03/04/2024: This restaurant deserves to be discovered by more people! Its ideal location, just 50m from Blériot Sangatte beach, makes it easy to access with convenient parking. The interior of the restaurant is nicely simple, offering an elegant and pleasant setting. The story of the two chefs, who poured their hearts and souls into this business five years ago, is inspiring. The fact that the chef is now in the dining room and his second in command is in charge in the kitchen is testament to their passion and dedication. The menu, although short, highlights fresh, quality products. Our culinary experience last night, with scallops accompanied by a chorizo, parmesan and asparagus risotto, was a real delight! And let's not even talk about the lemon tiramisu for dessert, a real favorite. The cuisine is authentic and sincere, far from the artifice often encountered in the dining room. However, a slight downside could be the absence of an elegant and smiling female presence in the room. In summary, we highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.
