10/08/2026: I've been a customer at this establishment for over forty years and have always enjoyed coming here. Unfortunately, since its recent reopening, I find the customer service has changed drastically.
The cashier is regularly unpleasant and sometimes even argues with customers, creating a rather disagreeable atmosphere. I find this truly regrettable for an establishment that had a loyal clientele for many years.
I sincerely hope that the service and respect shown to customers will improve, because after more than 40 years of patronage, it's regrettable to see such a decline.
04/07/2026: The friendliness leaves as much to be desired as the place itself. I suspect only the regulars, who spend their days gambling, are treated properly. Avoid at all costs.

20/02/2026: Avoid at all costs!!!!! The welcome was anything but warm!!! We had to wait to be seated! We were put in a corner and the service was slow!
I tried the shrimp twice; the first plate was sent back to the kitchen because the shrimp were burnt underneath and had a burnt taste. The second plate was slightly better, but the shrimp tasted like water, just like the salmon.
The roast pork was cold, but the sauce was good.
Out of four dishes, only the hamburger and the fries were decent.
Admittedly, I didn't pay for my meal because I complained loudly. But they won't be seeing me again!!!!!!

28/06/2026: A very bad experience. I chose this bar for my birthday party, with commitments that had been confirmed to me in advance. Unfortunately, these were not honored. The evening was cut short much earlier than planned, which completely ruined what I had been planning for a long time. No solution was offered, and the lack of professionalism and consideration for customers is truly disappointing. I am very unhappy with this experience and I do not recommend this establishment if you are planning to organize an event there or even just go for a meal. Furthermore, I reported seeing dead cockroaches on the floor. Avoid this place! 🤮🤢 (photo attached).

09/04/2026: Disappointing tacos, not filled at all except for oil. We asked for extras, but there weren't any. Anorexic tacos.
12/03/2026: The worst kebab I've ever eaten. To tell you the truth, I didn't even finish the meat.
I don't know how it's possible to make something so bad, and I'm a real glutton, but even then I knew better than to eat any more of that meat. The guy took my plate and told me, "First of all, I'm so annoyed, I shouldn't get kebabs in the evening because they're no good!"
I have nothing against him personally; he was nice, but I think quite a few people have had stomach problems after going there.
First of all, let's start by not turning the grill off and then turning it back on; that'll help a lot.
Anyway. Avoid it.

As a healthcare worker at the establishment, I can attest that the waitress and her so-called supervisor don't open on time and take their time drinking their coffee. Being late, I forgot to say hello, and she reprimanded me in a disapproving tone. The employee and her so-called supervisor lack professionalism towards customers.
19/04/2026: A very bad experience at Relais H.
The reception was unacceptable. The person on duty that day was haughty, unpleasant, and clearly disrespectful. No politeness, no help, and an aggressive tone for no reason.
This is unacceptable in a place like a hospital, where patients deserve a minimum of respect and consideration. This type of behavior seriously damages the institution's image.

22/06/2026: The large raw prawns I bought on Sunday cost €30/kg and weren't fresh at all. Many were headless, the stall was full of flies... and I got terrible food poisoning that made me sick all day! Don't go there!!
Hygiene checks should be more frequent in this central and very touristy market hall in Rouen's old market.
16/06/2026: This fish shop is getting worse and worse. The staff are so unwelcoming. If you hate dealing with customers, find another line of work; there's no need to be unpleasant and rude.
And the freshness of some of the fish and shellfish leaves much to be desired. I won't be going back.

27/07/2026: The dish was clearly prepared in advance, given the exceptionally short wait time, and the taste was rather bland for an Indian restaurant. I then spent one of the worst nights of my life with stomach cramps... Horrible! I strongly advise against going there. I wouldn't have left a review if I hadn't had a mild case of food poisoning; the meat must have gone bad.
06/04/2026: Bland and tasteless, keep walking. The waiter was annoying with unfunny jokes. He should improve the quality of the food.

16/05/2026: The pizza wasn't very good. I ordered one with Maroilles cheese, but there was no Maroilles flavor and way too much ham.
12/04/2026: Saw Festival... We were told to sit down and they would come around to take our order, then to order inside... There were numbers on the tables, but after an hour's wait, customers didn't have the correct orders... The orders were being passed from table to table... Some tables were being cleaned, but not others... In short, I could have understood if the service had been efficient, but not in such a crowded place... The organization needs serious improvement 🤐

19/12/2024: Currently eating, order 11:30 a.m. to 11:55 a.m. I ask where it is. Oh forget to do it. No apology from the manager, they give me my order cold! Everyone looks at you askance and looks at you insistently. It's not what it used to be! Apart from saying it's the temperatures there is a wait. No, my order was validated without being made...
Forced to eat there, no more time to leave...
You shouldn't come and complain if it closes one day... and to say that I worked there for 5 years, the managers as well as the directors were very respectful of the customer, well today it's over and for a while of time in fact, which is why I very rarely go back there. To please the children, that’s all! Customer service for today doesn't even deserve 1 star!
15/12/2024: Staff not very friendly, where I was sitting with my son I saw the girl eating pieces of meat that she was cooking. When I received our orders, everything was cold. The cheddar was still hard on the meat and in the fries, cold bacon and hard cheddar. I made a complaint and no one came back to us or after 30 minutes I put everything in in the trash and we went to eat elsewhere. and to close at the exit my son fell on a more than wet floor I went to tell the counter but nothing moved. a very friendly gentleman came to help me pick up my son and said to the waiter he deserves a little gift. but no nothing, not a little note for my son, nothing at all. and WC very very room. I don't thank Macdo Dieppe at the belvédère. not ready to go back. pay 30€ to throw everything away and found my son on the ground too much for me. a shame

04/09/2024: Perfect! Beginnen met een glaasje witte wijn en oesters die heel erg vers waren. Daarna kreeft die gebakken was in de oven met boter en heerlijke kruiden. We hebben genoten! Gezellige, aardige bediening en we hadden niet eens gereserveerd 😊
