30/12/2023: Grosse chiasse et malade toutes la nuit après avoir mangé une choucroute, inadmissible ! Surtout la veille du jour de l'an, ça fait plaisir

27/12/2023: Très déçu du service, nous étions une table de 6 qui avaient envie de profiter du moment, au final nous avons du écourter (ni dessert ou café) à cause de la serveuse qui s'est montré mal aimable, peu souriante, oubliant les sauces pour les burgers, nous laissant attendre très (trop) longtemps après avoir fini nos plats qui étaient d'ailleurs froid à peine arrivé. La serveuse a même eu le temps de prendre d'autres commandes autour de nous, et de débarrasser les tables vides, sans s'occuper de nous. Vous avez sans doute perdu 6 clients qui pourtant auraient pu continuer à commander.

19/12/2024: Currently eating, order 11:30 a.m. to 11:55 a.m. I ask where it is. Oh forget to do it. No apology from the manager, they give me my order cold! Everyone looks at you askance and looks at you insistently. It's not what it used to be! Apart from saying it's the temperatures there is a wait. No, my order was validated without being made... Forced to eat there, no more time to leave... You shouldn't come and complain if it closes one day... and to say that I worked there for 5 years, the managers as well as the directors were very respectful of the customer, well today it's over and for a while of time in fact, which is why I very rarely go back there. To please the children, that’s all! Customer service for today doesn't even deserve 1 star!

15/12/2024: Staff not very friendly, where I was sitting with my son I saw the girl eating pieces of meat that she was cooking. When I received our orders, everything was cold. The cheddar was still hard on the meat and in the fries, cold bacon and hard cheddar. I made a complaint and no one came back to us or after 30 minutes I put everything in in the trash and we went to eat elsewhere. and to close at the exit my son fell on a more than wet floor I went to tell the counter but nothing moved. a very friendly gentleman came to help me pick up my son and said to the waiter he deserves a little gift. but no nothing, not a little note for my son, nothing at all. and WC very very room. I don't thank Macdo Dieppe at the belvédère. not ready to go back. pay 30€ to throw everything away and found my son on the ground too much for me. a shame

04/09/2024: Perfect! Beginnen met een glaasje witte wijn en oesters die heel erg vers waren. Daarna kreeft die gebakken was in de oven met boter en heerlijke kruiden. We hebben genoten! Gezellige, aardige bediening en we hadden niet eens gereserveerd 😊

29/08/2024: Auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant sind wir beim CanCan stehen geblieben, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Hund wurde nett behandelt. Das Essen hat uns dann sehr positiv überrascht und die Präsentationen der Gänge war erfrischend anders. Absolute ein toller Abend mit leckerem Essen auf der Terrasse und Blick auf das Treiben am Platz.. Empfehlenswert.

19/09/2024: Werkelijk nog minder dan slecht. Beste mensen l, ga hier nooit na toe. Veel geld voor niks. Alles is vies. Toilet niet om aan te zien. Aan andere reviews te lezen sluit ik me bij aan. Terrible!!!

15/09/2024: Un seul conseil... à fuir en courant. Attrape touristes, plat froid, insipide. Nous aurions dû regarder les avis avant d'y aller. Honteux changez de métier ce serait mieux pour tout le monde....

29/12/2023: Un très bon restaurant italien efficace au personnel aimable a l'image des patrons chaleureux. Très belle salle. Pas tout a fait comme au pays mais bon rapport quantité qualité prix efficacité.

19/09/2024: Horrible! À éviter , vin dit Chardonnay gros doute !! 6€90 le verre !!!! ( pas à la carte) pas frais, hamburger sauce industriel et garniture minimum et au moment de payer nous n’avons pas voulu laisser la monnaie du coup monnaie rendu en pièces de 5centimes

07/09/2024: Service très long .. plus de 45 min pour 2 burgers et un sauté de veau alors qu’il s’agit d’une viande mijotée… la boisson n’est pas servie avant.. pas de pain … dommage pour un plat en sauce.

15/12/2024: Huge disappointment! Friday, December 13th (evening): From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a table for two without a reservation wasn't very profitable for the restaurant. Shortly after we were seated, a waiter came to take our order without even offering an aperitif. Our dishes arrived cold, and we had to wait several minutes for our glass of wine (a rather illogical approach). We then asked for our dishes to be reheated. They came back barely warmer... moreover, the ravioli were dried out from being microwaved, and the sauce was practically nonexistent. When it came time to order dessert, the waiter offered me a chocolate financier or a chocolate fondant in the "café douceur" (sweet coffee). Ultimately, a completely different dessert arrived and was immediately sent back to the kitchen to be changed (at my request). €65 for two people for a poor-quality meal, extremely amateurish and rushed service, the bill was exorbitant (much more than the cost of the food!). We'll be hesitant to return!

12/12/2024: Having been to this Del Arte location several times, unlike others, the service is appalling and unpleasant. We even get the impression that the quality of the products isn't the same. Avoid it.

29/12/2023: En livraison : pizza bien, mais les desserts.. crumble tout creux à l'intérieur, sec, et la tarte citron : liquide, pas de cuisson. Immangeable. Mail envoyé pour signifier cela. Plus d'un mois plus tard, pas un mot d'excuse...

25/09/2024: A more than successful return to this restaurant, a true Le Havre institution. A couple in charge, welcoming, friendly, dynamic, authentic and deserving. The kitchen is perfect with made in Italy products. The decor is fresh and bright and gives an incredible facelift. May this restaurant become the headquarters for our work and relaxation meetings. Long live the Luciola 2.0....
