21/09/2024: Io e mia moglie abbiamo fatto una breve vacanza Lione. Siamo arrivati giovedì 29 agosto di sera. L’indomani mattina, desiderando vivere l’esperienza culinaria da Paul Bocuse, riusciamo a prenotare per le 13,15 dello stesso giorno. Per un disguido con il mezzo di trasporto e pensando di non poter arrivare in orario (Il ristorante dista circa 8 km dal centro) per correttezza disdiciamo la prenotazione. Nello stesso tempo telefoniamo. Alle 13,09 dopo vari tentativi (fatto dimostrabile) riusciamo a prendere la linea. A chi ci risponde diciamo che abbiamo già disdetto la prenotazione e che comunque ci stavamo recando al ristorante nella speranza di arrivare al più presto possibile. Arriviamo alle ore 13.38, 23 minuti dopo la prenotazione (fatto dimostrabile). Alla ricezione troviamo una persona molto cortese alla quale spieghiamo i fatti, io nel mio francese scolastico di decenni addietro e mia moglie nel suo inglese stentato. Questa si allontana. Nell’attesa, al di là di una vetrata, vediamo la cucina dove si davano da fare con operosità non meno di 10 cuochi. Ritorna la persona che ci aveva ricevuto e subito dopo anche un cuoco. Ambedue ci fanno capire che non c’è più, vista l’ora (saranno state le 13.45), alcuna possibilità di potere pranzare. Rinnoviamo la richiesta ma nulla da fare. Irremovibilità assoluta. Ce ne andiamo.

15/09/2024: Exceptionnelle cuisine classique et plats signature de M. Paul parfaitement exécutés. Accueil et service parfait tout en restant décontracté. Portions bourgeoises. Salle confortable , décoration classique chic. Service voiturier efficace Assurément, l’un des temples de la cuisine française de tradition Enthousiasmés, nous avons pris un nouveau rdv pour la carte d’hiver .

12/07/2024: I am extremely disappointed by the cancellation of my reservation scheduled for July 19 due to staff recruitment issues. A cancellation so close to the scheduled date is unacceptable, especially for a reservation made this long ago. The alternatives proposed (meals in the forest or chef at home) in no way compensate for our disappointment and the inconvenience caused. Despite an email, no response from the establishment to take responsibility for their poor management. Based on this experience, I will not book with you again in the future.

08/07/2024: An exceptional experience in this restaurant, focused on themes such as the four elements, childhood, and many others. Each dish reveals a unique richness of flavors. The servers are remarkably friendly and the chef is just as friendly and helpful. We fully enjoyed this moment and highly recommend this unique and pleasant experience :)

21/12/2024: Un moment d'évasion et de détente au sein d'un restaurant de poissons et de fruits de mer à proximité de Lyon. Des produits tres frais présentant un panel de choix dans un cadre agréable, simple, spacieux, et au service fort sympathique, efficace et attentionné. Un conseil, réservez !!!!

02/12/2024: Cliente depuis de nombreuses années, je tiens à remercier et à féliciter une nouvelle fois toute l'équipe encadrée par notre Magistrale Flavienne ; pour ces délicieux moments passés dans leur établissement. Les plats, l'accueil, le service, tout est parfait, un vrai régal. Et cerise sur le gâteau qu'elle fut ma joie de revoir notre Grand Daniel qui a fait son retour ponctuellement, sa bonne humeur légendaire nous comble de bonheur ! Je n'ai qu'un conseil à vous donner : franchissez la porte dès que possible ! Olympe

First of all and more than anything, attentive staff, with admirable professionalism and a smile, to then take you on a journey of simply delicious flavors and tastes. Congratulations to the whole team in the kitchen and in the dining room with a special mention to the Maitre D’hôtel Lila for her delicacy and kindness. So much appreciated!

17/12/2024: After a good ten visits my opinion is constant: the customer service is impeccable, you are very well received. The pizzas are very good and varied. They have good beers too.

16/12/2024: Very good but with one downside. Until recently, the pizzas were generous with, it seems to me, a more varied choice. We are now getting closer to an average pizzeria

21/09/2024: While visiting Avignon, we (fortunately!!) came across this address. What happiness! Superb pizzas, a real tiramisu for dessert, an Italian lemonade. A piece of Italy in Provence. Not a lot of seats, remember to book

Incredible service, the servers are extremely kind and full of little touches which made this moment more than pleasant. And the cuisine lives up to the reviews! Refined and generous.
