11/06/2026: This was my 6th or 7th visit to this place, and unfortunately it was by far the worst experience I’ve had here. I visited with my parents and went to order three teas at the counter. We were told that everything was out of stock, which can happen, and normally I would have understood. What was unacceptable, however, was the attitude of one staff member. When I asked in French, “Vous avez du thé ?” (Do you have tea?), the staff member deliberately or carelessly interpreted it as “Can you have tea?” and responded in a dismissive manner rather than simply answering the question. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and condescending. Throughout the exchange, I got the impression that we were being treated as if we were inconveniencing the staff just by being there. As customers, we expect basic courtesy and respect, regardless of whether an item is available or not. I have visited this restaurant several times before and never experienced anything like this. It was particularly disappointing because I was with my parents, and the staff’s behavior left a very negative impression on all of us. Running out of products is one thing; treating customers with disrespect is another. Sadly, this visit completely changed my perception of this place.

03/06/2026: On our first night in Lyon, we decided to try Italian food and chose Roma Capitale, our pasta was very good. My partner and I both ordered the Pasta with Tomato Sauce and enjoyed the flavors. The grated cheese added so much flavor to the dish. Very good pasta. The restaurant serves you bread with your pasta, nice touch. Overall, great meal.

09/05/2026: We discovered this restaurant, which had been booked for a private family meal. The owner gave us a very warm welcome, the service was perfect, and the meal was excellent. A major plus was the private, gated parking lot, allowing children of all ages to play safely.

30/04/2026: I highly recommend it. I host several private events and I go to this establishment very often. Olivier's happiness and kindness are a pleasure to see, and the team is incredibly friendly. Always a pleasure to go there.

30/05/2026: A recommended address for a first visit: very good service, a very attentive, smiling, and welcoming owner. As for the food, I was left wanting more in terms of quality; it was quite average. I was a little disappointed with how my fish and chips was cooked. Overall, a good place.

17/05/2026: Found the restaurant by accident while looking for a nearby cafe and it looked promising with the reviews. We ordered the spicy fried chicken as the starter and it was good, although I haven’t had this sauce on Korean fried chicken before (my partner said it reminds him of the sauce used for tteok-kkochi). The batter style is also different from usual Korean fried chicken, feels more Italian-fried style. For the main, we both ordered the chil-hyang-gye. We liked it overall but it reminded me more of Chinese soups than Korean. Also wished there was more broth, we thought it would be similar amount to usual Korean soup dishes, and it was too salty. There were microgreens on top as well. We got the bingsu and soy tiramisu for dessert. The bingsu fell a little flat as the red bean used is the drier one typically use for other desserts and the shaved ice isn’t that milky. The tiramisu was so good! It didn’t have any injeolmi taste but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Not sure if there is much difference from the regular tiramisu that is on the menu apart from the powder on top. Overall, enjoyed the meal as a little break from back to back heavier French food and it felt more nutritious. Wouldn’t call the dishes authentically Korean but I can see how it would work for the taste palettes in the region.

15/05/2026: Although it's advertised as a Korean restaurant, the food strangely tasted like the kind of Korean food you'd find in Taiwan. The grilled meat was pretty good, but the mango shaved ice was just okay. I can understand that, considering it uses European mangoes, haha.

11/06/2026: What a delightful discovery! Impeccable and friendly service, delicious and well-seasoned dishes with flavors that transport you. Everything is homemade, the place is calm and beautifully decorated. A real gem, we can't wait to return.

I appreciated the obvious quality of the ingredients and the originality of the dishes, whether appetizers, main courses, or desserts. I will gladly return.
