06/09/2024: Run away! As soon as we arrived, the waitress told us not to do “restaurant basket”, therefore taking us for thieves. Despite our young age, we apparently have much more value than her. A big unpleasant mouth that we should put in the dish for the good of all! Afterwards I think it's the boss's wife or something like that, in fact it's the whole family of this disreputable bar who should be banned, just like the establishment obviously.

19/10/2024: We went for dinner with 4 adults plus 4 children. 6 different dishes, all really excellent. Very friendly hosts too. Absolutely recommended if you are not looking for the classic tourist restaurant

07/09/2024: Perfect restaurant in every way, friendly and fast smiling service, cocktails a delight, I recommend the mojito (it was highlighted on the menu) and it kept its promises. Congratulations to the cook who admirably masters the cooking of grilled fish and meat through cephalopods.
For vegetarians, no worries, the team can mix the accompaniments on the menu for you.
The dishes are very generous and very well presented.
The price is justified but not excessive for the service provided.

Looks very bad, and lacks respect for the customer, bakery to avoid "la petrie" is much better.

But then... We're thrilled!
There is really good food at sensationally affordable prices. The “daily recommendation” is definitely a good choice.
In the take away we had Croque monsieur and Panini with lots of goat cheese, both a huge portion and really tasty.
The only small point of criticism: the opening times are “mysterious”. When you're famished from the beach...
Comes, 7 p.m. is very late, at least for our feeling.

Specialty: Fish by weight (minimum 1.2 kg) for 2, therefore very expensive (approximately €150 per fish for 2). We therefore opt for a menu for €45 but the dishes on the menu are surely those from the day before the day! Sea bream tartare pearling under the tongue (for lovers of slightly fermented fish!). No excuses from the staff, that’s normal…Thanks but no thanks! Goodbye to the Cove…

The sea bass melts in your mouth, the soup with croutons is mind blowing!!!

We had booked for 8:30 p.m., after an hour of driving we arrived ready to spend a great evening... unfortunately what a disappointment: after 30 minutes of waiting we ended up asking for the menus and learning that there was only 1 dish left. available on the 4 offered…
On Saturday of the week of August 15 at 8:30 p.m., this seems incomprehensible. Especially since the waiter confirmed to us that all the tables had been reserved so you just have to learn to count your stocks!
The service is completely lousy too, no drinks and nothing to eat… we preferred to leave the restaurant!
No apology from the staff present, nothing!
18/08/2024: We (4) enjoyed our meal, masterful sea bream very well cooked, prawn pasta, excellent desserts, well chosen rosé wine, on a white tablecloth table, in an idyllic place on Capelan beach, far from the crowds of the port...
Let's hope the chef stays at the end of the season!

26/06/2024: I've been here twice, and each time I was verbally abused by the horrible, ageist, Luddite employee who, when he sold me the wrong type of SIM card, refused to refund my money and insisted it was “not my fault.”
I will never set foot in this lousy establishment again and I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.
