12/12/2025: We were delighted to return, and for the first time, we tried the all-you-can-eat buffet. We were thrilled; the service was, as always, attentive, and the various dishes on offer were bursting with flavor. The server explained everything clearly, and we also had the option of ordering à la carte. €15 for lunch on a weekday is very reasonable! We'll definitely be back soon!

13/08/2025: A very good restaurant with a fantastic view of the vineyards. One star deducted for the very high prices. Yes, this isn't a snack bar or run-of-the-mill restaurant, but anyone who goes here will get delicious food and excellent wine. Nevertheless, the prices are outrageously high, especially for a glass of wine, for example.

16/09/2024: Nous sommes allés dans cet établissement le 7 mai 2024 au soir, pour l'anniversaire de mon épouse. Lieu très agréable, comme l'est tout autant le fait de manger sur l'eau. Nous avons pris les menus les plus chers à 34 euros, ce qui reste un tarif plus que raisonnable pour un restaurant. Le prix des apéritifs est, lui aussi, très raisonnable (4,50 en moyenne suivant ce que l'on prend). En ce qui me concerne, j'avais choisi en entrée la salade lyonnaise, plat qui reste simple mais que l'on peut apprécié différemment selon la qualité des produits et là, absolument rien à redire. Salade verte très fraiche et tendre, croutons, lardon, œuf poché. Ce que j'ai trouvé appréciable est le fait, contrairement à de nombreux restaurants, qu'il y ait suffisamment de sauce de salade car parfois, on peut se demander chez certains si l'huile et le vinaigre n'est pas devenu un produit de luxe. Ensuite, en plat principal, le Duo, composé de grenouilles désossées et d'escargots, le tout disposé dans une sauce abondante de persillade et de crème, avec, pour accompagnement, des frites. J'ai bien apprécié ce plat qui était une découverte pour moi, servi copieusement. Quant aux frites, d'habitude je n'en mange jamais car je n'aime pas la texture, là, elles étaient excellentes pour le peu que j'en ai goûté. On pouvait aisément constater qu'elles étaient faites "maison", cuites parfaitement sans cet aspect trop croquant ou trop sec que je n'apprécie pas. Quant au dessert, je me suis laissé tenter par une crème brulée, car vu la triste météo, ça ne donnait vraiment pas envie de manger une glace. Quant aux choix de mon épouse, salade lyonnaise également puis grenouilles persillées accompagnées de frites. Elle a trouvé les grenouilles très bonnes, cuites à point, absolument pas sèches et bien charnues, des grenouilles sauvages où l'on voit aisément la différence avec celles achetées surgelées. Quant à la quantité, très bien, elle a même eu du mal à finir son plat mais lorsque c'est bon, on se force ...En dessert, un Tiramisu, très bon lui aussi. Concernant l'accueil et le service, rien à redire, toutes les personnes étaient serviables, professionnelles et conviviales. Encore merci pour la petite attention à l'égard de mon épouse de servir son dessert avec une petite bougie dessus pour son anniversaire. Pour conclure, je ne peux que recommander fortement cet établissement. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

29/08/2024: Chosen frog formula with parsley, excellent golden and soft flesh, impeccable cooking. Taken for dessert the chocolate cake (semi-cooked I would have rather written on the menu) with custard and whipped cream, all homemade, exquisite, I would have had more lol, and the dose of sugar well controlled. Plus eating while having seen the Seille was great. Then a short stroll of one and a half hours on the Seille with passage through the lock to go to the Saône. The small downside is the weather, it was a little chilly for this Sunday in August

31/01/2026: Personally, I was really disappointed with the pizzas and I'm not sure I'll be back. I don't think the quality of the cheese is good; when the cheese turns black, and given the thin crust, you realize the toppings are also light. And above all, the aggressive response demonstrates bad faith, as you say. Yet, 3 stars isn't a bad rating, and of course, I have photos of the pizzas. Parking is paid nearby unless you park near Aldi.

21/09/2025: Excellent restaurant just a stone's throw from Cluny Abbey. A short menu featuring fresh produce and quality cuisine. We love the Aunt Burgundy apple and blackcurrant dessert!

06/12/2025: An absolutely charming and very cozy place, you feel right at home, especially with the fireplace and the big armchairs to curl up in so comfortably… I loved the experience! Unfortunately, I wasn't as keen on the hot chocolate, which frankly lacked flavor and depth, creaminess… and also some accompaniments. Why not offer some lovely homemade whipped cream, and little cakes, cookies, or shortbread? Especially during the cold end-of-year period, it would be so comforting…

18/01/2026: A young woman, around 19/20 years old, was very unpleasant towards me and my partner. We hadn't done anything wrong, and we, who love to eat there, will not be returning (I won't go into the details of her ingratitude).

19/10/2025: A place that doesn't look like much. A very good experience. The welcome, the service, the meal, the meeting with the chef, everything was perfect. The meal was very good and plentiful (frogs, pikeperch, fried fish). We highly recommend it. A very good family time. Our 2 and a half-year-old daughter loved the frogs' legs.

18/09/2024: A gourmet restaurant worthy of its stars. The dishes are excellent in harmony with the wines of the region. Excellent wines from the Pouilly and Macon regions. The service is a little distant but very professional, the attention to detail is present. A very beautiful moment in the heart of the Fuisse village.

11/09/2024: Exceptional dinner in a perfect setting, with gourmet flavors and a presentation worthy of the reputation. The value for money is very good for this type of establishment, all in a charming village. We will come back.
