24/08/2024: Belle découverte du village et du restaurant. Super ambiance à la bonne franquette. Les plats étaient délicieux et le service impeccable. La serveuse est top ( souriante, dynamique et comme à dit un Monsieur a table à côté :" elle y va , il fait encore réouverture des gens comme ca"). Nous n'avons pas pris de pizzas mais ça sera pour une prochaine fois car elle sont belles et grandes. Et c'est sur qu'ailleurs on ne nous servira pas une pizza de cette taille. Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil et bonne continuation si les gens du restaurant vont lire ce commentaire.

11/08/2024: In general I am more in the positive, I see the good side of things or the glass half full, but then I came back to Cabris and I returned to this little restaurant that I had enjoyed 2 years ago, which It was not my disappointment to see only Iceberg salad (the one we have in fast food restaurants, Big Mac for example) in the salad served with the pizza and the Caesar salad (see photo), there was in the Caesar salad of small first price cherry tomatoes, not ripe and tasteless, I'm not talking about the croutons harder than rusks that come out of the plastic bag, the chicken was breaded and the Caesar salad sauce in a store bottle, the chicken probably came out of the freezer bag, no taste, nothing to do with the delicious Caesar salad they made before. My husband, who is far from being a good cook, would have done much better. see the complete recipe on the internet (Roman salad, normal tomatoes and sauce and garlic croutons made in a pan and grilled chicken breast, parmesan shavings etc.....) the service nothing to say, waitress smiling and available, we didn't dare tell her that it wasn't very good. It’s not her in the stove. for the pizza it was good, I prefer real dough like in Italy, the dough that makes "bread swollen with baker's yeast" there it was a thin dough stretched with a rolling pin, that may please some people and I don't like it. I only emit my personal taste. The place in this small village is calm and relaxing, the price for the Caesar salad is excessive and good for the pizza, for the other dishes I can't say anything there it's just the Caesar salad and the pizza

22/09/2024: Nous venons de déjeuner à la brasserie et j'ai du mal à contenir mon ire. Cabriencs d'adoption depuis plus de trente ans nous avons toujours eu plaisir à venir nous y restaurer. Nous y avions convié un couple franco japonais et ce fut un embarras total. Les entrecôtes n'étaient que gras et nerfs et le service déplorable, un serveur arrogant et deux inefficaces qui préféraient pianoter sur leur portable que répondre aux attentes des clients. Quatre demandes de moutarde et c'est finalement la table à côté qui nous a donné son verre contenant les moutarde, ketchup, mayonnaise et tutti quanti. A bannir.

02/07/2025: Watch out for the restaurant dog! I started teasing a friend's nephew before heading out to the track, when the dog jumped on me and bit my arm until it bled. He probably thought I was attacking him and wanted to defend him, but is it really appropriate to have a dog behaving like that in a restaurant? At that point, there wasn't even a hint of concern or apology from the owner; I almost felt it was my fault! Aside from that, the food was good and reasonably priced.
