23/08/2026: This was our sixth visit to this establishment. Until now, everything had been almost perfect, but what a disappointment this Saturday! The atmosphere was very oppressive (heat), noisy (a table of four people who seemed to think they were at a fair). As for the food, it started with a dirty knife that needed replacing. The dishes have become extremely basic, lacking any creativity (e.g., the raw zucchini appetizer swimming in a blue cheese sauce (€16), the sea bream cut into pieces that was difficult to find under a tomato (€18), the sea bass fillet cooked without any fuss (€34 nonetheless!). The wine service left much to be desired. The white wine was placed in an ice bucket at our request, but positioned outside the table. As a result, the main course arrived, and we still had more than half the bottle of white wine to finish. We had ordered the red wine in advance so it would be well-aerated before being served, but we only had to ask for it after the main courses had already arrived. As a result, in the rush, the glasses weren't changed between the red and white wines. We only recognized two permanent staff members; the other servers seemed to be new or in training. We understand that everyone has to start somewhere, but the service can't be up to standard with so many inexperienced employees. All of this leads us to conclude that this will be our last visit. Oh, and I almost forgot, the bill came to nearly 400 euros for four people!

18/08/2026: What a wonderful discovery the Anecdote restaurant in Montreuil-sur-Mer was! The four of us dined there on Saturday, August 8th, and had an exceptional time in an atmosphere that was both elegant and welcoming. The meal was simply remarkable: high-quality ingredients, refined cuisine, and memorable flavors that demonstrate true expertise. We were particularly impressed by the service, provided by a 19-year-old who had just joined the establishment for a short period before enlisting in the army. Although the restaurant industry isn't his primary profession, he displayed a kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism worthy of the finest establishments. His energy and sincerity added a precious human touch to our experience. Some background music would have been appreciated to complete the ambiance, but this is a minor detail given how perfect everything else was. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant, where culinary excellence and genuine hospitality meet with rare elegance.

21/01/2026: I ordered a Paola duo pizza, which was poorly topped with two pieces of pepper and almost no cheese, not to mention the merguez sausages. That's it, I'm done, even though I've been a customer for over 15 years.

01/05/2026: Dinner on May 1st. At 6:30 PM, there was a long queue! We waited barely 10 minutes for a table, kudos to the whole team for that alone. A very respectful welcome, and equally respectful service. The "Filles du Vent" (Girls of the Wind) are definitely on trend ;) They were so kind as to offer us shelter inside at 7:30 PM for dessert... The meal was perfect; the ribeye steak was incredibly tender, and my wife's andouillette was wonderfully creamy. The "Filles du Vent" aperitif was excellent ;) Such a warm, family atmosphere... 11/04/2026: The restaurant is no longer there, but they still have a takeaway ice cream counter. Don't go! The ice cream, supposedly homemade, has no taste: just sugar and artificial flavorings. Nothing like the good ice cream you'd expect to find on the coast. Go to Hardelot instead.

09/08/2026: We've been coming here for 15 years and we were disappointed because the pizza dough isn't the same anymore! It used to be flaky, but now it was harder. What a shame, that's why we went there in the first place!

18/05/2026: Great traditional pub on a beautiful square. The Picon vin blanc is superb.

15/05/2026: There is seating inside and on the terrace. The menu includes light meals such as sandwiches, salads, and croq monsieur. Dogs are welcome.

14/07/2026: First time yesterday and last. It's a shame to come to a restaurant (even a pub/brasserie) only to eat frozen fries that weren't even cooked properly. Unfortunately, this is quite common, and not just at this place. The salmon lasagna was okay, although the salmon was rather thin and the portion quite small. As for the Welsh rarebit, the cheese was good, but it's a shame that for a typical dish from the north, it was made with sliced ​​bread and processed ham. The service was fairly quick, but the customer experience needs improvement, especially when, after asking if everything was alright and receiving a negative response, there was an awkward silence without any explanation. A response, however bland, is expected, as a matter of principle… After a brief exchange at the bar over the bill, we understood that the owner didn't place much importance on the "fake" ingredients: the bread (which is a shame in France), the fries (the main ingredient in three-quarters of the dishes), the ham (which gives a general impression of the rest of the food)… I find that regrettable.

04/04/2026: There's nothing left to see. We came on a Saturday at lunchtime and it was practically empty. I just ordered a Welsh rarebit, which was overcooked mush. My wife had a goat cheese salad, but it was missing some of the ingredients: potatoes and new potatoes. This was clearly stated on the menu, and we told the waitress, but received no response. A disappointing brasserie. I don't recommend it.

11/03/2026: Excellent quality. I thoroughly enjoyed it, but couldn't finish it! The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend it.

12/08/2026: In freefall! The dishes used to be delicious and sophisticated: that's no longer the case! For example, the Octopus Verdure: an impressive quantity of chickpeas but hardly any octopus... The staff used to be attentive, friendly, and professional: that's no longer the case! For example, serving white wine instead of white port, not acknowledging the mistake, and offering absolutely no apology... Unacceptable! And the term "Champagne" is still being used fraudulently on the wine list... A swift intervention by management is necessary if you don't want to disappear...

10/08/2026: The experience was incredibly quick! We barely had time to finish our plates before they were cleared away. Starter, main course, and dessert in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Moreover, we could hear all the waiters' comments, which weren't very positive: "They're slow," "It's annoying"... The wine glass was chipped, a few details that meant the experience wasn't perfect. The food was good, a little under-seasoned, but there was no salt or pepper on the table. Nice atmosphere.

21/08/2026: I went to the drive-thru on Saturday night and half my order was forgotten, like my four Myk Florie and a drink. They don't check if everything is there, and when you go back, given how busy it is, it's too late. Be careful with your orders because half of them are forgotten.

10/08/2026: Increasingly disappointed with this McDonald's. The staff is unpleasant, and the manager avoids customers to avoid dealing with problems. Only 2 out of 6 self-service kiosks are working. It feels like the less I do, the better I look. I absolutely do not recommend this place. I can't wait for the competition to arrive so they learn their lesson.
