04/12/2025: Passing through Rouen, this café-brasserie was a wonderful discovery! The atmosphere is very pleasant, the setting is beautiful, the service is efficient, and the welcome is warm: you really feel at home! I had lunch there, and the food was delicious; you can tell the dishes are homemade. A special mention for the chocolate fondant—a real treat! 🤩 And the prices are quite reasonable. In short, I'll gladly return! 😍

A very pleasant setting.
A simple lunch menu that delights both our taste buds and our wallets.

I hadn't been for a while, and the quality is still the same, which is great.

02/12/2025: A very good, traditional restaurant. I came as part of a gift voucher and I wasn't disappointed at all.
The staff were very kind and welcoming.
12/10/2025: I don't recommend it at all. The accounting system is on the first table, a power strip hanging from the counter, tablecloths and placemats on our bench. The second room isn't bad, with a microwave on the central table, a stepladder against a wall, a cooking appliance on another table, and a drill... in short, a restaurant or a construction site?
Half the dishes can't be served because they don't have the ingredients, the microwave works harder than the kitchen utensils, the vegetable fritters were overfried, the dishes were bland with extra-tough shrimp and beef (reheated frozen???), and the desserts were industrial, I think.
To pay, you have to wait for the EFT to connect to your phone, a 10-minute wait.
In short, you shouldn't go there to eat well; it's not possible, but if you want to see unreal "Kitchen Nightmare"-type experiences, you have to go for it.

21/08/2025: Very good tobacco for me, with a wide range of choices, very complete. The staff has always been cool to me too (except for the blonde cashier who seemed a little tense one evening, but otherwise very good). I can understand the comments about the customers, but even if you haven't obtained at least 4,000 XP points on the street, come without looking at anyone and everything should go well.
PS: Put backwoods on sale, please; it would be really annoying.
19/08/2025: When you see the state of the terrace it gives an idea of the cleanliness of the establishment. It is regrettable to see all these misdeeds the papers maybe you have a bad view in any case it is to regret the former owners on the other hand what saved your establishment is the kindness the competence and the welcome of your staff we already come to have their kindness..it is very sad to see this establishment decline not great to live in filth..good reception of this letter Mrs. Augelo..

11/09/2024: An Afghan delicatessen shop. I won’t overstate how good the food is here, to the point of making a special trip there to have a meal. However, there is no doubt that the taste of the food in this restaurant is able to make us feel relaxed and reserved after a busy day. Especially considering the kind and gracious attitude of the boss.
The price of dine-in may be a little higher, but takeout is more cost-effective. In addition, I recommend staple dishes more than desserts.

18/07/2024: Great experience during a lunch break on the terrace. This was the second time I came for lunch at “le p’tit hollow”, and we were not disappointed. Helene works with fresh products for simple and generous cooking. Also note that the service is dynamic despite a full terrace, which is rare in our time! I obviously recommend it. Enjoy your meal 😋

06/08/2024: Durant nos vacances nous avons décidé d’aller manger dans ce restaurant qui à première vue nous avait l’air fort sympathique nous avons était accueilli par un jeune homme très courtois, mais au moment de recevoir les plats que nous avions commandé c’est une jeune fille qui doit être nouvelle dans ce service qui nous a servi cette dernière fut bousculé par son supérieur un homme peu présentable avec une queue de cheval qui tout en la bousculant lui fit une réflexion comme quoi elle n’allait pas assez vite alors que son service n’était pas à négliger, donc je recommande pas ce restaurant et je plain les serveurs et serveuses qui doivent endurer un tel harcèlement moral venant de leur supérieur.
06/08/2024: Super !!! Accueil super, une bonne ambiance je recommande. Le cadre, les bons cocktails, un bon rapport qualité prix avec une vue au top!

29/08/2024: Changement de propriétaire en début d'année, je crois...c'était très bien avant, j'ai envie de dire que c'est devenu excellent !!! Crepes très bonnes, accueil super, petit exemple : Ma femme commande une crepe sans chantilly, le propriétaire, sans rien dire, ma ramène la chantilly a part, pour moi....Ce sont de petits gestes comme ça qui confortent mon avis sur ce Monsieur !!!!!
23/07/2024: Excellent accueil pour nos 3 petits enfants 7,4,3 ans : proposition réhausseur siège , couverts et verres pour enfants et surtout proposition de galette taille enfant avec deux garnitures !
Les galettes classiques , nos préférés , étaient bonnes : jambon oeuf fromage
Les crêpes sucrées aussi : beurre sucre / nutella / suzette
Le cidre bon également
Bon rapport qualité prix
