09/12/2025: Behind the window of the restaurant "Le Fontco" at the ESAT Umane (formerly Adapei), which does excellent work, I am writing to testify about the management of the residential care home after being removed from my position as head of service for spurious and abusive reasons, just like my excellent partner in adapted sports, Olivier G., who, like me, was a whistleblower on serious and repeated instances of workplace mistreatment between 2024 and 2025. These incidents were perpetrated by a management team that used corruption, manipulating emotions and the principle of reciprocity with underhanded deals to consolidate its authority and ensure a code of silence surrounding its practices. This director makes people sick and fires honest, dedicated, and competent individuals to conceal her incompetence in running an institution subsidized by public funds. In early 2024, an employee nearly died due to the tyranny of a toxic staff, and a mistreated resident was abandoned. The institution, after serious negligence and finally two successive department heads mistreated, insulted, and dismissed by a director who sows discord, spreads misinformation, and diverts the Works Council from its obligations by creating workplace suffering through a game of destructive alliances. The labor inspectorate, occupational health services, and the CFDT union leadership were alerted after informing the national management of the Red Cross, which remained deaf to requests for explanations and genuine dialogue, leading to a case being filed with the labor court and a report to the Regional Health Agency (ARS). This is extremely shocking for an NGO that promotes humanist values ​​and exemplary conduct while destroying the health and careers of its staff and its more committed partner network. This testimony aims to inform families who did not understand my sudden departure, nor that of Olivier G., despite my excellent work in adapted sports and the tireless efforts I made in providing medical and educational support, despite my professional exhaustion.

13/08/2024: Nous étions de fidèle client, et la dernière fois que nous sommes venus ça a été un désastre. Nous avions réservé la table était sale, non dressé le service déplorable vous avez perdu des clients nous ne reviendrons plus

03/08/2024: Un patron et un serveur vraiment très sympathique, toujours avec le sourire et arrangeant. Les plats cuisinés sont beaucoup trop cher pour la quantité servie. Entrées bonnes mais plats chaud sans plus … les 3/4 des coquillages étaient fermés.

22/07/2024: The Mas de Cotignac is wonderful! We visit this beautiful guesthouse every summer. There are four guesthouses/suites which are luxurally decorated and surrounded by a lovely garden with a very nice pool. This summer we spent three nights in July, and hade a lovely breakfast and a fantastic dinner every day outside in the garden. The hosts, Sylvie and Denis are always there for us and meet us with a great hospitality, great humor and service. They create a wonderful experience with fantastic food and meals for all their guests. We look forward to come back next year and give Le Mas de Cotignac the best recommendation to other people who want a wonderful experience.

21/07/2024: Toplocatie om enkele dagen te vertoeven. Mooie afgewerkte en propere ruime kamers. Zeer aangename gastheer (topkok met de nodige dosis humor) en gastvrouw. Het ontbijt en avond diner zijn alvast zeker “sterwaardig” en dit tegen een democratische prijs. Het domein straalt vooral rust uit tussen de meer dan 100 olijfbomen. Ideale uitvalsbasis tussen de Verdon en de Côte d’Azur. Wij gaan zeker nog terug!

22/08/2024: Super pleasant welcome, quality service and quantity. Their little terrace is super pleasant and the restaurant is air-conditioned. Good place for fast food. Fair price.

07/08/2024: Salle à manger intérieure traditionnelle (avec vue) personnel au top et cuisine simple et de qualité ! Très bon accueil.

04/08/2024: Nous devions arriver à 12h30 mais suite à une panne de voiture sommes arrivés 12 personnes à 14h, et bien malgré tout nous avons été très bien accueilli. Vu l’heure, nous avons simplifié les choix et sommes très satisfait des plats servis, poulet et calelonnis. Quant au dessert tous très bons et varié c’est un bon restaurant,

20/05/2024: Following my take-out order last night I took a Peking duck which was not great at all, the slices of duck a little whitish as if it had been defrosted and reheated and the noodles are not noodles but tagliatelle style pasta In short, I didn't really enjoy my dish.

18/12/2024: Excellent endroit pour manger tranquillement à 15h, avec un service au top, des produits frais et des serveurs sympas! Je recommande si vous voulez manger bien en décembre n'importe quand dans la journée. Nous avons pris des excellents bo-buns!

23/08/2024: Service catastrophique !! Ce petit resto veut servir beaucoup trop de clientèle et n'en a pas les moyens...du coup c'est le bazar !!! Dommage

18/11/2024: Rien à dire sur la cuisine puisqu'après avoir réservé une table par téléphone en donnant un nom et un horaire, la patronne nous a refusé à notre arrivée de façon plutôt cavalière, en se montrant très peu polie... ! Elle avait attribué notre table à qu'un d'autre " ils se sont faits passer pour vous... et puis, je n'ai plus grand chose à servir, j'ai des habitués je ne sais même pas si je vais pouvoir les servir....."

27/08/2024: Parfait , tout est fait maison , la patronne est sympas et vous accueil avec le sourire. Bon rapport qualité prix . Nous nous sommes régalés ! Nous reviendrons
