02/04/2026: Thinking back to that restaurant makes me feel nauseous. A truly disappointing experience. The onion soup was simply awful—watery and with very poor-quality cheese. The bread with the melted cheese was so dry you could have broken your teeth. When I asked for a second helping, I received a much smaller and thinner slice, without even the tomatoes this time. It's completely unacceptable. How can you ruin such a simple dish in France? My friend's dish was also bad. The meat wasn't cooked properly, and the potatoes were far too fried and dry. The worst part is the feeling of having to pay for such terrible food. I want to warn others: don't eat there. Never again!

13/03/2026: A very welcoming pub, with plenty of space, several screens for watching sports, a private room, and the option to play darts. They offer a variety of English beers, generous burgers, and satisfying snacks... and especially brunch on weekends! The staff is great. I've spent a lot of time at the Elephant and Castle and I highly recommend it. It's well located in Old Lyon.

15/03/2026: A fantastic place for a great evening with friends. The staff are attentive and accommodating, the sharing platters are excellent, made with quality ingredients, and the wine list seems endless with expert and tailored recommendations. We'll definitely be back, and many times over!

25/03/2026: A customer for years with my children, I can confirm the quality of this establishment. Everything is perfect! A welcoming owner, always with a smile. The pizzas? A real treat! At over 40, I've had them many times! And I can confirm they are excellent. This place is worth a visit. When I see the comment above, I'm stunned. So yes! Surely an electrical outlet isn't up to code, a spoon hasn't been disinfected every 3 minutes in 6 different baths, the tomato sauce isn't 45 cm away from the pesto sauce… Possible! I'm very sad about this closure, and I don't see the point in kicking people who are struggling. We eagerly await the reopening and we'll be there. Take care and see you very soon.

01/04/2026: Warning! The low rating and negative reviews are due to the practices of the previous manager; the 5-star rating is now well-deserved! I come here for a meal or an aperitif every time I'm in Lyon. I had lunch here yesterday with colleagues who were all delighted. Don't hesitate to try out its ambiance and banquettes, which give the café a lot of charm.

26/03/2026: TATTOOS yes!, but smiling and commercial behavior are "optional." I was thinking of coming back!, but the persistence of these observations creates doubt! Will there be a third attempt? ... There is competition. A clientele is more easily LOST than ... gained ... SO!

Reservation made through The Fork, canceled two minutes before the scheduled time, after we had gone there in person, under the pretext that there were no tables available—even though the patio was empty. Upon arrival, the waitress had the nerve to tell us, "It's ridiculous to book 10 minutes in advance," even though the reservation had been made an hour and a half prior. If you can't handle customers, don't offer reservations! Furthermore, we weren't the only ones in this situation. Unacceptable.

17/03/2026: Wine lovers, go for it! Great atmosphere, excellent service, exceptional wines by the glass at reasonable prices, all paired with delicious food—don't miss it!

06/02/2026: We were looking for a place to enjoy a good wine and some appetizers before dinner. Nice selection of wines by the glass! We then had a mix of cheeses, delicious. The owner is kind and welcoming! I'm not sure I'd go there again, but if you happen to be passing through, it's the perfect place!
