09/04/2026: Disappointed with a €47 set menu that included a Beaujolais salad with a slice of salmon, followed by an entrecote steak with a €5 supplement that included a rather large piece of fat, in my opinion, which was inedible. The gratin dauphinois was tasteless, a mixture of a little cream and a lot of water that I didn't eat. Very disappointed, I won't be going back.

16/03/2026: Thank you to the "Monday Manons" for always giving us such a warm welcome! A couple of friends and I come regularly after a movie and always enjoy getting together for mussels and fries, feeling right at home!

15/02/2026: Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in Lyon. The decor is incredible, the atmosphere chic and intimate, even the restrooms are magnificent with their own unique style. The food is impeccable; the raspberry dessert was excellent. The staff is very friendly; it's flawless.

01/03/2026: Top weekend, great room, very good breakfast, even though there was a power outage the person who was there was great at satisfying the customers, the drinks arrived piping hot, it was the lady who had all the drinks prepared, I would return without hesitation.

26/02/2026: I stayed at this hotel for work; when I travel, I tend to look for practical places. This hotel was a huge and very pleasant surprise! Secluded and quiet, with a spacious room and thoughtful touches. I had dinner there for a great price and thoroughly enjoyed it; the daily menu was very inspired and truly delightful! I also greatly appreciated the warm welcome and the evident good atmosphere among the staff. I highly recommend it, and if I need to stay in Vourles again, I know exactly where I'll go!

05/03/2026: Without a doubt, the best couscous on the Croix-Rousse plateau, perhaps even further afield if you're traveling. Georges in the kitchen, Djam' at the front of house—you feel right at home, like you're with family. The menu offers a wide selection, sure to satisfy even the pickiest eaters. For me, it's couscous every time!

08/12/2025: Jungle is a nice and cozy bar with a warm interior and generally pleasant, relaxed vibe. The service was polite, friendly, and attentive, we felt well looked after throughout our visit. That said, the very strong smell of curry completely dominated the space during our visit. It honestly felt more like sitting in a takeaway restaurant than in a bar, which distracted a lot from the drinks and the overall atmosphere. If the food aromas had been less intense, the experience would have been much better. Overall, it is a comfortable spot with good service, but because of that overpowering smell, it is personally not a place I would rush back to.

20/12/2025: You absolutely must stop by. The view is magnificent, the owners incredibly friendly and full of humor. (I don't know about the food.) A cherished spot for so many years. In summer it's lovely, with a beautifully flowered terrace. In winter, amidst this array of somber hues, you'll find the sunniest camellias in the country.
