16/06/2026: It broke my heart to see how they prepared my wife's waffle and crepe. They weren't made fresh; instead, they just placed a pre-made waffle and crepe from a plastic bag onto the crepe plate or into the waffle maker. On top of that, the crepe sauce was disgustingly sweet. So, if you want pre-packaged waffles and crepes, go to Intermarché and buy them there. In the side street behind, they still make their crepes and waffles fresh from scratch; if that's what you prefer, go around the corner. Why am I so annoyed? Because the shop advertises quality but only sells overpriced supermarket items.

03/05/2026: A fish shop that also serves as a restaurant. The dishes are fresh, delicious, and generous. The owners are very attentive to their customers and strive to please everyone. Even if the dish you want is no longer available, you can choose from the shop counter, and we have never been disappointed. For example, one day we arrived late without a reservation, and since they were out of mussels, I asked if it would be possible to get a cooked salmon fillet, which was cooked to perfection. A big thank you for their consistently warm welcome.

24/04/2026: The place is very pleasant for a meal with friends, unfortunately the service was deplorable; the waiter was overwhelmed and unfriendly. We waited an hour and a half before our first course arrived, and it was barely lukewarm.

The limited menu is a testament to the restaurant's commitment to quality and its use of only fresh ingredients. The sheer number of dishes and overly diverse offerings suggests that the food is frozen and not prepared with care. A must-try.

15/05/2026: Be careful! We ordered the plat du jour and it was more like the leftovers du jour- paella with one prawn and a bunch of mussels. it tasted okay-maybe slightly undercooked but the discomfort afterwords was real. Me and my boyfriend got indigestion and reflux. Maybe we are just not up to those amazing French cooking standards but so be it- I want my food to be fresh and tasty. The service was okay, I speak fluent French so after a couple of minutes I managed to convince the waiter to seat us- since apparently without a reservation for this “luxurious” establishment your chances of getting a table are really low. I think if you’re a foreign tourists, it might get unpleasant.

Between the peaceful, natural setting (the pétanque court is a huge bonus), the exceptional homemade cuisine, and the staff's kindness, I highly recommend this place! Well done! 03/05/2026: ​It was a really nice stay after fulfilling the dream about climbing up the Col De Turini on the car. Owner is really friendly, easy to talk to and has no problem with english speakers. The hotel has some history and the special taste in decorations is something that makes this hotel special. Staircase is full of Rally posters and restaurant is full of pinball tables with some nostalgic souvenirs. It was a cozy stay, as a fan of rally, i was really happy. Rooms were big and clean, balcony was big with nice view and the breakfast were made with love. We will be back someday!:)

22/03/2026: Michel gave me a very warm welcome. He immediately handled a slightly complicated situation, as I arrived early despite having booked only 15 minutes beforehand. He gave me the key, showed me the room, and even took the time to set up the television! The rooms are clean and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The atmosphere at dinner was wonderful, and what can I say about the homemade dishes, prepared with seasonal vegetables straight from Italy… A real treat! The food was delicious. The decor is incredible, and the service was just as good: I felt right at home. I wanted to thank you, as it had been a very trying day for me, and you really cheered me up! Passing through on a cycling trip, it was a real pleasure to meet you and chat. I even learned a new expression! So, we can conclude that this hotel is fantastic!! I highly recommend it and, of course, I'll be back!

19/04/2026: A truly wonderful spot in the Nice hinterland. Authentic cuisine prepared by Stéphane, a passionate chef. On Friday and Saturday evenings, it's wood-fired pizza! Exceptional quality! I highly recommend this restaurant located in Villars-sur-Var.

15/05/2026: I'm a regular at this place, and I've never had a bad experience. The servers are great, the service is generally fast even when it's busy, and the atmosphere on special evenings is fantastic. But to my surprise today, I came to eat at 4 pm, and the restaurant was empty. There were only acquaintances or friends of the staff/owner. The meal was served quickly, but no one came to ask if we were alright. They walked right past us several times. I ordered dessert, and the people around us were being served while we waited. Finally, after 30 minutes, someone came to ask if we had received our desserts. I love this restaurant, and I can't give it a bad rating, but after all, that's what Google reviews are for, and I really think it's a shame to prioritize acquaintances over real customers who pay for their meals.

01/06/2026: The starters were excellent, both in presentation and flavor. The main courses were more mixed, and the fourth course was served almost five minutes after the other three! Perhaps the seasonings, or rather the lack thereof, could be improved! The table service was simple but friendly. All this for a relatively reasonable price... considering the location and the occasion. It's still a good restaurant!

25/04/2026: Honestly, I'm still reeling from this experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was already strange, but I tried to stay positive… big mistake. The service was catastrophic. We felt like we were bothering the staff every time we asked a question. The waiter was cold, almost unpleasant, and completely uninterested. We waited forever just to get the menu, and then even longer to be served. And the food… what a disappointment. The dishes were barely lukewarm, poorly presented, and above all, tasteless. I ordered a dish that was supposed to be their specialty, and honestly, I would have been better off eating a sandwich from the train station. Everything seemed rushed, as if nothing was prepared with care. The worst part is that no one seemed to care. Not an apology, not a smile, nothing. We just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. A truly unpleasant experience from beginning to end.

25/04/2026: We visited L’Antre Potes today with our family and were left extremely shocked by the experience. From the very beginning, the waitress behaved unprofessionally: she invaded our personal space, stood far too close, and got into our faces, which is completely unacceptable in hospitality. When we asked for water, instead of responding normally, she started laughing and loudly said that we already had water, pointing at an empty bottle. This came across as mocking and disrespectful. After that, we decided to leave. However, the situation only escalated: the waitress began shouting at a child, aggressively pushing empty bottles toward him, waving them in his face and teasing him. This kind of behavior toward a child is absolutely unacceptable. Additionally, when we tried to address the situation, we were not given accurate information about the restaurant manager. The name provided seemed questionable. Instead of resolving the issue, insulting comments were made toward our family, including the child’s mother. Overall, this experience was a complete disappointment. Rude behavior, aggression, and a lack of professionalism make this a place we would not recommend and will not return to. Really hope management will look into this situation and make sure to solve it.
