! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. The dishes were delicious, fresh, and generous. The welcome was warm and the service impeccable. Special mention to the built-in grill at the table.

07/04/2026: The hotel has rooms that look like they're from the 80s and could really use an update, perhaps with a 140cm bed, which is much more modern. On the plus side, the service is very friendly; on the downside, the €15 breakfast is really overpriced for what's offered.

03/04/2026: Magnificent location, we were there for a Wonderbox meal, everything was very good and excellent from the meal to the welcome, as we were in a camper van and they accepted us to be able to sleep in their private and secure parking at the back of the hotel, we recommend without hesitation.

14/04/2026: Sunday, April 12, 2026 - 5:15 PM Purchased a mille-feuille and a homemade Bueno tart The pastries are good: the mille-feuille was excellent 😋 The Bueno tart was okay, but the Bueno flavor was almost nonexistent ☹️ Prices are quite high, but thankfully the quality is there. However, a major drawback was the service: the saleswoman was cold, unfriendly, and rushed customers without giving them time to choose. We clearly felt like we were bothering her (it was Sunday and raining, perhaps that was the reason...) 🤔 It's a shame, because the products are worth it, but the service ruins the experience. Despite this, I recommend this place for its pastries 👍🏻

27/11/2024: Price is over the top for wat is served. 60 euro for a 12 euro bottle of wine, more than 14 euro for two eggs, and more that 20 euros for a pannino (toasty). We did have a nice evening, and may come back, but value /price is excessive

10/04/2026: Fantastic experience at Oasis! 😊 The waitresses are absolutely lovely, always smiling and very professional; you immediately feel at ease. The service is quick and always cheerful. The food is excellent, the dishes are delicious and beautifully presented; you can tell everything is made with care. The welcome is warm, and we were very well looked after from beginning to end. And a special mention for the cleanliness of the place—everything is spotless, which is really nice. I recommend it 100%, and I'll definitely be back!

06/04/2026: A friend and I came to discover this restaurant tonight, and what a wonderful surprise! 🤩 Without a doubt, the best tagine I've had in a very long time. We thoroughly enjoyed it from beginning to end. The welcome was incredibly warm, the waitresses were lovely and very attentive, and the setting is magnificent; we felt completely transported during our meal. A very welcome touch: the complimentary mint tea at the end of the meal—a truly thoughtful gesture that made all the difference 🙏 A huge congratulations to the owner and the entire team; you're the best! We highly recommend this restaurant, and we'll definitely be back very soon to try the rest of the menu!

04/10/2025: We had a wonderful time celebrating our birthday. It was our first visit to Pézenas, and we decided to have lunch at this restaurant. The staff were very kind and friendly, and the meal was excellent, with perfectly portioned dishes. We ate outside, and the setting was truly fantastic. We highly recommend the experience and will definitely return on our next trip to Pézenas.

13/09/2025: Reservation made at 7:30 pm for the first seating. The dessert on the sign at the restaurant entrance tempted my wife (fig tartlet, among other things, of course). We were seated upstairs, no complaints there. The waitress came to take our orders! We ordered an aperitif and told her our choice for the main course. We'd barely started our aperitif before the main course arrived! Butternut ravioli! Drenched in a greasy sauce! Hardly any filling inside! €30 for that! I ordered the stuffed pork loin; nothing extraordinary, but not bad either! Then came dessert, and the waitress said to my wife, "You must have misread. You must have looked at the lunch menu!" My wife insisted that the tartlet was listed on the starter's menu! The waitress said, "Oh well, we're out! Would you like something else?" No way! As for the salted caramel panna cotta! A runny, slightly runny cream covered in bits of lace, and that's it! We ended up with a bill of €89 for two for that! Well, it's not a place we'll be keeping or recommending!

24/04/2026: We had the vegetarian pizza and fries. It was delicious. The pizza, in particular, was topped with a wide variety of vegetables. Good selection of dishes. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

23/04/2026: Located on the quayside, this restaurant is visually appealing and boasts a large number of very welcoming servers. The set menu is attractive at €22.90 for a starter and main course or a main course and dessert, including oysters and mussels and fries, for example. I was worried it might be a tourist trap, but it was excellent, with generous portions and efficient service. My only slight disappointment was the profiteroles, where the chocolate was just an industrial sauce and the whipped cream was watery... a shame. We recommend this place.
