03/06/2026: Lots of choices on the menu, very affordable prices. Located on a small pedestrian street, pleasant atmosphere. The food was good, but the service... oh my god, appalling! Three people serving the same tables who couldn't remember what had been ordered or brought a completely different dish instead?! I waited 20 minutes for my dessert because they couldn't find it on the menu—yes, it's clearly listed. The worst part is that they came to ask me three times for the name of this supposedly delicious dessert. Luckily, we had some very friendly neighbors at the next table, so we could laugh about it. The worst part is that it was the same story at every table. We reread our order twice to make sure they hadn't made a mistake, which was the case for the person in front of us. In short, the street is full of restaurants; keep walking when you see this one, you'll find better elsewhere.

06/08/2026: Sad reality. The food is better in prison or police custody. I've never seen anything like it. The rice was so overcooked it had reverted to its pre-cooked state. No choice of vegetables. The mashed potatoes were a yellowish, smear-like mess. I understand why people avoid this place.

28/05/2026: Very disappointed. I'm used to getting my pizzas there for lunch, and I didn't open the box because I've trusted them completely from the start. But to my surprise, the pizza was burnt! I'm sorry, but you don't serve that to a customer, especially a regular. It tasted burnt and the cheese was completely dried out. I won't hesitate to come back and let you know, but if you value your customers, never do that again! 😡

18/04/2026: We ordered a raclette pizza and a tomato and ham pizza for the kids. The crust is thin and the pizza is generously topped. We'll be back; the service was friendly. I recommend it; good value for money.

14/03/2026: My first time at this hotel. I'll start with the negatives. *The rooms are starting to show their age; a good refresh would be welcome. *Parking is not free; you'll have to pay €3 to park. *The television has very limited channels, as they are often scrambled or don't work very well. I didn't notice any housekeeping or poor cleaning, just aging equipment. Overall, it's quite quiet, except in the morning when the cleaning staff shout at each other. I think they forget that some people are sleeping during the day. The reception staff are pleasant, especially the person who works the night shift at reception and serves breakfast in the morning—a very nice and friendly person! Otherwise, it's good value for money, but the €3 parking fee is definitely a drawback.

28/07/2026: Very bad experience We arrived at 6:30 PM and left at 8:30 PM without having paid for and not been served the crepes. The wait was far too long. Absolutely no organization. I do not recommend it. People who arrived after us were served before us, and the waiter wasn't very friendly. My brother-in-law was served before he had finished his charcuterie platter. 30/04/2026: The setting is nice, yes. But apart from that, everything else is a failure. No service worth mentioning: no toothbrush, very few amenities, no shuttle, and a location 3 km from the center that quickly becomes a problem when nothing is provided to compensate. But the worst part is the soundproofing, or rather, its complete lack thereof. You can hear absolutely everything, constantly: the slightest noise in the hallway, conversations in neighboring rooms, footsteps upstairs… absolutely everything. Sleeping in this hotel is a feat. A hotel is supposed to be a place of rest; here, it's the complete opposite. We endured a wedding with intoxicated guests: shouting, slamming doors, coming and going all night long. The result: a sleepless night. At €350 a night, it's simply outrageous. And as if that weren't enough, customer service is nonexistent. A manager was supposed to call us back on Monday: no call. We called again on Tuesday, they promised Wednesday: nothing. We called again on Wednesday, they mentioned Thursday: still nothing. At this point, it's not just an oversight, it's pure and simple contempt. We clearly feel like we're being treated like walking wallets. This establishment is completely unworthy of the reputation it claims to uphold.

09/08/2026: No air conditioning, it's hot 🥵 and takes longer than other McDonald's. In short, go to Douai, Arras, or Hénin-Beaumont!

28/06/2026: Overcooked pizzas, no salmon in the Nordic pizza... €28 wasted eating burnt food

22/06/2026: Error in the order, had to go back 20 minutes after placing it. We had to redo the pizzas 30 minutes later. We could finally eat the pizza, it wasn't good, and on top of that, I was sick all night. Definitely don't eat there.

26/08/2026: The checkout line was excessively long, which is not the fault of the cashiers, but rather a clear case of understaffing. Excuses related to the back-to-school season or the closure of another establishment cannot be accepted, as staffing levels need to be adjusted during these periods of high demand. Furthermore, the state of the restrooms was very unsatisfactory, despite a recent inspection indicating compliance (less than 5 minutes prior). On the other hand, we would like to emphasize that the all-you-can-eat buffet offered a good variety, and the quality of the vegetables and side dishes was satisfactory. In addition, the waiting time for food preparation was reasonable.

26/08/2026: Endless wait at the checkout. Despite the crowds, the cashier took the time to chat. Extremely noisy. Unpleasant place.

20/07/2026: Having come to look for "potatoes" (a specialty covered with almond paste and cocoa), we also bought a walnut and frangipane tartlet: a delight!

06/06/2026: The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the wait time was short (approximately 25 minutes for 3 menus). I highly recommend this establishment; you won't be disappointed!

15/08/2026: Fast food or slow food... there's a real lack of speed. We ordered from a kiosk at 9:14 PM and weren't served until after 10 PM, even after several complaints. The servers were unhelpful and showed no empathy whatsoever. Furthermore, when I started on my Big Mac, there was no sauce in it... I do not recommend this McDonald's.

14/08/2026: I'm only giving one star because Google doesn't allow zero. If I could have given zero, I gladly would have. I'm really not one to complain, but this is unacceptable. We came with a 5-year-old child, ordered, and paid at the counter. Then we waited… 2 HOURS. Every time we asked about our order, we were told "two minutes." After two hours, they finally came to ask us what we had ordered because apparently our order hadn't even been found, even though it had been paid for. Around 10 p.m., the manager asked us, "Do I take your order or do I give you a refund?" After waiting two hours with a hungry child, of course I asked him to take the order! He wrote the order down on a piece of paper, and we waited some more. 2 hours and 20 minutes in total. And frankly, given how the situation was handled, you'd almost wonder if the manager was still an intern. No management, no anticipation, no real solutions. We really felt like he was completely clueless. Yet, the crew seemed to be doing their best and were quite competent. After 2 hours and 20 minutes, the much-touted "goodwill gesture" arrived: three small ice creams. Except that when we got home, after only a 5-minute drive, the order was cold. Two hamburgers were missing, as were the sauces and even the promised ice creams. Some of the steaks were also way overcooked. So we waited 2 hours and 20 minutes with a 5-year-old, only to leave with a cold, incomplete order and without even the promised "goodwill gesture." And this is clearly not an isolated incident: at this McDonald's, a 45-minute wait seems to have become the norm, and some customers wait 1 hour and 30 minutes or more, even though the drive-thru is working perfectly. At some point, you have to take a hard look at yourself. A full refund would have been the bare minimum after such a situation. A disastrous experience from beginning to end. ‼️AVOID AT ALL COSTS. GO EAT ACROSS THE STREET.‼️

14/08/2026: I understand the low star rating much better now! At 2 pm, the weather was gorgeous and warm, so we decided to stay longer and have a drink on the grassy terrace... but they completely refused to serve us, saying "food only" without any tact or courtesy! It's a shame because there was no one else on the terrace... that's how you enjoy losing business!
