25/05/2024: Hello, I came back to eat at this Patacrêpe which left a good impression on me years ago. I remembered that there was a lot of noise, but that the meal had been good. There, you just have to let go. This restaurant has in fact become a playroom for children who no longer know how to behave, who shout, who run everywhere, without it bothering the parents. There could also be a little more direction from management so as not to disturb other consumers. On the other hand, the waiter tells you a price which is not the one you pay at the checkout. The response from the person who cashed me "Ah, the waiter didn't explain it to you well!!". And finally, the sweet gourmet crepe which was plentiful has lost a lot of weight.... You only have to look at the turnover in waiters and cooks to realize that management probably prefers occasional customers rather than regular customers. I won't go back there again and I advise you not to go there.

28/09/2024: Today 3:15 p.m., The worst McDonald's in history, childish employees who only laugh and mess around with each other, the kitchen which serves them first while I waited for an order of only 3 menus for 55 minutes, a 20 year old manager lost in the middle, a dirty room with sticky feet and just a half-hearted sorry for the wait.. The only chance you have is that there was no male manager, I would have offered him a nice chestnut from our country.

11/05/2024: We often use Blue Note for delivery. Much better than McDonald's for the same price or even cheaper. We like the homemade fries and the burgers with their creamy sauce. We like the small salad offered in a small extra and the points system .

10/05/2024: First time I order in this fast food restaurant having not looked at the reviews before I should have I ordered at 6:57 p.m. received my order at 8:20 p.m. even though I was told that there were three quarters of 'hour of waiting Potatoes Charred Order, arrived ice cold In addition, the hamburgers arrived with just meat and sauce. No raw vegetables, nothing at all. And the Toupe is excellent, instead of paying €37, I paid €39 even though I had ordered two burgers max at €15.50, + 1 children's menu at 6 euros. So what's more, we waited 1h30 for the order , I find myself paying €39 instead of €37. This will be the first, and the last time that I order from them, really very disappointed. Next time I will look at the reviews before ordering because for all the people who have not yet ordered, read the reviews with one star, they are very true and if I could have given Zero stars, I would have RUN AWAY 👎

29/09/2024: RUN AWAY!!! With every takeaway order there is an error: Bacon missing from all Burgers ordered Error on the recipe (sauce) for an Ephemeral Burger. For once, I go to physics to point out the error, the "manager" shows bad faith, tells me that next time I must: - either taste the Burger on site (takeaway order) - or come back with the said sandwich to make the exchange... Logical once you are seated on your sofa several km from the McDonald's.

22/09/2024: Very large place, very beautiful but unfortunately lack of hygiene 😱😱😱.... They are all there looking everywhere without doing anything in addition to toilets which are horribly dirty and pigeons which come to take food from the table

29/09/2024: We have been customers since this wok opened, we have been there many times but today will be the last. The restaurant is filthy, the tables are stained, and the service is catastrophic. The waiters don't come to take your drink orders, don't clear up and wonder what they're doing there. Too bad because it was a good restaurant.

08/09/2024: Lieu très agréable mais ça s'arrête là... Nous y sommes allées en juillet 2024 c'était super! Septembre 2024 que s'est il passé on se pose la question peut-être un changement de direction? Le plat n'était pas complet et honnêtement pas top🤨 Et le dessert une horreur 🫣 Quel dommage !

05/09/2024: We've been coming here for several years when we're in Marseille, the pizza royale is incredible, I love it! We also had mussels and fries, a dessert and we enjoyed ourselves. Plus the service has always been fast, the view is great. I have just read a lot of bad reviews and I am very surprised because I wasn't expecting it... I see quality ingredients. As for cleanliness, I really pay attention to it and yet I haven't noticed anything abnormal, I find it crazy, the cockroach thing is scary and it's even serious. The toilets were never dirty either when I went there. It's up to them to take action quickly because it represents a real health risk. I would point out that we always went there in the evening. Come on, strength and courage!

16/09/2024: Fries not hot, I go to the counter to exchange them and I ask for hot fries from a 50 year old teammate with glasses. She tells me that in this McDonald's they only serve cold fries. What humor! She gives me some fries which are still lukewarm. Otherwise normal welcome nothing more. Madam, review your management style while your employees are discussing in the middle of the service. Prioritizing customer satisfaction is essential I think in a place where we serve customers.

14/09/2024: We've been saying to ourselves for years: this McDonald's will get better one day, we have to give them time... but in fact nothing is getting better. 1 hour wait to get your order when it is not lost (seen for a customer waiting with us). Half the things are still missing. I can't understand why for so many years it has always been an obstacle course to get the order correct. Forgotten ice creams, we are told that they are not displayed on their screen, no sauces but that's not their fault, cheddar fries served in a drink cup, we will have seen it all in this McDonald's...

03/08/2024: The square and the terrace are super nice. The waitress was very friendly. Good price, 4 soft drinks and 2 coffees €12 They didn't charge for water. Highly recommended

This causes inconvenience and financial losses that I would like to avoid. 13/05/2024: Good evening, it's been 4 times that we have traveled from Fos sur Mer to come and eat at your place and 4 times we have been told that the oven is overheating and that it no longer works 1 time I am willing 2 times too but 4 times it It's nonsense if the evening person cleans her oven at 5:30 p.m. when she closes at 8:30 p.m. I find this completely stupid, thank you to the manager for remedying this.

03/08/2024: I chose the proximity (near the Lego Store) to quench my thirst, but I should have looked at the reviews first, I confirm the negatives! 😡 For my part, I ask for a squeezed fruit juice (I see the big machine filled with orange, I'm already salivating), but no: orange and grapefruit (orange lemon requested and paid for at the start - but once paid: I have more lemon... it would have been good to check before....) The lady pours me a liquid (?), a few ice cubes and half of a peeled grapefruit, puts it in a blender, and there you go... When I ask where is the squeezed orange? Answer: we rush them in advance! Okay, when in advance??? 🤢 So the orange is NOT freshly squeezed... for the modest sum of €6.5! 🤡🤥 What a great scam! She kindly offered me some cane sugar syrup to reduce the bitter taste of the grapefruit.

04/04/2024: Ordered for a 280 half served fried menu and the hamburger without sauce or tomato while I ordered a normal one, if you go to a Macdonald this one is not the right one.
