07/08/2024: Commandé un royal Deluxe bacon j'ai un simple cheese steak cramé rien dedans une honte!!!! Les frites dégueulasse et 3 frites!!!J'ai téléphoné de suite on me propose une pâtisserie ou une glace en compensation mais sans déconner fermer le ce restaurant c'est une catastrophe tt le temps y a un problème !!! Grave! Scandaleux on viendra plus jamais dans c mac do pourri. Fermeture!

10/09/2024: catastrophe commande une salade veggie elle était composé d’une boule de semoule non cuite 2 tranches minuscules d’avocats de restes de ratatouille cuite et recuite et surtout de tomates en décomposition tout cela arrosé d’une sauce industrielle 18,90€ la salade dite VEGGIE

04/09/2024: Blah blah, a lamb shank “with its beautiful homemade mash” 23rd The mouse doesn't really have any taste, not at all tender but rather dry (reheat in the microwave instead of cooking at low temperature for hours) no more homemade mash replaced by frozen fries. No nice presentation on the plates. We want to understand the change of accompaniment, but doing something homemade smells like the METRO. Too expensive for the quality offered, we feel a little cheated..., I don't recommend it, good for just a drink. The servers are still nice.

10/09/2024: Rude staff as possible. Nothing left in the store at 1:30 p.m.....why stay open then.....many people complain about it in Chateauneuf...

11/08/2024: Hors mis le service et le cadre que dire ... Des salades hors de prix pour 90% de salade non assaisonnée avec une tranche entière de jambon même pas fraîche posée dessus ( le chantier pour la couper sur un hamas de salade) , des pâtes qui n ont rien d exceptionnelle, pour aller aux toilettes vous passez par la cuisine et pour finir ils ne prennent que de l espèce ( obligé d aller retirer) bref c est même pas digne d un "restaurant " On était sûrement pas en Italie j ai honte pour eux .

10/08/2024: Vous pourriez largement faire mieux et moins cher...Avec toute les déclinaisons de salades que vous faites... Beaucoup de salades dans l'assiette voir trop..et très peu d'accompagnement...pour un prix que l'on pourrait qualifier d'exorbitant.... Heureusement que les serveuses vont extrêmement bien leur job, souriante, disponible...Je ne recommande pas cette endroit malgré la beauté de la place Sadi Carnot....

30/08/2024: I wanted to share my opinion on this kebab in Belsunce. The meat was good and the fries were okay, but unfortunately, I was surprised to come across several cockroaches while going up the stairs after finishing my sandwich. This is a clear sign that this snack is seriously lacking in maintenance. I really don't recommend eating there, as cleanliness is essential in a dining place. Better to avoid this place for your health! 🚫🦗

30/08/2024: Very expensive for a simple plate without a drink. A good surprise awaits you when you go to the toilet, cockroaches everywhere. Hygiene question to see.

22/09/2024: Very slow to serve. The cleaning of the facilities is horrible. Better not to use the bathrooms.

20/09/2024: I sometimes eat there, the menu costs €5, the wait is quite quick, you just have to go upstairs when you order and pay, I even found a friend who works there, and he told me that it was the best

12/02/2024: To flee ! The service is very very very long. Even if there are only two tables. The food is very basic. We don't eat what we order. The fries arrive 15 minutes after the dish. Only one plate for a table of 10. In short, don't go there for the meal...

29/08/2024: A disaster! We went there on a Sunday evening (2 adults and 4 children). 93€ (23€ per adult and 12€ per child). The food is terrible, the staff is either unpleasant or non-existent, the customers are rubbish, the toilets are worthy of a train station or a motorway rest area. An establishment that lives up to its customers. How can this type of establishment still be open? If you respect yourself and love those close to you, don't set foot there.

07/09/2024: I ordered at work, the sandwiches arrived cold, the meat was so dry that I choked. The sauces were non-existent. Very very disappointed especially at the price of the menu. Consider renewing your cooks. I strongly advise against it.

02/09/2024: This is the 4th time I have eaten at this restaurant. The dishes are generally good The setting is great On the other hand, the service leaves something to be desired, error on the order, long waiting time for the aperitif, to be served, clear out etc. I also find the requirement to take a paid side dish with a side of beef for 80 euros totally ridiculous. I think it needs a few adjustments and it will be great

01/09/2024: Rooms are nice and clean but no tissues, no mini fridge, no robes, no kettle to make boiling water or tea. leaking water under the sink! The cleaning people are very kind. the restaurant is awful! Over priced, mediocre food. Breakfast buffet is so basic. Soft and stale pastries. hard non ripe fruit without flavour. coffee machine very mediocre. Not much choice at all for the price. The waiters are kind. The reception people are kinda rude. Not warm and welcoming at all. The indoor pool isn't warm enough at all. The outdoor pool is absolutely freezing and practically nobody is swimming in it. They have beautiful pools, with a slide. Shame that they make no effort in warming the water. They are clean and the guy who looks after the pools is very kind and hard working. It's not his fault the water is freezing cold. The ambiance is calm but that's due to the guests being respectful. Not the hotel. They could do more to make it a little more special. Maybe some music or offering complimentary little snacks and drinks. I'm still in shock that there was no mini fridge. It's probably a cheap hack to make you buy their overpriced drinks at the bar. you also have to pay to use their tennis courts and golf courses. I just want to say again that the cleaning people, the restaurant waiters, the breakfast guy (not girl, she's rude) and the pool man are very, very kind and I hope they are treated well by the hotel!
