15/08/2024: I am very happy because it is a brand that I really appreciate. I ordered at 9:25 p.m., delivery was scheduled for 9:55 p.m.-10:05 p.m. On the app, the delivery was being delivered, then it was marked “Rate” even though the business was closed. I never received it, impossible to contact the company by phone because it is sent via a messaging service.

09/06/2024: That's changed, there are more vegetables than meat and what's more, the manager doesn't stop shouting so for my part I'm going to go elsewhere

20/02/2024: The service is OK, the waiter is conscientious, but the food is absolutely tasteless. A burger for 22 euros, everything is industrial. The meat is certainly cooked on site but without flavor. It's overpriced for the quality. I don't recommend.

21/09/2024: Second experience in this restaurant in 6 months and it’s just as inedible! Don't choose salmon 🤢 It is way overcooked and tastes terrible. Makes you wonder if the team tastes from time to time what comes out of the kitchens. And what about the Niçoise salad which has no taste. We don't eat when we come here, we barely eat.

17/09/2024: This is not a French streak restaurant per EE as Google list it. It is an autoroute service station. And one of the worst. The lavatories are filthy. Getting a cup of insipid coffee and an indifferent baguette takes an age. Even the entrance to the car park, concealed after the exit is a monument to bad design. Narrow with concrete nearly reaching out to damage your car. Avoid Bourg Jasserons at all costs. Oh, it is expensive as well.

13/04/2024: Personnels très aimable Mes repas très mauvais pour notre par nous avons pris des pizza Ce qui est noté à l'entrée du restaurant n'a rien à voir avec ce sui nous a était servi dans l'assiette( pizza froide ,et sans aucun doute elle sortait tous droit cu congélateur)

15/12/2024: Restaurant à fuir, c'est ce que nous avons fait après 1/2 d'attente pour essayer d'avoir un dessert. La cuisson des viandes n'est pas respectée. La patronne fait n'importe quoi pendant le service ( le cuistot sert en salle, la patronne fait la cuisine, la plonge débarrasse la table) bref un manque d'organisation total qui fait fuir les clients. Et en plus c'est cher.

I showed up at 4:52 p.m. to collect a package (within the time slot indicated on the site that took my order), this gentleman "received" me very coldly because he decided that the packages are from 5 p.m. and that if I read the emails sent I would have known… I read the email, indeed it is marked, I apologize flatly and offer to wait the remaining 8 minutes outside… well no that is not suitable either! What follows is a moral lesson worthy of a parent who yells at his 5 year old child because he did not read the statement of the problem... dear sir, when a person apologizes and admits his wrongs he It's usually appropriate to relent and accept his apology.
