30/09/2024: On y est allés car le restaurant qu’ont voulait était trop loin. Belle découverte mais sans +. Serveuse sympathique mais le lieu est un peu vieillot (comme figé dans le temps). Des plats simples et certaines spécialités fallait les commander à l’avance mais rien de bien grave car il y avait d’autres choix.

10/09/2024: We came, as before, for the bouiabaisse and drove 100 km detour. The restaurant appeared to be closed, no information. We came for nothing.

14/09/2024: The mistral made us change our habits (sorry Shamrock 🫣) and it did us a lot of good! We didn't plan to eat there at first but simply have a pint but Friday evening...mistral...it's packed!. We are told that it is possible to return but that there is only a table of 2 left to eat... come on... we will stay and eat. What a discovery! Not only is the selection of taps incredible but the dishes were just as incredible. Simple but hearty dishes. 🥰 And the pompom on the Garonne 😅: the incredible service! We thank Simon who was truly incredible: efficient, kind, funny... In short, thank you Simon! (Perhaps we will see each other one day in Lille 😉). Looking forward to coming back very soon. 12/09/2024: The Queen Victoria in the heart of the Vieux Port, Marseille, is a delightful gem of English charm amidst the vibrant French surroundings. My recent visit was fantastic from start to finish. The warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home, with attentive and friendly service that set the perfect tone for our meal. We ordered a croque madame and a croque monsieur with chips, and both were simply amazing! The sandwiches were perfectly prepared, with crispy bread, rich cheese, and beautifully cooked eggs. The chips were golden and crunchy, adding the perfect side to an already outstanding meal. The drinks were just as impressive. The beer was cold and fresh, and the wine was full of flavor – not watered down like you often experience in other places. It was evident they take pride in offering quality beverages to complement the food. Overall, the Queen Victoria offers a cozy, authentic English pub atmosphere with a touch of French flair. Whether you're after a quick bite or a place to relax with a pint, this is the place to be. I can't wait to return on my next trip to Marseille! Five stars, without a doubt.

26/03/2024: A delight that honors Greek cuisine, I am absolutely delighted by this tavern which offers you traditional Greek mezes at a more than affordable price, but which are above all absolutely delicious and authentic. The service is also authentically Greek, being represented by a particularly friendly and efficient lady. It’s an island of Greece in the heart of Aix-en-Provence

28/02/2024: We ate lunch there, the choice is excellent, you can have just 6 mini dishes for 16€ each person. The quality is very good and for the price it is perfect. The service was fast, the lady served us in 5 minutes.

13/08/2024: Charming place with all the comfort expected whether in the room, for the swimming pool, in the restaurant or for parking the car (in the shade!). We really appreciated the calm, the view from the room (located at the back of the hotel) and its space, the generous exteriors including around the swimming pool or in the restaurant, the quality of the meal. Note the kindness and availability of the staff. Flawless.

13/08/2024: Restaurant at the top!!!! Hotel not to frequent Every year we go down to Corsica and we stop at lunchtime for lunch at the Domaine restaurant and we take a room for 2 hours with family to rest from the journey and refresh ourselves before taking the ferry to Marseille. But this will be the last time because no commercial gesture is made and quite the contrary because this time they charged us extra for an early check-in of 1 hour. Result: room occupancy from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. for €129 + €20 “early check-in” What a shame. (On the other hand, we will continue to have lunch at the excellent restaurant which has no connection with the service of this motel.)

25/08/2024: Refuses to package my soap because he tells me it will close soon, despite a basket of €40, he supposedly gives me the stickers and the sachets... when I get home I notice that there is no the stickers but no bags so I can package them!!!
