11/09/2026: Very bad experience — truly disappointing welcome and service I had a very bad experience at this establishment. The customer service was particularly unpleasant. The two waitresses had a very cold and unprofessional attitude, clearly giving the impression that the customer was a nuisance. As for the owner, his attitude unfortunately did not improve the situation. I frequent various establishments and I have never been received in this way before. It's not simply a question of service, but above all of respect and behavior towards the customer. Regarding FDJ bets, this is unfortunately not the first time I have encountered this problem here. Taking bets and collecting customers' money is no problem: they are very happy to see us play there. However, when it comes to collecting winnings, it systematically becomes complicated, with always some reason not to pay. I have therefore decided to file a complaint with the FDJ to report these repeated difficulties. In summary: collecting customers' money is no problem; Allowing customers to collect their winnings is another story altogether; it's always the same excuse, sorry, but other people have won. This experience was truly awful. Personally, I don't plan to return to this establishment and I will no longer recommend it.

15/08/2026: An FDJ (French National Lottery) experience as welcoming as a tax audit. For a small win of around thirty euros, the person, a woman at the counter, coldly questions you, checks the serial number, and seems mainly looking for a reason not to pay you. The infamous: "I hope you played here?", with an air of doing you a personal favor by returning... your own money. It's quite astonishing for a business that rakes in thousands of euros: as soon as a modest win needs to be paid out, the atmosphere suddenly becomes much less welcoming. When you buy or play, smiles and politeness abound; when you win, you're met with a deathbed expression. Yet, an FDJ win is still an FDJ win, whether played here or elsewhere. In Paris, for example, no one interrogates you to pay out your winnings, even with much larger winning tickets. Personally, I won't be playing at this tobacconist again. There are FDJ points further up on the Canebière, which are much more pleasant, where you are welcomed normally — including when you have to pay.

09/09/2026: The drive-through is incredibly narrow, it's crazy. Otherwise, no problems.

26/09/2026: I had a minor outpatient urological procedure. Everything went very well. The reception and care were excellent. The staff were available and very welcoming. I went to the operating room for general anesthesia. The staff reassured me, and my surgeon explained the procedure very clearly and kindly. In the recovery room, the nurses were friendly and smiling. I wouldn't say I had a great time... but I have no bad memories of it either. Thank you to all the staff who took care of me and, more broadly, to the staff of the public hospital.

25/09/2026: I had to take my 10-month-old son to the pediatric emergency room. The staff were incredibly reassuring and kind. My little boy received smiles and gentle care from the nurses. I'm deducting one star because the nasal irrigation was a bit rough, but the other treatments were perfect! Thank you to the whole team!

02/05/2026: It was great, but we were hot... no air conditioning... but otherwise the service was top-notch... didn't eat, just had a drink and a shisha.

02/04/2026: Frankly, a disastrous experience. We ordered spring rolls, a burger, and spaghetti bolognese: not a single dish was up to standard. The spring rolls were completely burnt, black, and inedible. The spaghetti bolognese? Pieces of meat that seemed stale, drowning in an excessively spicy tomato sauce that completely masked any flavor. The burger was just as worrying: a rubbery patty and a white sauce with a very questionable taste. Beyond the quality of the food, the most shocking thing was the staff's attitude—completely indifferent and incapable of self-reflection. Honestly, a place to avoid if you value your health. I absolutely do not recommend it.

18/09/2026: I had a great time with my friend. It's a fantastic all-you-can-eat Asian buffet restaurant that I highly recommend.

12/09/2026: An "all-you-can-eat" buffet where the food disappears at 1 p.m. while there are still plenty of people there… 🤦‍♂️ We came specifically to enjoy the buffet, but as soon as service started, some dishes were removed. The result: far fewer choices and a frankly disappointing experience. "All-you-can-eat" normally means you can serve yourself during service, not that the buffet starts closing while customers are still eating. Very disappointed, I do not recommend it. (The servers do have some manners!)

07/07/2026: Simple and efficient. The food is prepared in advance with bowls, pasta, rice... it's tasty. Everyone is friendly. A good little restaurant.

18/06/2026: The welcome and the place were nice, however the salads and sandwiches were very basic and therefore quite expensive for this type of food.

13/09/2026: The food was terrible, the staff unpleasant and arguing in front of customers, except for the young woman who was doing her best. The owner smoked at the counter and didn't seem to care at all about what was going on. The prices were high for the mediocre quality. In short, a restaurant to avoid!

21/04/2026: I wish to express my incomprehension and profound dissatisfaction regarding the 5-star rating given to this establishment. For €500 per night, the service provided is far from adequate and in no way justifies this price. The problems encountered are numerous: Persistent musty smell and damp patches on the ceiling; Very inadequate cleaning: dust and fingerprints on the bathroom mirror; Toilet paper already used, which is unacceptable in a hotel of this standard; Lack of bathrobes and basic towels, unworthy of a 5-star hotel; Completely damaged bedroom door and deteriorated mosquito net, no longer functioning properly; Poorly maintained common areas, revealing a general lack of upkeep; A bottle of water was "forgotten" in the evening, which is a basic courtesy in this type of establishment; Non-existent soundproofing: you can clearly hear the neighboring rooms; The noise from the blower/machine directly into our room is particularly disturbing in the evening and incompatible with a relaxing stay. As for the restaurant, the food is decent but nothing exceptional, certainly not up to the expected standard of a supposedly upscale establishment. While one can understand the desire to offer an "authentic" or "Camargue" style, this in no way excuses such a level of carelessness. The gap between the advertised standard and the reality is far too wide. If you are looking for a truly high-end experience, it's best to avoid this establishment. The surrounding area is pleasant, but this in no way compensates for the disappointing quality of the accommodation and services.

06/05/2026: Homemade food with excellent ingredients, very generous portions, homemade chocolate fondue. Friendly staff, fast service.

25/04/2026: We were very disappointed with this bar. The pizza was truly awful: just sauce and grass on top, inedible. We ordered the same cocktail several times, but each time it was different: the flavor changed, the quantity too, one glass was smaller than another. The bartender constantly looked at the menu to see what the cocktails were made of; it was clear he didn't know how to make them. We all had to order at the bar and collect our drinks ourselves; there was no service whatsoever. In the end, everything was bad and the evening was ruined. I will never go back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

06/08/2026: Thursday, August 6, 2026, 11:30 AM I went in to buy bread and a dessert. When it was my turn, the server completely turned her back on me to text and made me wait without a word. Once I'd finished, without even apologizing, she took my order and served me with such nonchalance that I found it so inappropriate I felt compelled to write this and echo the previous comments about the poor customer service at this establishment. Of course, while I was paying by card, she was too busy texting to hear my "goodbye" and reply... In short, I won't be back anytime soon.

08/08/2026: I'm truly sorry to leave such a negative review because the service wasn't bad, hence the two stars ⭐️ ⭐️. Fred was very friendly, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough to save a suggested dish of "Sea bass fillet with salad and seasonal vegetables" that was more suited to a "Flunchy" restaurant. I'll let you judge from the photo, and I didn't eat it, I just cut up what appeared to be breaded sea bass fillet!? I would say: dipped in a tasteless, bland mush... A rice dish, with a wine-like aroma, mixed with cream and mushrooms, was served without being mentioned. 🤷🏼‍♀️ The vegetables (plural) consisted of 10 frozen green beans tossed in oil with no garlic, no parsley, no seasoning 🤦🏼‍♀️ and a sprinkling of salad from an open bag… In short, avoid this place because, to get this plate, knowing that there were two of us and only three tables were having lunch, we waited over an hour 😬 Avoid at all costs! 🤦🏼‍♀️🍽️

26/06/2026: Honestly, for a brasserie, the daily specials are really tasty and well-thought-out. The menu is also very appealing, and the value for money is excellent. The fish is fresh and cooked perfectly. A typical Marseilles atmosphere.
