He categorically refused to serve us water, even though we had ordered food and drinks, because "we mustn't give customers bad habits, otherwise they'll just keep asking for water all evening. If you want water, we have Evian."... I've never seen anything like it in my life.

19/07/2026: I highly recommend it! It's a peaceful place, the view is magnificent, especially in the evening on the terrace. The price is affordable and the noise level is just right! The staff is very welcoming.

18/06/2026: I come here from time to time with friends and we're never disappointed; all the dishes are delicious, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is excellent. It's hard to find a halal restaurant that offers so many dishes, which suits a huge number of people!

31/05/2026: A simple application of the right of admission, as long as it's not accompanied by insults or discriminatory remarks. No legal issues: he can refuse entry for attire deemed non-compliant with the dress code. The security guards don't know you, they won't let you in, then they'll tell their manager or the owner of the establishment that I did a good job, so I'm giving it one star. Even a lawyer specializing in civil or commercial law can't get you in; it's disgraceful for an establishment. I'm going to the La Valentine police station to ask the police why the security guard only ever has this instruction to admit me. Very disappointed to be refused entry in this way, supposedly (I don't know you). And also, two of my colleagues are inside, and I finish work late, I arrive at 3:00 AM, and he tells me it's not possible.

13/07/2026: I'd heard about this place, but I'd never been. I was very disappointed yesterday; the service was catastrophic. The staff were constantly running around with no interest in listening to the customers. The food was even worse, the tables were too close together, like a hospital cafeteria with no decor whatsoever. We had been asking for water and cutlery since the beginning of the evening. The place is very cramped and small, whereas it looks big on social media. This will be my last time. I think the price is way too high considering the meal wasn't even up to standard. I left without even finishing it, and I only managed to bite into a meat pastry because I was too hungry. The water wasn't cold, and the air conditioning was unhealthy; the hot air was stronger.

29/06/2026: Horrible! I ordered a hamburger with salad, tomato, and mayonnaise, and then without my permission they changed it to Algerian salad and a little kataifi. Disrespectful! I went to ask them to change it, I explained the situation, and then they started ignoring me. I don't know what's wrong with them today, but it was HORRIBLE!

09/07/2026: Catastrophic management and a blatant lack of respect. Arriving at the drive-thru around 4:10 PM with a baby in the car, I waited 30 minutes while other cars weren't even in front of me, but were piling up behind me. Seeing through the window that our burgers had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes, I went out to ask for a refund. The employee's response? "They're still hot, boss, touch them." The tone was completely inappropriate (one says "sir" or "madam," not "boss") and the nonchalance unacceptable. The manager intervened, equally lethargic, and refunded us without batting an eye, proof that this disorganization is routine. As a result, we went to the KFC next door. We arrived at 5:01 PM and were served at 5:11 PM. Ten minutes on one side, a complete fiasco on the other. Avoid at all costs.

07/07/2026: I spent (and I see I'm not the only one complaining) over 30 minutes at the drive-thru. Don't go to the drive-thru if you're in a hurry, have an appointment, or are simply hungry, because you'll face an endless wait. You're served after 45 minutes without a word of apology, even though the cashier could see my dissatisfaction. I had an appointment and arrived late, unable to move forward or backward. I should mention that there were only three cars ahead of me. Once is enough.
