24/09/2026: We had an excellent lunch shared on the terrace. The service was perfect. The waiter was lovely, attentive, generous, and responsive to his customers. Perfect for a pleasant time with family or friends. The dishes were all delicious. I highly recommend it!

19/09/2026: The food was really very good, but it was a bit too noisy for my taste. Actually, it wasn't that noisy, but I'm just sensitive to noise, so there you go. I don't remember seeing any vegan dishes without cheese, which was a bit of a shame. But otherwise, it was a really good restaurant, I recommend it.

05/09/2026: ✅Excellent cuisine, the dishes are perfectly seasoned, and the setting is magnificent. ⛔The noise level can be quite high on the terrace, the wait between courses is rather long, and unfortunately, restaurant vouchers are not accepted.

21/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! The setting is truly lovely, with a superb terrace and a beautiful view of Lyon. The food was excellent, the service pleasant, and the atmosphere perfect for a great time.

24/09/2026: The service was catastrophic and chaotic. We waited 30 minutes for our order, having arrived at 7:30 PM and left the restaurant at 10:00 PM for just one starter, one main course, and one dessert. Unacceptable! The champagne was served at room temperature, which was ridiculous and subpar. The food itself is always very good and well-prepared, however, the panzotti dish was a bit too small for pasta in terms of portion size; it was truly excessive. Therefore, I give this restaurant a bad rating, and it's entirely justified. I think if Michelin had been there that day, they would have been even harsher. A word to the wise.

14/09/2026: Excellent restaurant! Affordable prices and great service! The meat empanadas are amazing! And the surprise of the month was spectacular!

07/09/2026: My most loyal customer, I know they'll never disappoint me, as these are the best empanadas I've ever eaten (and I've tried a lot). Only the last of the empanada humita left me with a slightly bittersweet feeling, but the deliciousness of the menu, the alfajores, and the staff's cheerful disposition make for a superb experience. The dining room is a bit noisy, but the takeout option lets you treat your friends and family. In short, it's incredibly delicious, and it's always nice to immerse yourself in Argentina with the decor and the (real) mate they sell.

06/08/2026: Great experience at this restaurant in Vieux Lyon. The food was amazing and everything was plated beautifully. We ordered the fois gras poêle , poisson du jour and the margret de canard and they were all cooked very well . The service was also really nice and good ambience. Thank you

Service fantastic. Atmosphere perfect and time taken by the owners to explain the menu. We will definitely be back when we return to lovely Lyon. Thank you for a great night and definitely the best meal we’ve had on our travels in France.

09/09/2026: I've lived in Lyon for five years and I hadn't yet had the chance to eat at this Bouchon, which is almost always packed! It was absolutely delicious and a lovely experience. The restaurant is family-run, and everyone is so charming. Even after five years, I'm still discovering Lyonnais dishes I'd never even heard of! Here, you take your time to eat, to chat with your neighbors and the staff, so if you're in a hurry, this isn't the place for you! It was such a wonderful evening, go for it!!
