07/07/2026: The meal itself was fine. However, the waitresses' friendliness leaves much to be desired. They were cold, unfriendly, and curt in their responses, with an annoying air that was off-putting. In larger groups, it was clear this displeased them. It's a shame, it spoils everything. They shouldn't only be friendly to regular customers. Another minor issue: I found pieces of plastic in the ice cream (two desserts). I mentioned it when paying, and the cashier's response was unbelievable: "Oh, probably me when I opened the container this morning!" No apology or gesture of goodwill. Apparently, this is normal. So, disappointing and unprofessional for a well-known and reputable establishment.

10/08/2026: Closed. It's not written anywhere. All the maps say "open" and operating. At least update the current status. We made a special trip here in the 35°F (+95°F) heat. Disappointed.

01/07/2026: This was a great find for us, as we no longer go downtown due to parking difficulties. The setting is fantastic. The tables are spaced far apart, allowing for conversation without feeling crowded at the next table. 😉 The service is impeccable. The food is high-quality, delicious, and beautifully presented. We had a lovely time. I highly recommend it.

19/08/2026: The food was okay, nothing special, but the service really needs improvement. The waitress took all our orders at once, so we got our main course before our drinks. Then she didn't give us any bread or water. And it was way too noisy...

17/08/2026: Disappointing from start to finish. The welcome was appalling, the staff nonchalant, and the manager's attitude extremely aggressive, accompanied by completely inappropriate remarks. The food was just as disappointing: frankly disgusting, undercooked, and tasteless. I deliberately ordered mussels marinière, thinking I was getting a classic that was hard to mess up. Another huge disappointment: very little broth, mussels full of sand, and a bland sauce. The Maroilles cheese sauces, charged extra, were so diluted that the Maroilles flavor was practically nonexistent. Considering the prices, you're not paying for the ambiance, the welcome, the quality of service, or, even less so, the food. Avoid this place...

16/08/2026: The food was absolutely delicious and the staff very welcoming, even though we hadn't booked on Friday night. The service was quick and friendly, and they were very attentive to our needs. ☺️ The Welsh burger was excellent! 👌🤩 The mussels in garlic cream sauce were also very good. We will definitely be back without hesitation! ☺️

16/04/2026: During my solo trek on the Via Francigena, passing through the Moulin d'Audenfort in the Pas-de-Calais region on the night of April 11th to 12th, I had a truly wonderful experience. The welcome from the owner's parents was incredibly kind and warm, which is especially appreciated when traveling alone. The site is absolutely magnificent, a superb and peaceful setting. The rooms are impeccably clean, very comfortable, and particularly pleasant for recharging. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all walkers or travelers passing through the region!

15/05/2026: We spent two days at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming, smiling, and pleasant. We had a good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice, and the night porter was very friendly. We had lunch with a sea view. For dinner, we ate at the restaurant downstairs, which had a lovely setting with excellent food and a wide variety of choices. We would definitely return.

10/05/2026: Very nice, clean hotel. The rooms are large and well-equipped... Close to the sea and the city center... We'll definitely come back... The food in the restaurant was world-class two years ago... Unfortunately, not this time 😞.

29/07/2026: First and foremost, the warm welcome, patience, and helpfulness of the staff are noteworthy. There's a very wide selection of breads, sandwiches, and some rather original salads. The prices are very reasonable for such a high-quality establishment. You can eat in the shop, which is air-conditioned. Best of luck!

13/06/2026: Hello, I regularly visit Arras and this bakery was recommended to me. The place is typical and has an authentic feel. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the products, although they are a bit more expensive than elsewhere. There are also some very good bakeries in this city that remain at more conventional prices. The disappointing aspect of this bakery is the haughty coldness of the saleswoman (the older one). While polite and courteous, she nevertheless seems unfriendly and icy. They don't want to know about people's lives. On the other hand, as a customer, you appreciate dealing with a smiling and friendly saleswoman. (Like the younger of the two that morning.) You win… I'll spend my money elsewhere from now on.

06/08/2026: A friend and I went to this restaurant for lunch. We received a very warm welcome, and the price of the set menu, considering how much we ate, was very reasonable. I highly recommend it. It's also about a 12-minute walk from the North Station. I'll definitely be back :)

The place is very nice and clean, and the selection is great, especially for drinks, ice cream, coffee, pastries, and their loyalty card is superb. They give excellent advice. Special mention to Lorenzo, who is a fantastic salesperson. If you're looking for something when you're feeling peckish and have a moment to take a break, go there. 04/07/2026: While passing through this brasserie, we received a very warm welcome and the meal was very good; I recommend it without hesitation.

13/08/2026: We went to Burger King last night, placed our order at 9:20 PM, and sat on the patio (as specified when ordering). We waited over 30 minutes before finally being served (the woman apologized for the wait). When we ate our burgers, we noticed that the meat was burnt (black), which wasn't good. The cheese had a peculiar and unusual taste compared to all the other Burger Kings we've eaten at. It was our first time eating at this one, and I think it will be our last.
