27/10/2025: It's a bit like a "kitchen nightmare." I go in for lunch, the room is empty and stays that way the whole time. Instead of saying "hello," the waitress says "yes?", as if surprised that I'm allowed in. Then, I'm disappointed by the menu and its price: €17. At that price, I thought there was a dessert, but it's okay. Then the spring rolls arrive as starters: 3 very small ones, with 4 (I counted) mint leaves. It's really cheap. For the main course, the caramel pork is good but too cheap. The same goes for the rice, which is usually served in generous quantities in Asian restaurants. In Pertuis, the menu is €12, 5 large spring rolls, generous caramel pork with lots of rice, and a dessert. It feels like they're cutting corners here. And the waitress remained just as cold and unpleasant from start to finish. I waited to see if she would finally thank us, but no. Just a "goodbye" from behind her back, even though she had already left for the kitchen.

The welcome was very friendly, the food was sophisticated and delicious (the bull stew was original and excellent), and the establishment offers as many local products and drinks as possible. The manager, Bius, gave excellent advice on wine pairings. We really appreciated the decor; in short, we had a very pleasant time! Thank you!
