18/03/2026: Seeing the "it's very, very good" sign by the front door, I knew I was in for a treat.
And frankly, I wasn't disappointed. Thanks to my host, who went above and beyond. Everything was delicious, from the charcuterie and dry-aged meats to the cheeses and desserts, and of course, the drinks.
It's the first time I've truly enjoyed cooked ham. And the pâtés en croûte? Magnificent!

14/02/2026: Fantastic place! We came for Valentine's Day (without a reservation), were seated at the bar, and it was great! There was quite a wait, but the atmosphere and the sweet potato fries with tamarind and yogurt cream made it worthwhile! The manto was really good, and the mushroom supreme and focaccia were delicious!

We were pleasantly surprised by the chef's visit to our table before we left to ask our opinion. If we return to Lyon, we will choose this bouillon restaurant without hesitation.
