21/07/2026: Terrible service,booked two exclusive rooms for my son and partner and myself and my wife.On arrival our room had ants all over the floor and bathroom had to go to reception as phone didn't work. Was told by very arrogant gentleman that the hotel was fully booked so we couldn't be moved but would send up a member of staff to clean the room, I asked if the manager could contact me with regards to this problem. Every day the ants would appear so had to actually buy insect spray to deal with them "unbelievable". Nobody at the hotel was interested ,the manager never contacted me once in the four days we were there or tried to address the problem. This is most definitely not a four star hotel,beds very hard, lifts very slow lots of people waiting ended up taking stairs ,had to wait every morning at breakfast for a table for four, breakfast was only "ok" once certain things ran out they simply didn't replenish. Roof bar and pool very small and staff very rude, nice view though. Over all a very stressful and disappointing experience not much of a relaxing break for my poor family wife very upset , had intended to use this hotel for myself and several friends for the Monaco Grand Prix 2027 but this will definitely not be happening. I have travelled extensively over the world but this has to be the worst hotel yet. When you have to buy insect spray and the hotels attitude is take it or leave it simply unacceptable. 0/10

11/07/2026: It’s easier if I just put a list. The location is genuinely the only saving grace of this place. Hair dryer hose overheats and burns, no heat settings Toilet placement and bathroom setup causing grief, no leg room around toilet, shower was awkward Towels not replaced Fan in bathroom not working/not there No grip on bath base, mum slipped and injured herself Dad hit his dead on a corner multiple times in an unmarked low spot Water goes boiling hot out of nowhere for a couple minutes then cools again Bathroom tiles slippery, bad sealing in showers Small flies around the room even when we got there 2 rooms booked together for family of 5, one with double bed and one with 3 singles, rooms put on different floors, told it was impossible to have them next to each other, have had no issues at other hotels Aunty’s aircon didn’t work, no maintenance was done Mould smell in lobby and rooms

14/07/2024: Nous avons passé un très bon moment tant par l’agrément de la terrasse ombragée que par la qualité des pizzas qui sont très bonnes et pas trop grasses ( contrairement à celles que l’on mange dans de nombreuses pizzerias. )Le service est agréable même si l’inexpérience de certains serveurs peut leur faire commettre de petites maladresses fort pardonnables! Un restaurant où nous étions déjà allés et où nous retournerons sans aucun doute !

21/05/2024: C’est triste, l’emplacement est bon. Mais la cuisine est médiocre et le prix est disproportionné. Rien avoir avec ce qui est annoncé sur internet. Cela ressemble à de l’arnaque. Je me suis demandé s’il y avait un cuisinier ! Une grande quantité de feuilles de salade, un œuf dure et un tout petit morceau de fromage de chèvre pour 18€! La viande est de troisième catégorie. Pour le service, des braves personnes mais incapables. Ce n’est pas des serveurs mais des porteurs d’assiettes. Un lieu à éviter.

08/05/2026: Heads up! A pint of IPA is €13!!!! I've never seen a price like that, we're being ripped off with a smile! Insane prices! Don't fall for it!

22/08/2026: Super friendly new owner, excellent pizza, and served with a big smile! I recommend the Nutella pizza for dessert :).

18/08/2023: 1 star, for having a site that works.. Takes payments but never saw the color of the food, endless waiting, unreachable, impossible to communicate!!! It’s a scam!!!! I'm looking for a refund

12/08/2024: Relatively pleasant welcome with good explanations on how the bivouac works around the lodge. Pitches for tents are quite limited, be careful not to arrive too late. The outdoor solar shower is very pleasant, you can use the restaurant tables to cook yourself. However, the prices are quite high for a lodge which can be supplied very easily by road, the sandwiches are expensive, moderately good and very small...
