03/09/2024: We came on Sunday to have a drink and eat pancakes and waffles around 5 p.m. The waiter came to take our order and we waited 1 hour and still nothing another very friendly and smiling waiter told us I'm sorry for the delay I'm going to go and see in the kitchen he came back straight away and said sorry there were no more pancakes or waffles he advised us to have something else and guaranteed to serve us very quickly we were not the only ones to be unhappy the waiter managed all the tables alone. We made the decision not to stay, we thank this waiter for his politeness and his smile! Rather rare these days! Staff management to be reviewed in this well-located establishment!

01/09/2024: When we go to Borely we often come here… this time we were very disappointed Firstly, we were the only customers on a school holiday evening (which is not necessarily a good sign) The quality has gone down and so have the portions. We didn't enjoy ourselves. And average service... The waiter seemed new and was left to fend for himself. He did not master the map and was discovering the profession. We didn't want to be annoying but he needed support. Given the lack of customers it would have been good if he had been accompanied because he was not the only one in the restaurant “working”! He did his best, thanks to him!!

25/08/2024: It was a nice cool room, I didn't need the aircon. The food was excellent, and I had the entrocote. Friendly staff, even though my French was very rusty. It's not a posh hotel, but it provides what you need. Would recommend.

28/08/2024: Dans une rue du centre ville d'Aix, une envie de couscous vite assouvie... Mais déception, ce n'était pas loin s'en faut, le meilleur que nous avons mangé récemment.. Peu assaisonné, bouillon donc fade, merguez moyennes avec des morceaux de cartilage... Le tajine au poulet n'était guère plus attirant. Service moyennement chaleureux.

24/08/2024: Une bonne adresse J'ai pris un tajine au poulet citron confit et olive et la dernière fois que j'en avais mangé un aussi bon c'est au Maroc. Le service est sympathique Et le rapport qualité prix vraiment très bien.

15/08/2024: We stayed one night in this hotel, welcome with a smile, fast :) very clean hotel, clean bed linen and towels. The bedding is very comfortable. The parking opposite is free. Small, friendly town to walk to! The kebab right next door is very good... my teenager couldn't resist!!!! A hotel that welcomes large families is very rare, especially with an affordable price! So THANK YOU!!!

11/07/2024: Hotel Restaurant in the city center, free parking right in front. Very comfortable beds. We are welcomed with a smile and the dishes are good and generous.

09/09/2024: Stingy in sauces!!!! I will never order again, two sauces for 16 California!!! The tubes aren't even filled, shameful, plus they're not even good, the sauces must be low-end, the sushi too, not good

17/08/2024: We were at this sign that evening, We made reservations at noon for the evening, so we weren't there unexpectedly. Once we arrived there we asked to be on the side so that we could enjoy the view of the sea. The waitress accepted after discussing with the owner, We ate well, we thank the chef 👏 However, the famous waitress who welcomed us at the beginning almost kicked us out because the lady wanted to place a future customer at that table ;) Once we headed to pay the bill she made a comment to her colleague saying: where are they coming from? If you read this comment ma'am, I am leaving my lunch reservation, you are a waitress, and your duty is the well-being of the customer, whether it is reception service and taking care of your behavior when the customer leaves. If you don't want to work, apply for RSA ;) Fortunately, your young colleague was smiling, attentive, and very professional 😊 I wish him a good career but if you will be in this brand during my next stay in Marseille, I will have to go to another restaurant. 2 stars so as not to penalize the cook and your young colleague.

17/08/2024: We loved eating here, the service was great, the dishes were tasty and well presented, the foie gras very good, the atmosphere and the magnificent view, we didn't understand the bad negative reviews, really not justified, we will come back is sure

09/08/2024: A éviter: service expéditif A peine assis que les plats arrivaient Qualité des produits très bas gamme Choix d'une salade italienne à 19€ quand même avec du jamais vu de la sauce à la betterave croûtons détrempés (non indiquée sur le descriptif de la carte) Melon pas mûr salade en sachet et jambon médiocre Le tout insipide Pour les moules frites l'équivalent d'une pomme de terre .... Très cher pour ce que c'est Je n'y retournerai pas

27/07/2024: Franchement on ne s'est pas régalé c'était même mauvais 😕 Légumes complètement cramés Salade passée et en plus ce sont des salades d'hiver frisé scarole breff du n'importe quoi !!! Pourtant je me suis plaint plusieurs fois mais ils s'en foutent complètement. Très dommage car nous venons régulièrement à la Ciotat mais nous ne viendrons plus ici
