Frankly, sir, with all the feedback aimed at improving your service and retaining your customers, please make an effort, for the good of your business... modern times mean anything is possible when it comes to smelling good... After being seated, we couldn't stay despite the young man's kindness. Best of luck to you.

27/07/2026: Ordered a Banatella ice cream and a Perrier; service was quick. The ice cream was good, good value for money.

18/07/2026: I urge the manager of this McDonald's to better supervise their team, especially the manager, who seems completely out of his depth. Order placed on July 17, 2026, at 6:37 PM. After a long wait, I had to leave my table to go and ask for our meal. The manager finally handed me the tray, but all the food was cold. I pointed out the problem to him. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, he turned on his heel and asked a colleague to handle it. Being a manager isn't just about getting paid; it's also about taking responsibility. In my opinion, he's not suited for this position, and the employees seem to have realized this, since they're doing whatever they want. During the hour we were there, some people took up to three breaks. A very disappointing experience.

17/07/2026: Disastrous service. I waited for my order for over 40 minutes. They told me they'd thrown it away and were making another one, but they did nothing. 20 minutes later, they finally gave it to us, but it was takeaway and lukewarm, even though we had ordered it in. The manager was unpleasant.

10/08/2026: Every time I order, things are missing, whether it's through the app or at the drive-thru. It's exhausting. I don't understand how this is possible, judging by the comments. I'm far from the only one complaining about this problem. Something really needs to be done.

05/08/2026: The toilets were poorly clean, there was no hand soap, the bathroom tap was faulty, and the hand dryer was not working.

20/08/2026: Google says 21:30, the door says 21:00… But unfortunately, at 20:00 the door is locked. The light is on, though, and we do see someone walking by. Apparently, the opening hours are different from what Google and their own door indicate.

17/08/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS..... Don't go there. A 1.5-hour wait for 2 burgers and 1 chicken skewer, even though the place wasn't full (2 PM). Once our order was ready, they simply told us they were out of cutlery because they were understaffed and that I had to go ask for cutlery at the restaurant across the street 😆... Absolutely unbelievable 🙈

20/08/2026: I bought mini doughnuts, a brownie, and cream puffs, and everything tasted stale and had an unpleasant texture, as if it had been left out in the open for several days! The brownie was almost moldy, the cream puffs were practically rusks, and the doughnuts were completely hard on top! €9.30 down the drain.

15/08/2026: I've been passing by every morning for the past two years, close to my work. But lately, the baguettes are a joke; not one is the same size, some are barely 30 cm. I have to choose myself with the help of the very pleasant waitress. And the taste is nothing like it used to be; it's as if the baker doesn't let the dough rise and arrives in a rush. No sandwiches at 7 a.m. for the many workers who are there at that time. It's a shame; at first, it was well-organized and pleasant.

06/09/2026: Bad experience at the McDonald's in Senas. Many of the kiosks were out of order, resulting in extremely long waits to place our orders. With the loyalty program, we were entitled to a free meal, which we selected in addition to our order. When we were finally served, the meal was missing... We asked a crew member who went to ask his manager. The result? There was a glitch, and we weren't the only ones affected... unfortunately, this wasn't taken into account. We had to go back to the kiosk and order the meal again... there were always people at the kiosks... I wasted 10 minutes ordering again, and my family was served in the meantime... in short, a complete mess!

06/09/2026: The same complaints as always: the drinks taste like water. It's expensive for ice cubes. There are also issues with the quality and presentation of the burgers.

27/06/2026: The “owner” is a very mean person. We buy drinks so he said the tables were reserved for eating, while on the table next to us there was a lady eating her sushi from monoprix in an italian restaurant…He presented himself as the owner then i asked a person working there he said no he’s not

28/05/2026: The salad was awful. The avocado was still hard and unripe like stone I couldn’t eat, the tomatoes had gone bad, and the lettuce was wilted. When we told them about it, not only did they refuse to replace it, but they were also extremely rude. I honestly can’t believe they treat customers like that.

20/07/2026: Unpleasant staff, no greeting, nothing. I asked them to clean the table, they cleaned it with a dirty cloth, leaving hair and everything else on the table. I'm sure they cleaned the toilet with the same cloth. Very unpleasant staff.

19/07/2026: I arrived at 10 PM and the grumpy staff told me they no longer offer smaller menus like the kids' menu and McDeal. I ordered a box of 20 nuggets and asked for deluxe sauce, but they gave me curry sauce. Bad experience; I won't be going back. I do not recommend this McDonald's.

04/08/2026: One day they charge me 6.90 for my sandwich, another day they charge me 3.90 for the same sandwich. Today I go, get a sandwich and a dessert, pay, and go back to work. They still charged me, but I didn't get the dessert. That's it, I give up. You're useless, there's no other word for it, and I'm losing money on top of it. Another customer lost!

29/07/2026: The saleswoman was pleasant and smiling. However, the bread was dry and the sandwiches were rather bland. The pastries weren't good either. A nice touch for hair care was found in each product…

04/09/2026: Worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at. The dining area was littered with trash, the seats had holes in them, the tables were rotten, and in the kitchen and behind the counter, there were about ten people in a kitchen in a terrible state. Hamburger buns were everywhere, under the fryers, and fries were scattered all over the floor. There were brand-new wrappers lying around, and raw steaks were also on the floor. All the crew members walked by, and no one cleaned up. The worst part is there weren't even ten people in the restaurant, so there's no excuse. The manager walked by but said nothing; apparently, he thought it was normal. A report will be filed tomorrow with McDonald's France and the health department. To top it all off, the crew member who served us was wearing a t-shirt that hadn't been washed in ages and was made up like a stolen car. This McDonald's is truly shameful. You can't even call it a McDonald's; the right word would be: filth.

17/06/2026: I was extremely shocked by the attitude of the employee taking orders at the drive-thru, a dark-skinned man with glasses, of North African type, who was very unpleasant, haughty, even gratuitously aggressive. He didn't let me finish my order. When I arrived at the place to pay, he was actually on the phone talking to a friend 😱 It's a disgrace. This person should be fired, and many people around me have reported the same type of behavior from this individual.

16/06/2026: Avoid at all costs, and I mean it. I'm giving it one star because it's the bare minimum, but not only is the food they serve appalling, but the staff is even worse. They make mistakes, serve inedible food, and are unprofessional beyond belief. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The manager is anything but a manager. Your McDonald's is disgusting, and so is the staff. I've been there three times, and each time it was a stressful experience. The last time, we were treated with disrespect by the staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

22/08/2026: I ordered a large McDonald's meal at the drive-thru, and when I got home, I only got a regular McDonald's! And it's not the first time. Avoid the two McDonald's in Plan de Campagne.

21/08/2026: I do not recommend this McDonald's; it's awful. It's dirty, it stinks, and the service is slow.

05/09/2026: What a disgrace! Saturday night, we arrived at 9:36 PM after the movie, with opening hours advertised until 2:00 AM… and were told the theater was closed, only the drive-thru was available. Why advertise 2:00 AM if the theater closes well before then? After the movie, it was impossible to eat there. Their customer service couldn't be worse. 👎

31/08/2026: This McDonald's is neglected; they haven't had the "Chicago" burger of the moment for weeks, and they don't have Bug Tasty either. It's a real shame.

16/07/2026: I went in and ordered 1 taco, 2 meats, 1 XL taco, and a takeaway platter with 3 sandwiches. They told us everything was available, and we paid €66. Twenty minutes later, when we came back, they told us they didn't have the kebab. They changed the order. When I got home this summer, it was a disaster. The sandwiches were cold, the fries were the same, they were missing a maxi taco, and the takeaway platter was a catastrophe. In the end, I would never have listened to my son. The worst order of my life. 57 years old
