12/06/2026: It's always a pleasure to arrive at this hotel, which exceeds Novotel standards. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Well located for my needs (close to the A7/M7 motorway). But the main draw is its staff, who are always available, professional, and friendly. This week, a special mention goes to Quila and Vaïté, but the entire team (both Reception and Restaurant) deserves praise. I highly recommend this establishment.

08/04/2026: It's a shame we can't give zero stars. The service was deplorable, our meal took two hours to arrive, and the menu included three crepes served 45 minutes apart, with the second crepe completely forgotten. The third crepe was very sparsely filled, if at all. A crepe supposedly raspberry-chocolate was actually chocolate-free. Furthermore, we had to go to the kitchen ourselves to ask for water and to get cutlery from other tables because there was none at our table, even though the food had been served. We also asked for a gesture of goodwill, which was granted, but €6 on a €130 bill is paltry. I have nothing more to say; I will never set foot in this restaurant again.

23/05/2026: Excellent Italian restaurant in Lyon. Pleasant atmosphere, fast and professional service. It has outdoor seating and an indoor dining area, both great options for this time of year in Lyon. Great Italian dishes and excellent desserts. Very good wine list. I recommend the polpettone with tagliatelle that I had, and the original tiramisu or the red fruit panna cotta for dessert. I arrived after my friends at the restaurant, but despite that, my order came almost at the same time as everyone else's. Worth trying!

28/04/2026: A great spot for locals to enjoy home-style cooking, run by a typical Lyonnaise owner. A nice, quiet little place on the peninsula. No fools allowed!

25/04/2026: A charming and welcoming place, as is its wonderful owner Mado, who was immediately very friendly with our group. The atmosphere reminds me of a time I didn't have the chance to experience. Mado is like a second mother to me now, to the point that I'm considering moving to Lyon to prolong this feeling. Simply exceptional.

I was already familiar with this restaurant, which has a very good reputation for being a classic Lyonnais bouchon... and now I can say that its reputation is well-deserved. I highly recommend it.

The small team went above and beyond to make the evening truly memorable. Everyone enjoyed it; it was simply perfect. What more can I say than "thank you and see you very soon" to Antonio! Highly recommended!

It makes you wonder if they even carry that model… The person in front of me also wanted a small one. They forced me to buy a large one. I've already reported this problem. They NEVER sell small pralines…
