16/11/2025: We had a wonderful, friendly time at Christine's 😊 The dishes are delicious, made with local ingredients. The cocktails are excellent. As for the pizzas, in my opinion, they're the best—generously topped and reasonably priced. Currently, she's offering winter dishes like tartiflette, fondue, and raclette, as well as other daily specials that change regularly. She also hosts themed evenings, which are very interesting. You can eat there without hesitation; my daughter and I absolutely love it 😊

I'm sorry to leave a negative review, but the pizzas were really not good: undercooked dough, dry chicken, completely hard prosciutto... no flavor, and the crust was soggy... I was very disappointed. Perhaps your vending machine has a problem, but I wouldn't recommend it.

04/02/2026: Extremely disappointed!!! The Landes salad wasn't very Landes-style, more like a Finnish salad (a diet salad). The chicken in cream sauce: I got a sad, scrawny wing. The dauphinoise potatoes: a child's portion. The ice cream: well, we clearly have different definitions of "scoop"... The only positive thing about it was the cream sauce on the chicken!!!... PERSONALLY: VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Luckily, I'd just come from the pig festival 🐷 and had devoured three slices of strong cheese and a generous plate of kidneys/heart in a blood sauce with red wine... CONCLUSION: I WON'T BE GOING BACK THERE!!!!

Despite the perfect weather, we asked to have lunch on the terrace—a request refused on the grounds that there weren't enough staff and the terrace wasn't set up. This is hard to understand for only five covers, especially when it simply amounts to turning customers away rather than finding a solution. So we left, the establishment seemingly indifferent to the significant loss of revenue. If the welcome and motivation reflect this experience, it's unlikely we'll be back.

23/03/2026: The place looks pleasant, but the experience falls far short of a 5-star standard. The Italian restaurant is very disappointing: uninspired dishes and prices clearly excessive for the quality offered. The room was clean, but the stained furniture immediately detracts from any impression of luxury. The spa is undoubtedly the most problematic aspect: small, poorly designed, and offering no privacy whatsoever. Guests at the bar can directly observe those in the pool, which is frankly awkward. The facilities are limited (two small saunas, a cold plunge pool), and the Nordic bath is only accessible by reservation, further restricting the experience. The stables are attractive but completely underutilized: no activities are offered, they ultimately serve only as decoration. The large outdoor area is reserved for golf, which also limits the possibilities. Only a few thoughtful touches, such as chocolates, slightly improve the overall experience. Another major drawback is a forgotten item: I left my swimsuit, which I was particularly attached to as it had real sentimental value for me. I called reception only three hours after my departure, but my room was listed as "not found." This is a difficult situation to accept and leaves a very bad impression. In short, this place tries to project a high-end image but clearly doesn't live up to it. As a frequent guest of 5-star establishments, this is the first time I've left with such a bitter feeling. The value for money is simply unjustified.

17/03/2026: I used to go there, so I thought, "Why not just grab a quick bite?" The prices have gone up, it's appalling. I only had a Caesar salad for €14.50, way too expensive for such a bad salad. No flavor, three tiny pieces of chicken fighting each other in the middle of the salad, probably just bagged salad. In short, barely edible. In fact, my plate went back practically untouched. I definitely don't recommend this place. I think it must have changed owners and probably the chef too. We used to eat there regularly, but now the prices and the awful food have been a real shock. So that's it, I'm never going back. You're better off going to McDonald's.

I agree with the other positive and negative reviews; personally, I am very dissatisfied with both the quantity and the quality. I ate a ribeye steak that was advertised as 300g for €30, but in my opinion, it was only 200g. As for the waitresses, they were very friendly.
