The decor and atmosphere are lovely, and above all, the staff are wonderful, kind, and attentive, always helping us find the best options for our food intolerances. No judgment, just help and a listening ear. It's always a huge pleasure to eat at Sarrasin, and we're sure to have a wonderful meal every time!

25/07/2026: Good products and preparation, but the galette itself isn't showcased in the specials. The filling is placed on top, and consequently, the galette underneath is dry. A shame, because everything else is high quality! Excellent service and location!

12/10/2026: We opted for the "gourmet" menu, which included a house cocktail and two glasses of white wine, carefully selected and recommended by the waiter. Everything was beautifully presented and delicious. The service was impeccable, matching the quality of the cuisine.

28/09/2026: The setting was very pleasant, and the dishes were beautifully presented. Although a lack of seasoning prevents me from giving this place 5 stars. It's also a shame that there's only one cocktail on the menu besides the traditional aperitifs. The easy parking was also a big plus in this slightly out-of-the-way part of Rennes.

07/10/2026: I've been going there regularly for three years now; it's my favorite restaurant in the area. The menu is frequently updated, and it's always a delight. They serve French cuisine, seasonal dishes, but always prepared in a unique way. Zest is very good at introducing you to new flavors and food combinations. I trust the menu so much that sometimes I order sight unseen, without even knowing what I'm choosing. The service is impeccable: quick, friendly, always with a smile, and attentive. Here, the tables, chairs, menus, cutlery, glasses, floor, and carafes are all clean, which is unfortunately not the case in all restaurants...

24/10/2026: A very good dinner! Very friendly welcome. Wide selection of vegetarian options and also some vegan tapas. We loved everything, but a special mention goes to the vegetable-curry-coconut samosas! Extensive selection of rums and cocktails. Lovely dessert menu. Thank you!

The produce you'll find here is grown on site - and if you want to see the vegetables and chickens and lambs that create the feast of flavors that erupt at the table - you don't have to take more than a few steps. The restaurant's staff transforms the farm's produce into an elite meal with awe-inspiring virtuosity.
