12/09/2024: Accueil très convivial, le couscous est le meilleur de Rouen et a prix très raisonnable, les quelques commentaires qui disent le contraire sont vraiment de mauvaise foi 🤨, nous y allons depuis de nombreuses années et c'est toujours parfait 👍👍, nous y retournons demain pour le plaisir 😉, les mauvaises langues n'ont qu'à aller au fast-food se régaler 🤢.

21/09/2024: We stayed in Rouen for 2 nights and we ate at Chez Pascaline both evenings. We had been touring France for 2 weeks and Chez Pascaline was THE BEST restaurant we had eaten during our entire visit. It was also the best value. The food was really excellent quality and the staff were so friendly. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.
21/09/2024: Inedible food. Good but not effective service, they failed to satisfy our requests. We will never return.

Yes, it works as an input.
But plan on some meat afterwards.
Welcome....and smile...On strike..
So we may have fallen in a bad light.
In any case...I'm sure I won't come back...
But there is so much traffic...that my opinion...will not affect these restaurateurs.

09/08/2024: Choix sur ardoise du jour, pas de carte. Tout est frais et variés, un delice ! Je vous conseille la sauce au roquefort 👍
Et en plus, le patron qui vous sert est adorable !

29/08/2024: You can't pass here by chance... away from the city center in an industrial harbor district. Traditional fish restaurant with nostalgic interior design. Knowledge of French is an advantage, especially when the “fish of the day” is presented at the table. Attentive, prompt service, excellent quality, first-class preparation. Straight cuisine without shishi… we really enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

01/12/2024: I don't appreciate the 3/4 peanuts and 4/5 pretzels in a ramekin for the aperitif and the blackened fries for a 32 euro menu and 2 small pieces of cheese for 4 euros a bit light for the price too bad

Only 2 stars for the service because only one waitress, so too much waiting between the starter and the main course, we were 11 people in total.

17/11/2023: I think this restaurant is incredible! , when we arrive at the restaurant the people are welcoming, the waiting time for the dish is not very long and the meals are delicious! , paella, couscous and tagine and many other things, I find that this restaurant deserves this rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (makrout)
