23/11/2025: Hello, I highly recommend this restaurant. We came as a group of four and ordered a charcuterie board (to share between four) which was very generously filled. Then we each ordered a different dish, all very hearty and well-prepared. The staff was attentive.

The service at the top and the dishes the same. I highly recommend going there to find no better restaurant with pleasant and friendly staff, traditional cuisine, splendid decor and a menu that pleases everyone.
15/09/2024: Very surprised by the quality of this restaurant!
The team is adorable and all the products are homemade, you can feel it.
Friendly atmosphere and not too expensive for very good French gastronomy.

17/10/2024: Two days that we eat there with my colleague, very happy with this restaurant, welcoming and smiling staff, friendly atmosphere without fuss, quality meal and still reasonable price which we found less and less. The only fault for demanding people parking to be redone and place lacks rejuvenation.
16/10/2024: We made a nice little stop in this truck.
Very good value for money with home-made cuisine.
Very good homemade fries!!

08/07/2025: Le Pacha has become the meeting place for anyone looking for quality cuisine with consistently top-notch service. The staff is friendly, especially the one with the red cap.
I highly recommend it.
25/06/2025: I ate at Pacha yesterday at lunchtime. I had a kebab and fries with extra cheese. The cheese was placed on the meat and didn't even melt. The meat had a strange, soft, pasty texture, as if it wasn't cooked enough. I had a stomach ache all day, as did my two colleagues. And again this morning, I don't recommend this disgusting kebab.

Fast and efficient service. The food is very good and the waiter very friendly.
Coffee was offered to us!!
We will come back with pleasure.

A couple in charge, welcoming, friendly, dynamic, authentic and deserving.
The kitchen is perfect with made in Italy products.
The decor is fresh and bright and gives an incredible facelift.
May this restaurant become the headquarters for our work and relaxation meetings.
Long live the Luciola 2.0....

Plats bien français et bons.
Bien accueillis et la petite serveuse adorable, beaucoup d´humour et efficace.

21/11/2024: Le restaurant Chez Cédric, situé rue de Martainville à Rouen (Seine-Maritime), affiche porte close, depuis quelques jours. En cause, une fermeture administrative décidée par la préfecture de la Seine-Maritime le 14 novembre 2024 (via la Direction départementale de la protection des populations.
Les raisons ? Divers aspects liés à l’hygiène, aux équipements, à la présence de souris… La préfecture explique : « Le restaurant Chez Cédric, à Rouen est sous le coup d’une fermeture administrative pour « perte de maîtrise des risques sanitaires », autrement dit pour non-respect de la réglementation sanitaire en vigueur. La réouverture de cet établissement est conditionnée à une remise en conformité des différents points relevés, qui devra être constatée lors d’une prochaine inspection sanitaire. »

15/12/2024: A cuisine using only fresh products, which we really appreciated. Mention for the service, a lady with a kindness like one would like in all restaurants... Pleasant setting, well decorated during this Christmas period, that too we really appreciated. In short, very good establishment 🙂
10/12/2024: I discovered this restaurant in the center of La Bouille this Sunday, December 8.
Well located facing the sea.
The meal was excellent.
The service is well done and the staff gives good advice on wines.
I highly recommend!
