19/12/2024: Currently eating, order 11:30 a.m. to 11:55 a.m. I ask where it is. Oh forget to do it. No apology from the manager, they give me my order cold! Everyone looks at you askance and looks at you insistently. It's not what it used to be! Apart from saying it's the temperatures there is a wait. No, my order was validated without being made... Forced to eat there, no more time to leave... You shouldn't come and complain if it closes one day... and to say that I worked there for 5 years, the managers as well as the directors were very respectful of the customer, well today it's over and for a while of time in fact, which is why I very rarely go back there. To please the children, that’s all! Customer service for today doesn't even deserve 1 star!

15/12/2024: Staff not very friendly, where I was sitting with my son I saw the girl eating pieces of meat that she was cooking. When I received our orders, everything was cold. The cheddar was still hard on the meat and in the fries, cold bacon and hard cheddar. I made a complaint and no one came back to us or after 30 minutes I put everything in in the trash and we went to eat elsewhere. and to close at the exit my son fell on a more than wet floor I went to tell the counter but nothing moved. a very friendly gentleman came to help me pick up my son and said to the waiter he deserves a little gift. but no nothing, not a little note for my son, nothing at all. and WC very very room. I don't thank Macdo Dieppe at the belvédère. not ready to go back. pay 30€ to throw everything away and found my son on the ground too much for me. a shame

06/09/2024: Above all restaurant to avoid, already very unpleasant waitresses, then after dissatisfaction of a neighboring table, the latter not having appreciated their plates they decide to refuse to pay, what a mistake, the waitress physically threw herself at the gentleman in insulting him,...really very shocking, lack of politeness and so on.....

04/09/2024: La serveuse de l'Escalier nous a sauvé pas 1, mais 2 soirées et chaque fois avec une infinie gentillesse !!! Chères personnes qui notaient les restaurants de Fécamp et d'ailleurs, sachez que ces restaurants (en dehors d'Allouvi) sont au mieux menteurs au sujet des réservations (Barbican), soit voleurs et incompétents (la Boucane) et nous avons dû nous rabattre 2 fois sur l'Escalier qui s'il ne sert pas une cuisine exceptionnelle a le mérite d'être accueillant et bienveillant, une qualité essentielle !

21/09/2024: Je suis une habituée je passe 3 ou 4 fois par semaine pour mon pain ou autres malheureusement l'accueil a beaucoup changé contrairement à avant le personnel etait très accueillant , arnaque aussi en caisse . Faites attention demandez toujours votre ticket de caisse.

05/12/2024: The worst McDonald's in France. Order made at 12:45 p.m., delivered at 1:20 p.m., cold and incomplete (Pokémon cards were missing). Autain waiter, slow and incompetent staff. When it is reported that the order, in addition to being cold, was incomplete, the staff and the manager find no solution to repair their fault (in addition to the excessive delay and the cold order).

26/09/2024: To flee Little choice, plain Chinese noodles without any butter noodles. Smelly seafood and the rest cold. The waiter who argues with me because I refused to finish my plate because it wasn't good. All for 56 euros
