10/08/2026: We came to try the Top Chef menu this evening, and what a wonderful experience! The food was truly excellent, flavorful, and sophisticated. The staff was incredibly attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. However, I did find the portions rather small considering the price of the menu. While the main objective is to have an experience and discover several dishes, some plates seemed a bit light in size. This doesn't detract from the quality of the food at all, which was definitely there! We also had the opportunity to chat with the chef, who took the time to visit each table. In my opinion, this was a real bonus and made the experience even more enjoyable and personal. A truly wonderful discovery, and we're so glad we made it! Thank you for this lovely evening! :)

09/08/2026: While the presence of the Top Chef winner was one of the reasons we came this evening, the exceptional quality of the meal must be emphasized: perfect cooking and an outstanding mastery of flavor combinations. For my first experience with fine dining, the result far exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it if you're visiting Lyon and are interested in this kind of experience.

03/09/2026: A wonderful discovery and a very pleasant atmosphere. A very warm welcome. The dining rooms are small but intimate. Friendly and amusing conversations with the manager who served us and offered helpful advice. The dishes were delicious and generous, accompanied by excellent sauces. We will gladly return.

06/09/2026: July 2026: Year-end update A beautiful evolution on the plate. Still as refined, but so much more indulgent. Some slightly more unusual combinations. Truly delicious. Service even better than before. We can finally give it a glowing recommendation 😉 March 2025: There's a lot to say, both good and bad. First, the dining room. Cold and drab. We were the second couple to arrive, and we felt like we were sitting in a train station waiting room... Once full, it was very noisy! Then, the service. Excellent. The staff is very approachable, pleasant, and attentive. Finally, the meal. We were a little disappointed for a 2-Michelin-starred restaurant with a €200 menu. Nothing was wrong or bad, of course, but the flavors were rather mild and all quite classic. Even though the result was very good, nothing truly exceptional. Special mention, however, goes to the cheese (what a plate! 😜), the frog leg accompaniment, and the pigeon. Ultimately, we had a good meal, but we find it difficult to recommend the restaurant to our foodie friends.

The interior is relatively small and simply decorated, giving the feeling of a chef inviting friends over for a meal at his home. Tablecloth-less wooden tables create a relaxed and informal atmosphere. 🎗️ The chef presents his dishes under the motto "Keep it simple - keep it good," minimizing unnecessary elements, focusing on balanced plating, and emphasizing the quality of the ingredients. Each dish has a light flavor profile and avoids the heavy buttery elements found in classic restaurants. For the beginning of 2026, the restaurant presents a Tasting Menu called Menu Joyeux, utilizing daily available ingredients. Starting with the lunch-only Menu Envie ($80), consisting of a Starter, Main Course, and Dessert, with the option to add a cheese course for €22; the next is Menu Essence ($160), served both lunch and dinner, comprising 3 courses, Cheese, and Dessert; and finally, Menu Partage ($220), also served both lunch and dinner, consisting of 4 courses, Cheese, and 2 Desserts. Some highlight dishes include: ✨ Lamb Perfectly grilled lamb on a barbecue, paired with artichoke and fried leeks, and a rich Jus sauce. Diced Vaucluse truffles are added, with a thin layer of grated truffle on top. (16/20) ✨ Dessert The main dessert is a variety of rhubarb dishes, infused with the fragrant aroma of lavender. 02/09/2026: First evening in Lyon with a bit of a disappointment: truly bland risotto... mussels with only their shells... flavorless prawns... rice and peas so over-inflated with flavor that they lost their flavor; the cheeses on the finish were truly embarrassing... high prices for the quality of the dishes.
