03/02/2026: Always a wonderful experience! From the service and the ever-improving selection of natural wines to the top-notch homemade cuisine, Le Troquet is a true delight! The little beef cheek croquettes are simply melt-in-your-mouth sweets. The fried chicken, a modern twist on karaage, is perfect. And even the desserts, including homemade chocolate mousse, are fantastic, with a particular favorite being the walnut and praline cream tart—wow, I recommend ordering one dessert per person! They offer excellent advice on wines and pairings, always with great suggestions. We simply had a wonderful time. A must-visit for tourists and locals alike! It's one of the best wine bars in Lyon. Bravo!

19/01/2026: Honestly, yesterday this Lyon bistro blew us away with the quality of its food, top-notch service, and a warm welcome despite not having a reservation. The atmosphere was friendly and the space wasn't too noisy, almost cozy. And the €21 set menu was a perfect representation of Lyonnaise cuisine. We'll definitely be back! ❤️👍😉👋

04/02/2026: We had a lovely time. We each ordered a cassoulet and a dessert. The cassoulet was excellent (taste and quantity) and the desserts were very good too. The only slight downside was that the veranda where we were seated was too hot. Everything else was perfect, including the warm welcome!

27/01/2026: Opening hours incorrect. Takes twenty minutes to change for the owner, but for some reason updating them seems a bridge too far. The ice creams are ok.

11/02/2026: I had dinner at Le Bouchon des Cordeliers on Friday, February 6, 2026. I had booked a table well in advance, of course. It was my first experience at a true "bouchon lyonnais" and it was wonderful. The atmosphere was informal and friendly. The food was exquisite. The wine was excellent. The place was cozy. The service was attentive. I chose the Menu des Canuts: For a starter, Terrine du Chef: Foie gras, suckling pig, veal, and scallops, onion and pickle compote. For the main course, quenelle Lyonnaise au Brochet, Homardine sauce, and rice pilaf. For dessert, baba au Vieux Rhum Arrangé à la Vanille. To drink, I ordered a pot of Mâcon Villages white wine. Bread and water were complimentary throughout the meal. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend it. Quality and generous portions in every dish. 02/02/2026: The noise level is too high; bring earplugs to protect your eardrums. The meal isn't of excellent quality, consisting of industrial products, a common practice among some restaurateurs. This is our fourth time attending a dinner show at Cirque Imagine, and we already know we'll be invited again in December 2026. We've noticed a significant improvement in the show: more high-quality circus acts and less singing, which doesn't need to play such a prominent role in this type of performance.

01/02/2026: Amazing show, brilliant Nolan, I love him... however, we've been regular customers for years... Pignol's restaurant is far below the quality of Declerck's former establishment... it's a shame... they forgot to serve my husband... for the main course...
