16/02/2024: Reservation for 10 people in this restaurant, unfortunately we have a member of staff on the phone who, given the name we wanted to reserve for, allows himself to make bad jokes towards the Asian community. In the end we will go to another restaurant. I advise against

03/01/2024: I've been to the same restaurant in Bordeaux twice and it's a fan favorite. First time at the Marseille location. Our food was tasty but the steak was prepared bien cuit and not à point as we asked. It didn't ruin the meal but it was a little disappointing.

06/09/2023: I have nothing to reproach the young people who served me, very friendly and fast, however I do not understand the amount paid compared to the flyer price On August 27, I paid €43.47 for 2 medium Savoyard pizzas and 1 small, without a drink or anything else, whereas on the flyer it is €12.49 Is there a supplement on Sunday? I would have paid less in a pizzeria!!!

07/12/2024: Disgusting, dirty, only one toilet and it looks dirty without a lid and no soap available. Once and never again.

29/11/2024: Really unfriendly service despite the quality of the products. 2 people behind the sales counter but none of them had a smile, probably one day without but hey it's not up to the customer to bear it. Really disappointed, don't necessarily want to burden the existing staff but at some point you also have to question yourself...

29/08/2024: c'était mon restaurant préféré ! Nous sommes allé y diner en famille pour le jour de mon mariage, très mauvais , j ai connu des cantines de routier meilleure et surtout plus sympathique, à part un jeune serveur qui s'est montré aimable avec nous, on a été aussi bien traité que dans une gare de marchandise ! Cela aurait pu passer si la nourriture avait été un minimum convenable, je ne suis vraiment pas une grande cuisinière et ben eux , ils arrivent à cuisiner plus mal que moi !

29/08/2024: We’ve lived in the area for a long time and have been to this restaurant many times with other members of our family. We always thought it was an ok place for reasonable meal…… nothing amazing but fairly reliable. On this occasion we were meeting someone else for lunch but we were the first to arrive for the reservation. We speak pretty good French but still have a bit of a English accent. The waiter seemed very busy and it took quite a while until we were able to ask for a drink. As I was driving and had planned on having a glass of wine with my meal I asked first if they had any low or alcoholic beer….unfortunately the verbal abuse that we received from the waiter was discriminating and quite shocking. He snarled at us and retorted that in the Charente ‘we only drink alcohol ‘ Apparently simply asking if they happened to have a non alcoholic beer was reason to be incredibly rude and patronising to customers who he obviously assumed to be tourists. We would have left at that point but as I said we were waiting for someone….the setting outside is lovely , the food is fairly average and not particularly good value but worst of all the waiter’s attitude was really quite unpleasant.

04/08/2024: Both rooms (superior class) were in immaculate condition. Clean and groomed. The bathroom is fantastically furnished to a high standard. Air conditioning worked well and was pleasantly quiet. The mattresses on the beds were new and of good quality (firm without being uncomfortable). The staff at reception was friendly and even spoke English (not necessarily common). The location is perfect for transit, as well as a base for exploring the surrounding area. Many locations within walking distance. There is also a good walking environment for dog owners. I'm still thrilled and will make Campanile Mulhouse - Illzach Ile Napoléon my first stop if the prices remain moderate. The only thing I was missing was a coffee machine for the morning before the restaurant opens.

14/06/2024: My children and I loved this restaurant! Unfortunately for 2 years it has only gotten worse, first of all the staff, frankly we wonder where we are falling, the grizzled Mr. at reception serves us and when I tell him we are in a hurry because we have to go to the cinema, he says it well it happens! In fact it happens 35 minutes later! I asked him for more bread since he's waiting for you and he throws it at me at the end of the table! we still have 1h30 ahead of us and well we couldn't get there because the service was so long, my children waited 45 minutes for their plates, certainly we had the salad drowned in the sauce but all the customers had the same disgusted face, why did we come here?! And to finish the meat with a bad taste like rancid not good and full of nerves I was in heaven! I ask what vegetables they have, the guy tells me what you want, well you already have to know what you have...finally I ask for ratatouille, my god! It was a puree, no piece of vegetables! The experience from my point of view! I was disgusted, never again in my life would I go to a dump! You're not about to get back on track! The worst thing is that they tell me that they did an investigation and that what I say is not true, that's the shame! Customers talk about their experiences and frankly never again!
