The evening concept with the blind tasting menu is truly brilliant; you're completely surprised, and each dish was a real discovery. Everything was delicious, refined, and bursting with flavor… We savored every single plate! 🤩 The team was just as fantastic! Welcoming, attentive, and passionate. It really makes all the difference and makes the experience even more memorable. A wonderful discovery, both for the food and the concept and atmosphere. 28/08/2026: First visit to Restaurant Louis today… and we already have a problem: we'll have to come back! We came for a leisurely lunch, and we left wanting to congratulate the chef, kiss the waitress (with her consent, of course), and lick the plates clean… but we restrained ourselves to remain civil. From appetizer to dessert, everything was excellent: dishes as beautiful as they were delicious, flavors that made you want to slow down to savor them even more, and a dessert that almost deserved a standing ovation. As for the service, it was perfect: smiling, attentive, efficient, and with just the right touch of humor to make you feel comfortable. In short, if you're looking for a place where your taste buds will have a better time than you do, go to Louis! Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful discovery. We'll be back… and probably sooner than expected. 😄🍽️🍷

19/08/2026: TL;DR: An amazing restaurant with exceptional food, fantastic service, and a great atmosphere. 10/10 - would absolutely recommend. I managed to snatch the last available table for two on Saturday, August 8th, and I'm very glad I did. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome. We started with water and an aperitif, accompanied by two lovely amuse-bouches. I ordered "The Green," an infused gin and tonic cocktail, which tasted great and came with a beautiful presentation. For dinner, we chose the three-course Chausey menu. We both started with the oysters, which were delicious and incredibly fresh, exactly what you would hope for when dining this close to the sea. For our main course, we both had the mussels with spaghetti and lobster bouillon. This dish was absolutely perfect. The flavours worked beautifully together, and it was easily one of the highlights of the evening. For dessert, we chose "Le Baba au Rhum Raisin", an amazingly light and boozy cake that was the perfect way to finish the meal. The service deserves a special mention as well. We weren't sure which wine to choose and had a few specific requests. Our waitress, who spoke perfect English and was specially assigned to our table, took the time to consult their wine expert and came back with an excellent selection of options tailored to what we were looking for. They really went the extra mile to make sure we had the right wine to accompany our meal. Overall, everything came together perfectly: excellent food, attentive and genuinely helpful service, beautiful presentation, and a wonderful atmosphere. It was easily one of the best dining experiences of our trip. 10/10 I would absolutely recommend this restaurant and would happily return.

08/08/2026: We had dinner at Café Bretón and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. We shared the melon tartare with Iberian ham and stracciatella, the salmon fillet, the boneless chicken, and for dessert, the cheese board. The dishes were different from the usual fare in the area, the ingredients were excellent, and the staff was lovely. I would definitely return; 100% recommended.

22/08/2026: A very pleasant bistro-style restaurant where you can watch the owner cooking with quality ingredients behind the counter, a very friendly atmosphere, and a waiter who serves excellent cocktails and presents the dishes beautifully. And of course, it's delicious!

The mussels and fries were absolutely delicious, I'm still thinking about them 😫 It's very friendly and the desserts look simply exquisite (but I'd already eaten too many mussels to order dessert).
