26/04/2026: We asked the waiter for a menu to add some dishes, but they ignored us. We called them five or six times, but they just ignored us. Every time, they went straight to the foreigners next to them to take their orders and put out their cutlery. If they treat people differently, they shouldn't be running a restaurant. I've never seen such a bad attitude. The portions were also pitifully small. The salt and pepper ribs even had a very obvious gamey smell. I don't know how a restaurant like this can stay in business.

29/07/2026: Excellent pizzeria! The pizzas are delicious, with a perfectly cooked, soft, and flavorful crust. The ingredients are fresh and generous; you can taste the quality from the first bite. The staff is welcoming and the service is quick. Without a doubt, one of the best pizzas in Yerville. I recommend it 100%!

24/07/2026: We ordered a giant maxi burger for three people and we all got sick (vomiting, severe stomach pain). We are very disappointed, especially considering the price we paid.

09/05/2026: Let's start with the positives. The starter was decent, nothing more. So we expected the rest of the meal to be equally decent. But the rest was nothing but a disappointment. The dishes were bland. The salmon was dry, swimming in sauce. The pot of mussels was half full of closed mussels. We still have our doubts about the freshness of these mussels… to be continued. Some of the industrial fries were barely cooked. Then, to top it all off, an industrial waffle, burnt on the bottom and paradoxically cold, so cold you could mistake it for cardboard. To top it all off, we were treated to slow, disinterested, and utterly inattentive service. We had to ask three times for a carafe of water from two different people, even though we had ordered drinks. The carafe of water arrived after the starters. There was an error on the bill, not a word, not an apology. And then they leave you waiting to pay without telling you that you have to get up and go pay at the bar.

24/05/2026: A great spot on the Flax Cycle Route or the Valmont Valley circuit. Excellent red meat; I've never had such a tender flank steak with a delicious Roquefort sauce. I was happy to swap the fries for pasta with cheese. Good home cooking at a great price. No menu: three starters to choose from, four or five main courses, and the same for desserts, all listed on chalkboards. Don't hesitate to stop at this authentic village restaurant.

10/06/2026: Okay... the view of Lyon is nice 👀. BUT THAT'S NOT EVERYTHING 😟. The whole team was great at welcoming and serving 👍😀. However, I found the menu minimalist 🍽🍷, the dishes arrived almost cold, and the price is relatively high 💰💰💰. A shame for such a renowned establishment.

11/04/2026: Absolutely fantastic! I go there every time with my family and my kids can't wait to get it when we go to the beach!! The only kebab shop around that doesn't have cardboard-tasting meat.

19/07/2026: A Successful End-of-Trip Dinner A group of four of us visited L'Escalier restaurant at the end of our trip to Normandy. A great help was the waiter, who spoke fluent English, making ordering a breeze. The food was delicious and well-prepared. The kids got a large fish and chips with good fish. My husband ordered sea bass and was pleased with his choice. We also tried the Normandy-style mussels – he really enjoyed them. A nice gesture from the kitchen was serving three oysters instead of six, so I could sample them. They were fresh and delicious. The biggest hit of the evening, however, was the stingray – I had it for the first time in my life and was delighted! It was served with vegetables and jacket potatoes, and the generous amount of butter sauce on the plate made a brilliant combination. The stingray alone is worth visiting. The only downside was the fries – they were frozen, and with such good fish, homemade fries would have been a much better complement. Despite this minor detail, it was a very pleasant evening, and I'd happily return.

20/07/2026: I ate the Margherita pizza because I hate to waste food, but for something homemade, the ingredients were really not up to scratch. The €24.50 set menu included a good fish soup, a rouille that had no flavor whatsoever, and a very good scallop gratin despite it being out of season (so it was frozen). The apple tart was a mystery because it had pastry cream. I wasn't familiar with that version. Overall, the service was very good.

20/07/2026: Very disappointed with this restaurant. The mussels weren't great and the staff weren't very friendly. Furthermore, we were there for a birthday celebration and no gesture of goodwill was offered. A shame, as it would have been appreciated.

31/07/2026: Well located in the lower part of town, right by the beach. We were there in rainy weather, but getting a table was no problem. A table was set for us immediately. It was good. We were satisfied.

25/04/2026: Excellent Japanese restaurant, classic menu, but we got a 50% discount by booking through TheFork (code 8513F542, if you're interested). We tried several different makis, California rolls, and skewers; the ingredients were fresh. The server was very friendly, attentive, and efficient. We ordered appetizers to share and highly recommend them! (Gyozas, karaage chicken). Special mention also goes to the beef California rolls (marinated and cooked), which are a great alternative for those who don't eat raw fish. The mochi ice cream was also fantastic for a sweet finish.

06/07/2026: I would like to sincerely thank the waitress for her warm welcome and professionalism. Despite my late arrival, she greeted me with a smile and great kindness. I enjoyed a delicious Caesar salad, served in a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you so much for this lovely welcome; I will gladly return!

13/05/2026: My husband and I had lunch here today and we won't be back. We ordered grilled andouillette sausage with mustard sauce. The andouillette was so overcooked it was black with a crust on top; it was inedible, and the owner told us it was normal, lol. He always served it like that. You should think about cleaning your grill. It's not the first time I've had grilled andouillette, and it's never been that black. Furthermore, the mustard sauce had no flavor. You should add mustard and seasoning to the sauce. It was better before, when the other owner was there. He's terrible and not at all customer-oriented. I don't recommend it; avoid it.

20/05/2026: The choux pastries are excellent (cream-filled choux pastries in various flavors: vanilla, pistachio, strawberry, etc.) 😋 And the marbled chocolate baka brioche is delicious and fluffy.

09/02/2026: I went there for a "zero-waste" basket, a basket worth €12 but costing €5.99. I got three traditional loaves and two mini individual quiches. Are you kidding me? After eating this fabulous basket, I thank you for not being too generous. Indeed, the bread isn't great; I buy much better for less than €1.30 (from the artisan baker near my house). The quiches were terrible, and I assure you, I won't be back. Luckily, I didn't pay the full price. Anyway, happy selling!

16/05/2026: Hotel with a great location and friendly owners, however, the hotel is aging and could use some updating. The room was poorly ventilated (there was a smell upon arrival), and the breakfast was very mediocre: vacuum-packed jam, boxed orange juice, and no toaster available.
