08/12/2024: We got our food 1 and a half hour late, the service was awful and so was the food

08/12/2024: Last night, my friend and I ordered 2 banh bao, pho soup and caramel pork. It was good but we had a lot of trouble digesting and had cramps… This morning I woke up sick with excruciating stomach aches (I'll let you imagine what happened in the bathroom☠️) and my girlfriend the same. Besides, it's been two days and I still have unpleasant stomach cramps.

14/01/2026: Absolutely horrible. The restaurant was completely empty, everything was broken, and the hygiene was appalling. The toilets didn't even flush; everything just accumulated. The waitress was on her phone and told us she was finishing her meal before taking our order. It was a nightmare. They added extra things to the bill and made us pay for bread and a jug of water because we were tourists and didn't speak French. It was simply robbery. You ruined our trip and disgusted us.

15/11/2025: The pizzas are fine. However, don't mess up the points; after 3 months and ONE day, the free points are gone. (November 15th) I've been a customer for years; my last order on August 14th was around 60 euros, but oh well, no freebie. Small customers aren't worth much; it's the price of success. The phone reception today was disdainful. Bravo.

19/03/2026: Avoid at all costs! After reserving 9 surprise baskets on Too Good To Go for pickup starting at 7:00 PM, I arrived around 7:25 PM and was told I had to wait 15 minutes. People who arrived after me to pick up Too Good To Go baskets were served before me. At 8:00 AM, I was still waiting. It took 40 minutes to give me a bag with 9 small boxes of mini sushi. And to top it all off, all 9 boxes were the same: tuna only, no avocado, cucumber, etc. While I was waiting, I could see the kitchen staff sitting at a table. I asked for chopsticks, and they told me they don't provide chopsticks with Too Good To Go. It's a real shame, I often order from this site at other places, especially sushi restaurants, and I've never had to wait. The opening hours are always respected, the sushi selection is varied, and chopsticks are free. However, what I did appreciate was that everything was given to us in a large bag, perhaps so we wouldn't notice that all the baskets were the same. I think it's a bit much to pay €45 for Too Good To Go, especially to avoid waste.

08/03/2026: I wish to report a problem regarding a phone call I made today. The person I spoke to was very arrogant and disrespectful. They didn't give me a chance to speak and hung up on me. I find this behavior unacceptable, especially when calling for help, information, or to place a phone order. I would like this situation to be addressed and a solution found to prevent this type of behavior from happening again. Aside from that, their sushi is very good. The staff at the store are very respectful and kind. I really like their sushi.

19/02/2026: A huge disappointment today. Everything was tasteless, the rice wasn't cooked, and the choice of side dishes was very limited (barely a few options). Even the ice cream was mediocre. It felt like an understaffed restaurant, with the kitchen barely operating. For those who remember the old Flunch and haven't been back in a long time: hold on to your memories, they're much better than the current reality.

18/03/2026: Ideally located on the port of Cassis to watch the sunset while sipping a cocktail....

15/02/2026: A very pleasant place with a smiling and humorous waiter. Special mention for the restrooms, which are clean and modern…a welcome change from all the other bars around! We'll be back.

19/12/2025: Forget these pizzas. They're completely uninteresting. The dough tastes like bread dough. Plus, all four pizzas I ordered tasted exactly the same.

19/12/2025: Ordered 5 different pizzas, and frankly, they were tasteless and uninteresting. The dough was bizarre, nothing like pizza dough. This pizzeria is the worst on the Côte Bleue, definitely avoid it. Money wasted, children left unsatisfied.

15/03/2026: We went there once, and we won't be going back! The service was ruined by a restaurant attendant who kept coming to the buffet whenever we were serving ourselves! She'd pretend to straighten the dishes right in front of/inside/next to us. She even had the nerve to take the ice cream scoop out of my teenager's hand while she was rinsing it to get a different flavor. It was truly outrageous, thinking we were going to eat in a relaxed atmosphere and have a pleasant time! But no, we felt spied on by this very unpleasant old woman! What's more, while we were seated, the staff stayed outside our table chatting and waiting to clear the tables in the dining room. The food was mediocre, the fried fish was very tough... We had already paid before sitting down, otherwise we would have left. Avoid this place if you want to eat and share a pleasant moment with your loved ones without feeling spied on, watched, and bothered in a restaurant.

05/03/2026: Avoid this restaurant! Expensive, not enough variety of products, poorly cooked, greasy floor. It's a shame we can't give it 1 star. I won't be back.

20/02/2026: ⚠️ Absolutely avoid this place! ⚠️ This hospital is a real public danger. I was taken there by the fire department in the middle of the night, to the pediatric ward. I was sick and in distress. An unpleasant woman told me to hurry up because I was having complications and to get up so she could weigh me. They then left me waiting in an examination room, even though the ward was empty, with a Doliprane (knowing that I couldn't swallow anything and I had told them). I screamed in pain, and they sent me home under the pretext that they couldn't give me an IV. Luckily, I was seen immediately afterward at the HPP (Hospital Public Hospital) because it was a very serious emergency. Their incompetence and indifference could literally cost you your life. The staff is cold, negligent, and incapable of recognizing a critical situation. If you care about your loved ones or yourself, NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS HOSPITAL.

20/02/2026: One star is already too much! Yet another terrible experience of mistreatment and neglect in the emergency room of this hospital. My child arrived with the fire department suffering from severe abdominal pain. The staff in the pediatric ward sent her home with Doliprane, ignoring her suffering, too busy on their personal phones! A few hours later, we went to the emergency room at HPP. What a difference! She received prompt care and a diagnosis that turned out to be very worrying. The incompetence and ignorance of the Aix hospital emergency room could have had very serious consequences if we had trusted them. If you value your children, and your life in general, run away!!!

07/02/2026: The pizzeria was very poorly received. And once there, we learned they don't accept credit cards; we had to go around the room to withdraw cash. Result: lukewarm pizza, barely good.

07/02/2026: The pizzas were okay, nothing extraordinary, but they're by far the best pizzas I've ever had. I find it unacceptable that a "restaurant" refuses credit cards in 2026. I had to withdraw cash, which resulted in cold pizzas—fantastic! First and last time I'll ever set foot in there!

13/03/2026: The main course was lukewarm, the dessert wasn't fresh, and there wasn't much choice for an all-you-can-eat restaurant. It's a shame, but the service was lovely.

16/03/2026: This fast-food restaurant is spacious, but the tables are often dirty. The atmosphere can be unpleasant, and although the service is quick and efficient, the welcome lacks warmth. I do not recommend it.

13/03/2026: I've been going there since I was a kid because I live nearby, so it's always been convenient and a fun outing. There's been a huge drop in quality over the last two years. The standards just aren't the same anymore: it's shocking. The burgers look awful in their boxes, the fries are less generous, the McFlurry spoon is made of recycled wood and feels unpleasant, the orders are cold, and there's no distinction between the drinks anymore… They consistently forget things in Drive orders. It's never good enough. EDIT 2: No oversights this time, but the McFlurry was served in a half portion (see photo). That's the last straw. Go BK!

17/03/2026: The food was less than ordinary. When we were about to pay, the manager said they don’t accept credit cards (which is highly unusual for a restaurant of this size). Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough cash on me so the manager directed me to the store next door that had an ATM. The currency exchange rate was unjustifiable. It was highway robbery. Can you see the con?

10/03/2026: A wonderful experience at the restaurant! We were greeted by the very friendly and attentive waitress Djazira, who took excellent care of us from beginning to end. The bouillabaisse royale was superb, a real treat! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
