28/12/2024: Customer for several years at Bella pizza (and very good customer in fact because the notes are salty) we were satisfied with the quality of the pizzas!!!!! Except for a while now with each delivery the pizzas are dry on the 6 white pizzas that we order there is always a red one without counting the cooking which is perfectly cooked each time!!!!!! So this time I got fed up and so I called them I explain to the young man who takes calls (THE ORDER TAKING) that when I called him to place my order I insisted 3 times that all the pizzas are white and not overcooked. I explain to him that if I insist heavily on this because often upon delivery none of my requests are respected Here is my order for tonight -2 white carnivores 1 white royal 1 white supreme 1. 4 white cheese ALL NOT TOO COOKED He tells me that they will do their best A response like that already scares me!!! I justify myself by explaining to him again that this has happened 8 times and each time I tell them it doesn't matter I know what the rush of a service knows I have been a chef for 26 years now The best answer he gives me with a slightly personable air is: It's normal Mr because you told me a white royal and in our country the white royal is called a queen and I should have told her a queen rather than a white royal 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 WILL HAVE TO EXPLAIN TO ME I answer him that in my opinion it will be necessary to employ competent personnel on the one hand in front of the oven I wonder if for him the phrase NOT TOO COOKED is the step just before charred?!?!?! While sometimes the pizzas are delicious, cooked perfectly, with just the right filling and not dry because the cooking is perfect. I often said to myself that evening it must have been the boss in the kitchen since the pizzas are perfect or else an employee who is really conscientious in his work and waiting for the customer. Yes, I say CUSTOMER EXPECTATION It's the B to BA of catering and not only that, it concerns all trades. So ladies and gentlemen bosses after having built such a beautiful empire and giving such a good reputation to your pizzas, don't ruin everything because you have incompetent staff. It seems to me that in this case two solutions are available to you: either you spend a little more time in your pizzeria and then things will go very well or you fire the incompetent staff, so what I mean is broom and you double meaning r the salary to the good pizza maker because he richly deserves it and it is perhaps thanks to him that you will have customers who will return. So I know what you are going to answer me that you have complete trust between your teams your delivery people OK.......... I myself have always defended my teams even if they were wrong by against behind the scenes I pulled their ears and you should do the same PS: dear Istrian friends, you who are a customer of Bella pizza or who will become one, I advise you when you want a white royal to tell them a queen because otherwise the white Royal will give you a white royal on a tomato base

03/12/2024: I ordered an Armenian pizza, no connection, it doesn't follow the real recipe. The meatballs are not 100% beef. Short Armenian grated cheese to avoid. Real recipe for minced meat or 100% beef grene without shredding

08/08/2024: Je me suis rendu à deux reprises dans cet établissement. La première fois pour acheter des sandwichs en vue d'une balade dans le parc du mugel. Au moment de prendre ma commande, la responsable hurle sur les personnes derrière la caisse car il manque quasiment de tout. Finalement, après 10 minutes d'attente et des aller-retours incessants dans l'arrière boutique, je finis par obtenir mes sandwichs. Ma seconde expérience n'est pas guère mieux. Presque 25 minutes d'attente en plein soleil pour obtenir 3 sandwichs. Finalement nous n'avons même pas le choix car il ne reste plus ce que nous souhaitions. Rien n'est anticipé. Il y a un cruel manque d'organisation dans cet établissement.

02/07/2024: Bad experiences at tournaments and referees in La Ciotat. - Referees who do not draw lots on site, everything is done in advance to suit their friends. It is well known, all the referees in the region know it. Cassis, Luminy, Bocage, All In, Winwin is a draw in front of several people. It's called being honest. - These same referees from La Ciotat coach some of their members in men's and mixed p100/250, even though this is prohibited. - Always these referees who tell you to play on a certain day for 1 month, then change 4 days before. So it's impossible to free ourselves because we have a life (and yes!). The clubs of Ceyreste or St Cyr are much nicer to play padel. The Ciotat club is shooting itself in the foot by keeping these 2 people as referees, because no one has yet to do their tournaments.

05/12/2024: Room with comfortable bedding, but there is a great lack of soundproofing between the rooms. The breakfast and evening meal catering offers a wide choice. The welcome and friendliness of the staff should be highlighted, very good.

21/11/2024: A service approach that forces you to eat outside in the cold at night is unacceptable, and the rooms smell bad and are not clean.

18/08/2024: Never pasta even at 8 p.m. supposedly closed at 10 p.m. the dough is very thin Cheap people who deliver more than 1 hour 20 minutes after closing and deliver to you on the other side nothing to do with the place where you told them To avoid

08/07/2024: First visit for us to this pizzeria and we are pleasantly surprised. Clean place, very pleasant managers and super good pizza for more than fair prices. We are very happy and we will come back! Thank you.

21/08/2024: Excellent clean establishment. Superb team Always nice to have a snack at Paul's. Super friendly staff who listen to the customer, good quality products and a cozy, air-conditioned room where you feel at home. Plus a pretty terrace with parasols. WELL DONE visit on 08/20/2024 family lunch menu.

09/09/2024: Extremely disappointed, my partner and I were used to this well-known restaurant in the region, we loved it. We returned this month: 1 hour wait before we ordered, and we were served almost 1 hour later again. And to top it off: I was served 10 minutes after my partner! Unpleasant, nonchalant waiter, we kindly pointed out to him at the end: no commercial gesture, finds bogus excuses,... in view of the previous comments our case is not an isolated one. It's a shame.

08/09/2024: I have not eaten in this restaurant but its location on top of one of the most beautiful mini beaches in Marseille in the coves between Montredon and Les Goudes offering a panoramic view of the Mediterranean gives it a good reputation.

30/09/2024: Very good time with the man with colored hair. The smile of the young blonde girl with long hair is captivating. We had a great time. Signed, m’onsieur’lady 🤣🤣

29/09/2024: Too much waiting, more than 1h30... we left without having eaten... the deplorable welcome, not even a commercial gesture. So move on and go elsewhere.
