13/06/2026: Back to McDonald's after 15 years of effortless abstinence to see if things have changed. My criticism isn't so much about the almost flawless service (you just need to remember to put the fries horizontally in your bag, not vertically, because the melted cheddar didn't spread onto the fries when I got home, but onto the cardboard lining of the box, which is unfortunately inedible and doesn't go well with cheddar anyway). No, my criticism concerns the quantity/price and quality/price ratio, and it is indeed a bit expensive considering these two criteria. The Big Mac was great in every way except for the patty, which resembled a kind of bland, lean, overcooked, and cold "meat" patty, the same as in the hamburger. The meat at McDonald's is truly awful, and for that price, I think we deserve not just a rare, organic Charolais from the butcher, but at least some decent-looking meat (less cooked, more substantial, and actually tasting like meat). Since they don't even meet the bare minimum with this thing they call beef, the bread and the chemically enhanced sauces, packed with additives and sugars, always manage to please, although that's a matter of personal taste. Obviously, avoid it if you're diabetic or weigh a ton, but if you're not overweight or don't mind a little indulgence, McDonald's always does the job when you need a quick and easy meal.

31/07/2026: The reviews are already quite clear regarding the outrageous wait times at this McDonald's. However, this is just one symptom of a truly disastrous organization. Forgetting items in orders is clearly the norm, but forgetting the steak in the sandwich is something I've never experienced before. I checked at the drive-thru, but I didn't think it was necessary to open the sandwich as well...

31/07/2026: Catastrophic!!! The nuggets were bland, and they forgot the cheese in the burger. Just a bun, a chicken, and that's it 😱... They even got the kids' drinks wrong... All this with a long wait at the drive-thru.

14/06/2026: A very bad experience at this tobacconist's. I came to pick up a package on a Sunday at 7:40 pm, even though the shop closed at 8:30 pm. After giving him my name, the manager made an inappropriate remark, saying, "You're picking up a package on a Sunday evening at 7:40 pm? Given my work commitments, I unfortunately didn't have any other time to come and collect it." I found this reception particularly unpleasant. Furthermore, the manager seemed to be under the influence of alcohol, which only made me more uncomfortable during the interaction. A shopkeeper is entitled to be tired or upset, but that doesn't justify treating customers this way. I do not recommend this establishment due to the lack of courtesy and professionalism I witnessed.

09/12/2025: They post fake reviews to boost their Google rating—unbelievable!!! Look at all the negative reviews! If only I'd known... I ordered a Dragon Terre Mère (Mother Earth) for €16 via Uber Eats, and it arrived decomposed. The person on the phone couldn't do anything and blamed the delivery driver, even though our entire order was perfect. It's dishonest, and the taste of our whole order wasn't anything special. Delivery took an hour for a Dragon Terre Mère, four spring rolls, and a pad thai. The driver had to wait 30 minutes at the address because they called him too early. I absolutely do not recommend them!!! And on top of that, self-reflection isn't their strong suit 😅

30/10/2025: My girlfriend and I came to this restaurant before going to the cinema next door. We wanted to grab a bite before our movie and avoid fast food; we prefer to support small businesses. When we entered the restaurant, there were only two other customers. The atmosphere was cold. The woman asked us to take the menus and said she'd be right back to take our order. The two of us placed a €30 order for sushi and skewers, which we planned to share. The woman told us that we didn't come to a restaurant for a €30 meal. Being an entrepreneur, I can understand if the restaurant is full, but that wasn't the case. So, unfortunately, we ended up at Burger King. It's a shame for this small restaurant that doesn't seem to understand or prioritize customer service.

11/08/2026: We ordered takeout; I think they were very busy, but since it was already late, the place was a bit disorganized. However, the staff were very helpful.

10/08/2026: Top-notch team, always helpful. As a regular customer, I commend the professionalism and dedication of the staff every time I visit! BRAVO!

22/06/2026: The Quai du 7ème offers a magnificent setting overlooking the Old Port, but the experience ends there. The cuisine is very disappointing, with generic dishes and mediocre execution. Furthermore, you must be prepared to wait patiently for extremely slow service. A real letdown compared to the initial promise. As for the rating, it's barely a 3-star restaurant.

16/05/2026: A superb discovery. Excellent meal in a very pleasant setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Port. All the staff were very welcoming. The chef even came to greet us. We will gladly return.

07/07/2026: Frankly disappointing. The spicy shrimp were undercooked and tasteless, and the samosas were awful. It's a shame; the shop used to be packed, but now it's empty. They're pushing you to buy more. That's it for my family and me; we'll go elsewhere. Making them yourself is disappointing.

12/06/2026: I was wrong to trust the storefront; it clearly stated "Caterer," but I think everything comes from Metro, unfortunately... The quality and flavor were mediocre, yet I paid a lot. I'll never go back, and I've told everyone I know. It's sad not to be able to trust anyone anymore. I'm sad to be eating only Metro or frozen food in this country. (Unfortunately, the vast majority of it is.)

05/08/2026: The employees are incredibly unpleasant. Everyone there works reluctantly. I will never return. A horrible experience.

27/06/2026: We ordered a strawberry cake from this bakery for the second time for our birthdays, my brother's and my mom's. It was really good, well-balanced, and family-friendly, with a generous amount of fresh strawberries. I highly recommend it!

08/08/2026: So far, the best all-you-can-eat restaurant we've been to. Well-stocked, clean, friendly servers, and calm despite the crowds.

06/08/2026: There was hardly any choice, and the food was cold. It was very poorly presented and nothing looked appetizing. I strongly advise against eating there if you don't want to end up with a nasty case of diarrhea.

14/08/2026: Maison César in La Rose has become my go-to for lunch when I haven't had time to cook anything. There's always a wide selection, the products are good, and the value for money is unbeatable. The bread is also excellent. A convenient, generous, and reliable place to eat every day!

05/08/2026: The new saleswoman is more cheerful and helpful. Hence my good rating. If it were still the old mixed-race saleswoman and the older lady who weren't very friendly, I would have given a bad rating, because the image of an establishment is often based on that. Everything is good, and I go there often. Beautiful bakery. Best of luck!

18/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! A complete lack of hygiene: The dining room is disgusting, with a cobweb behind the TV screen and sticky tables. Behind the glass partition where you can see the kitchen from the dining area, there are two long-haired boys, one of whom scratches his head and then touches the plates. His hair isn't even tied back! Overpriced and a 35-minute wait despite very few customers. Don't even bother going!

11/07/2026: The restroom was disgusting: dirty tables and chairs, and flies in the bathrooms, which were extremely filthy. If you have the opportunity, go further. It was very dirty.

30/07/2026: I apologize for having to emphasize that the gentleman in the Hawaiian shirt smelled horribly of sweat, making us feel nauseous. Frankly, sir, with all the feedback aimed at improving your service and retaining your customers, please make an effort, for the good of your business... modern times mean anything is possible when it comes to smelling good... After being seated, we couldn't stay despite the young man's kindness. Best of luck to you.

15/06/2026: Wonderful Baguettes and Pastries!! Stopped here to pick up baguettes and pastries for breakfast and everything was very good.

29/04/2026: Super friendly service. Firstly they were the only restaurant to accept us between the lunch and dinner service. Our waiter was really nice and food was very good, particularly the bouillabaisse and the Armenian pizza !!
