28/09/2026: We booked a table online and by phone, but apparently the reservation was useless since we didn't have a table when we arrived. We were offered an aperitif 45 minutes after we arrived. To be precise: we arrived at 8:10 pm, drinks were ordered at 8:50 pm, a table was offered to us at 8:45 pm, our food was taken at 9:00 pm, and we were served at 10:10 pm. We left at 10:30 pm. The problem is that they accept tables of 10 people, which means they have to bring out 10 dishes at once and end up overwhelmed because there are too many tables to manage (only 2 waitresses on a Saturday night for the entire restaurant). The wait was already long, and the quality of the food was a disaster; out of 5 people, only 1 person enjoyed their meal. The dishes are piled high with salad to hide the empty space on the plate… Customers complained about the wait, and instead of remaining understanding, the waitress became defensive and turned the customer away… a terrible atmosphere. My friends were also bothered by flies all evening. 🪰 Avoid at all costs.

28/04/2026: Hello everyone. I'm not one to complain, but enough is enough! I thought I was a good customer (one or two pizzas a week). Then one Saturday, right at opening time, I was the first customer. They told me they couldn't take my order because people had called before opening to place orders. The couple asked me to come back later that day. You should know that the pizzeria is 10 km from my house. You can imagine my reaction to learning that phone calls take priority over customers who walk in. I find this way of doing things disgraceful for a business. I will never set foot in there again. If their establishment closes, they'll have brought it on themselves. Furthermore, I noticed that some customers had loyalty cards (1 pizza = 1 point). I must be smelling a rat.

10/03/2026: I'm slightly lowering my rating after years of loyalty. The pizzas are still good, but the quality has declined. Several times now, I've found them to be less topped and less flavorful. The crust isn't as soft as it used to be either. I hope this will change because this pizzeria has been my number one since I was a child, and I really appreciate the owners' friendliness.

25/07/2026: I'm giving 5 stars so as not to be unfair to the brand, but I have to say the quality varies from one order to the next. Sometimes it's pretty good, which is understandable since it's not very expensive. Other times, it's bland, and you end up in the bathroom in the middle of the night. In short, the products aren't consistent. It's a shame, because we go there often.

18/07/2026: Ten of us came looking for a place to watch the World Cup semi-final, as there aren't any big screens in the city. We received a warm welcome, had drinks, and watched the match on a small TV. It was a nice, intimate atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

14/10/2026: We won't go there anymore. Too expensive. Terrible service. And on top of that, the menus aren't even up-to-date. Zero atmosphere. Flunch Béthune has declined sharply in quality recently.

04/10/2026: Honestly, not great... The fries were undercooked, both for me and my partner. Not to mention the overall state of the building. The waiter (the skinny guy with glasses) came out of the restroom without washing his hands, finishing zipping his jeans in the dining room...

03/08/2026: Good evening. Yesterday was our first and last visit. I promise you, we waited 50 minutes for two pizzas. And I must say, there were hardly any customers. We wanted to leave, but out of politeness, we waited... The result: There was a mistake on my pizza (but it wasn't a big deal). My girlfriend and I still have stomach aches 24 hours later. Seeing the conditions in which this (very friendly) gentleman works as a pizza maker, I'm not surprised. The pizzas aren't good. The crust is overcooked. It's very dirty, and he's completely disorganized. In short, a dangerous mess. It's a good thing he doesn't make seafood pizzas... It's truly pathetic.

09/09/2026: The waiter was there without any waiting and with a smile. The table service was very friendly, the children's menu was excellent and their opinions were taken into account, and the food was superb. The desserts were excellent. We will be back... an address to remember!

26/08/2026: A popular bar/café catering for Brits heading for the Channel Tunnel as well as others who fancy a drink in what they think is a pub. Service was friendly and our drinks were reasonably priced. There seemed to be an impressive choice of beers on tap. The name 'Queen Victoria' seems to be a default option for British-themed places in France. There are similarly named places in Lille and Marseilles.

20/08/2026: Love it. Great beers, lovely to just sit with a good beer and watch the world go by.

09/03/2026: The first time: a loaf of bread with huge holes (not air pockets!!!). I thought it might have been a baking mistake or something. It happens. The second time: same loaf, disappointing, no crumb: just holes!!! So I continued to go there for pizzas and pastries. Two days ago, I realized it had been a few months since I'd tried again, so I ordered a country loaf. I'll let you judge for yourselves with the attached photo. I think it's an exaggeration! (Other bakers confirmed this opinion after seeing the photo). I regret it, but I'm giving up and I don't recommend this bakery.

09/09/2026: I ordered takeout last night; it's under new management. We were very disappointed. The quality has really dropped compared to the previous owner. I ordered fried fish that was so spicy it was inedible! It's become ridiculously expensive; the 10% discount we used to get is gone. So, to sum up, it's overpriced and the quality has declined.

23/10/2026: The cleanliness was lacking. We waited over thirty minutes for our food, and after going to ask, we were told they didn't have an order for that number... In short, I won't be going back to Flunch.

23/10/2026: Unpleasant, unwelcoming staff. The Nutella crepe wasn't hot, and you wonder where the Nutella was. The doughnut was labeled "chocolate" but was actually raspberry. The chocolate and coffee had no flavor whatsoever. Awful.
