27/06/2026: A very good experience at this bakery. I had a chicken curry sandwich with salad; it was really good and generously filled. The welcome was warm and friendly. Plus, they kindly offered me a coffee, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Fast service, good products, I highly recommend it!

30/04/2026: I bought three chocolate cakes. To begin with, the slices were very, very small. In fact, all the pastries compared to before... Secondly, the chocolate cakes were far too sweet, and the mousse at the bottom was grainy. This bakery has definitely declined in quality; I won't be going back.

15/08/2026: I was given the opportunity at this establishment to have lunch in their cellar, at a pleasant ambient temperature, while outside the temperature was already rising above seasonal norms. With a warm welcome and attentive service, I enjoyed a mixed salad that burst with freshness in every bite, followed by a delicious peach melba, a dessert I hadn't tasted in ages. This establishment truly lives up to its motto, "The Cellar of Flavors," as it was indeed in the cellar that I was able to appreciate all the flavors that were enhanced throughout the meal.

12/08/2026: The highlight of my vacation... the three of us came to eat and drink a delicious diabolo. We stumbled upon it during a day trip to Ambleteuse and decided to stop for a meal! A truly authentic place! The owner is a very kind lady, a little reserved but not at all unpleasant as I've read. A little respect for those who have the courage to run their establishment for so many years. The prices are more than reasonable (€1.80 for a diabolo), we thoroughly enjoyed it, and the fries are delicious! (€7 for the set menu). This place is unpretentious, just genuine. THANK YOU. We will gladly return.

16/08/2026: Like another restaurant in the area, which I won't name, "Le Retour des Flobards" was an unmissable annual stop from my earliest childhood. A tradition I revived a few years ago after the Boulogne Urban Trail, sitting down there in the last of my usable (and dry) sportswear after a memorable selfie where we were surprised by a beautiful, large wave... 🌊 It's all in the name: home-style cooking with seafood! Here, there's no fuss: you're welcomed like family, it's a family affair, and you won't be disappointed! The menu is well-rounded without being overwhelming, and for many items, it depends on the season and availability, which confirms the freshness of the ingredients, much to the delight of our taste buds! The dishes are generous and flavorful, and the pace allows you to enjoy everything without feeling rushed. In the end, despite an aperitif, wine to accompany the meal, and two set menus (not forgetting the one for my 11-year-old), the bill turned out to be more than reasonable! The rustic setting will bring back memories for those who, like me, frequented it in their youth. The staff is friendly and helpful without being intrusive, and the family atmosphere is evident. We will gladly recommend stopping by again on our next visit, which I hope will be soon!

17/08/2026: I ended up at this campsite somewhat by chance, during a business trip to the power plant, and frankly, I absolutely don't regret my choice! I had the perfect spot for my tent ⛺️. The showers and toilets were very clean, and above all, I received a super warm welcome from the owner, Ludo, whom I send my love to. He's truly professional, friendly, and always ready to help. I also attended a few evening events at the campsite, and the employee there was also really lovely. I send her my love too! 😊 I had a fantastic time. And what can I say about the people from the North ❤️! They are incredibly welcoming and really know how to make you feel at ease. I made some unforgettable friends during my stay. Unfortunately, I couldn't say goodbye to them before leaving, as they weren't at the campsite. Ludo, I'm counting on you to pass on the news to them! 😉 Thanks again for this wonderful stay and all the great moments. I'll definitely be back! ❤️⛺️ Gregory

18/06/2026: We used this establishment for a family celebration, catering them for us. I'm delighted with the quality and quantity; everyone enjoyed the cold buffet. Special mention goes to the potjevleesch and the salmon. As for the restaurant, having dined there several times, I highly recommend it (the tripe is particularly good). All this at very reasonable prices and with a warm welcome. Thank you, and see you soon!
