15/05/2026: Doesn't look too welcoming at first but overlook this. Owned by a lovely couple, lady at the counter, husband at the oven. Pizza are giants and good. I can usually finish a pizza without problem but I couldn't finish half of it! A great place for a great pizza.

19/04/2026: The three pizzas we ordered were very good, even if mine was a little overcooked. However, the staff was very friendly. We will definitely return.

09/09/2026: A first time here for an afternoon drink, and it will be the last... The waitress was about as friendly as a bailiff, and the prices were exorbitant for glasses mostly filled with ice, and drinks were imposed without warning (we asked for Perrier, and they served us a substitute of sparkling water without even asking). We often feel like we're being ripped off in bars and restaurants, but here it's a certainty...

07/09/2026: Super friendly staff and a very pleasant setting in the shade of the pergolas. We thoroughly enjoyed a simple yet delicious dish: macaroni gratin accompanied by a nice, chilled rosé. Don't hesitate to go; we highly recommend it!

24/07/2026: My very first experience at Ange was picking up a simple anti-waste basket from the Too Good To Go app, and I was greeted by a fantastic, incredibly helpful pastry chef who listened carefully to my request and assisted me throughout the process. This experience definitely deserves 5 stars in every category. As my first time at Ange, I will recommend it to all my friends and family. Thank you again for your warm welcome, and you can be sure I will be back! 😊

23/06/2026: Looking for a gift, we stumbled upon this lovely shop offering beautiful local products. There's a wide selection, making it easy to find a quality gift idea. The saleswoman was attentive, friendly, and offered helpful advice, which made our visit very pleasant. One small drawback, however: I think they could have used some nice bags with the shop's logo for carrying the wine bottles. It's a small detail, but it would add a nice touch to the gifts. Also, it was extremely hot in the shop. This can be uncomfortable for customers, but especially for the staff who spend all day there. Despite these minor points, we had a lovely time and left happy with our purchases.

26/05/2026: The best local sauces! They recently started making fresh ravioli to go with their sauce. Delicious.

05/09/2026: An elderly, extremely rude and unpleasant waitress with dark skin and a slender build completely ruined our experience and our trip. To preserve your travel experience, if you are a foreigner, I recommend avoiding her. I wonder what problems she could possibly have in her life to behave this way. She doesn't hesitate to harass customers, especially those who speak a foreign language, with a mocking tone and a contemptuous attitude. She simply doesn't seem like the right person to work with the public.

04/09/2026: It's simple: we ordered four dishes and left all four—they were inedible. The bouillabaisse was a small mess with fish mud at the bottom, the gravlax was just raw, uncooked salmon, and so on. All this after a 1.5-hour wait for a reservation that was forced upon us at 7:00 PM ("7:15 PM max," we were rather unpleasantly informed on the phone). In short, avoid this place.

01/09/2026: A superb restaurant discovered by chance. The dishes were delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and there was a great selection. The waiter was incredibly friendly. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back. Many thanks to the chef, it was fantastic!

30/08/2026: The food is of very poor quality. I ordered a savory crepe, which was simply awful, with a sweet crepe batter. The ground beef was as hard as a shoe. Not to mention the hygiene and the regulars smoking at the counter. 🤨 I really only recommend this restaurant if you have no other choice and it's raining cookies.

08/07/2026: Small sidewalk terrace in the shade (2/3 tables). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable.

25/06/2026: The place is pretty good and the food is quite decent, but the organization sometimes leaves something to be desired. On my last visit, they completely swapped my order with another table's. It's a shame because the rest is good, but they need to be a bit more attentive to the service.

27/08/2026: We had a very good experience, the price was very reasonable, and the waiter and waitress were very pleasant.

23/08/2026: We ate in a quiet atmosphere with small children. The dishes arrived promptly, everything was very good and a little different from the usual tourist menus.

17/06/2026: This hotel far surpassed my hopes and expectations. Websites can oversell a place with camera angles and photo edits and I was prepared to be slightly underwhelmed by L'Arlatan. Instead, I found that the hotel, restaurant, bar, and grounds were so phenomenal that the website actually undersold the space. It’s even more incredible in person. Everything was perfect - the comfort, coolness, and beauty of the rooms, the kindness of the staff, the stunning gardens and the phenomenal restaurant. Every detail is thoughtful and perfectly executed. I thought Arles would be a quick trip while passing through Provence but instead I’m already planning my next visit just so I can stay at L’Arlatan again. Thank you for an incredible experience!

This is due to the superb team now running the hotel, one of the most impressive collections of professional hoteliers you are likely to find, and a blessing for this small town. The new chef is amazingly good. The wine selection (Domaine de Deves) is top notch. Whether you are dealing with Maxime and colleagues on reception, or Lara and Pierre and Sarah and colleagues in events and the restaurant, you are in truly exceptional hands. And this team is allowing the L’Arlatan’s natural advantages of location and their superb decor by Jorge Prado to shine all the brighter. Thank you for a superb experience.

15/09/2026: It's not open 24/7, that's a lie. I just went there at midnight on a Monday night, and it was impossible to order. So maybe it's open for online orders, but then there's no point in mentioning it on Google since the reason I'm looking on Google is to actually go there. Anyway, I wasted a lot of time for nothing.
