Unfortunately, what should have been a pleasant moment was severely marred by the attitude of a brunette waitress who worked there on Saturday around 2-3 pm. Her behavior was particularly abrupt and cold throughout the entire service. The most shocking thing was that she called us "the beggars," a completely inappropriate and disrespectful remark towards customers. This experience unfortunately spoiled part of our day. Fortunately, the rest of the weekend, especially with the LHUT Trail, allowed us to end on a more positive note. As a resident of the neighborhood, I find this situation very concerning. I especially felt that this young employee hadn't received the necessary training or supervision to welcome customers professionally and respectfully. I hope that management will try to understand what happened without minimizing the customers' feelings. This needs to be shared with as many people as possible….
