25/02/2026: Absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of dishes, a place you'll want to stay forever. Tea and coffee are unlimited, and the seafood is fresh and flavorful. Highly recommended. A delightful surprise is the small indoor playground where kids can play after their meal.

28/02/2026: A very warm welcome, quiet area, friendly restaurant. The dishes were beautifully prepared and presented, and everything was delicious.

27/02/2026: Very disappointed by this restaurant: a few bits of fat swimming in a very, very greasy sauce. In short, I had to search for the pieces of mutton in the plate containing the "mutton stew." As for the accompanying fries, they must have been reheated four or five times. Absolutely avoid this place! And spread the word!

17/01/2026: Purchase. Basket today, January 17, 2026. I'm disappointed. The baguette was hard, and the chocolate-covered raisin bread wasn't good. I won't go to this bakery again, even if the basket is still good and edible.

16/12/2024: Small restaurant whose front can grow back but interior decoration which immediately immerses you in the land of the rising sun. A well-stocked menu, lots of choice. Server not very smiling but courteous. Very good dishes except the mochis which were dry and unappetizing. Correct prices. Avoid the toilets....a horror!!!!

06/12/2024: We always enjoy coming to eat at Osaka Pluies, whether for the fast and pleasant service or the delicious dishes. There are also a lot of vegetarian options which I really appreciate.

01/03/2026: Run away!!! 10 years of loyalty down the drain... I called today (March 1st, 2025) to reserve a table for 9 people (I have proof in my call log, which I obviously showed to the manager... who made me out to be a liar even with the proof...). She told me on the phone that a reservation wasn't possible, but since it was 12:21 PM, if we arrived now we'd get a table... We arrived 5 minutes later (my in-laws live nearby) and we were ATTACKED!!!! Literally, by saying that nobody called... that we were lying, that they wouldn't give us a table (even though we said, even two tables of five would be fine...), the manager, threatening, incredibly vulgar, full of herself... yelled that she wouldn't give us a table, insisted that we hadn't called even with proof, she talked and insulted us to her colleagues every time she walked past us... so I did the same, and you've lost an entire family... we had already noticed a significant decrease in portion sizes, but we ignored it... this is unacceptable... absolutely unacceptable... not fit to be a manager, not fit to have a team in charge... oh yes, I forgot to mention that a few years ago someone I know resigned and attempted suicide because of the terrible service... well, now this confirms it. ... We had a wonderful meal at Memphis Lens 2 and were treated like royalty, even on a festive day and just 20 minutes later 😊

01/03/2026: They're liars! We called to ask if there was space, they said yes, but when we got there they refused to take us. The staff were incredibly rude.

15/02/2026: I've been going to Via for a long time now, always served with a smile and perfect timing, always a real treat… special mention to the chef who's seriously amazing! And of course to Anissa (I hope I spelled it right) who is always kind and friendly. In short, thank you to the whole team and thank you Bruno for offering such a high-quality establishment in Lens. You guys are great!

15/02/2026: Having been a regular for a while now, I must say this establishment has become special to me. The welcome is always top-notch, and the food is excellent, especially the pizzas, which are, in my opinion, the best in Lens. Special mention to Anissa, who provides outstanding service. In short, go without hesitation; you won't be disappointed!

03/07/2025: It's like a newsstand, with a large selection. My special request was on the pizza, but a standard item was missing. The pizza wasn't pre-sliced.

17/01/2026: DISGUSTING 🤢 We had to wait outside because it was too crowded inside. We had to pay for our order outside, and when we asked to wash our hands, that's when we saw the catastrophic state of the place inside. There was absolutely no hygiene. The employees were preparing orders with their smartphones in their hands or placed on the salad trays. The bread, the meat, the sauce—everything was awful. We were very lucky not to have gotten sick. ⚠️ The good reviews for this establishment are misleading.

18/01/2026: What a disappointment! The salads were presented very poorly. The ingredients really smelled cheap. The tomatoes were in very large chunks, tasteless, and the ham cubes were inedible due to the tough pieces inside. The warm goat cheese salad was the same—extremely disappointing for €19 😱. The plates were practically full when we left, and the feedback we gave to the waiter was not appreciated at all....

24/02/2026: The table service was excellent, the waiter was attentive. The dishes were generous and very tasty. I recommend it.

29/12/2025: I came today and was greeted by a particularly kind and attentive waiter. The service was impeccable, and I highly recommend this establishment. When ordering, I jokingly asked for homemade mashed potatoes as a side dish. To my surprise, the dish arrived with homemade mashed potatoes, the waiter having taken the time to fulfill my request. This thoughtful touch sets this establishment apart from other restaurants in the area. It was worth the hour-long drive, and I'm so glad to see such pleasant and smiling people! 😀
