17/08/2026: From the very first time, I loved the place, the owner, and the servers. I was always welcomed with open arms! When I read some of the negative reviews, I wonder if we're even going to the same bar. Well, the owner has a great personality, which is part of his charm. And that's precisely why I love him. A bar with character, a fantastic team, and an owner who's genuine. In short, everything I love!

08/10/2026: Good bakery. It opens very early, which is rare these days. A wide variety of sweet and savory items, even when it opens at 5:30 am. Friendly service.

25/09/2026: A beautiful facade that makes you want to go in, but you should only admire it from the outside! After paying €30 for three frankly disgusting "trompe l'oeil" murals that ended up in the bin and a bland baguette, we were very disappointed with this establishment and will never set foot in it again.

27/10/2026: Still as disastrous as ever. I'm a regular at this restaurant, not by choice but out of desperation; I work in the area so I go there often, but it's clear that with each visit, there's a new problem. They manage to serve food we all know is bad, and the service is appalling. Every day, the bins are overflowing, the floor is sticky, it's disgusting. Tonight, a 1 hour 20 minute wait at the drive-thru, no apology or anything, and it's far from the first time. Every night, the staff is understaffed, so there's at least an hour's wait, which leads to a cacophony of honking horns and disgruntled customers.

27/10/2026: Bad sandwich to start. I pointed out that the payment terminal wasn't working, and they practically laughed at me. Then we ordered a sundae, and there were no peanuts on it. Since I'm not a regular, I asked if that was normal, and they said no, but that was that. I don't recommend this restaurant, if you can even call it that!

29/09/2026: Zero for the job, she only gave me half the ice cream. I asked her to add a little more. She told me no, don't bother, I'm not coming back. And when you put it in the takeaway kiosk, they don't even give you a bag; I have to ask them for one myself.

25/08/2026: So disappointed. First, the churro had a dough that tasted like it had no salt, practically raw. I ordered the goat cheese and honey, and I got a little bit of goat cheese, then a ton of Gruyère. My kids ordered two hot sandwiches: one with cordon bleu and Algerian sauce, and one with chicken tenders and burger sauce. BUT WHERE'S THE SAUCE??? It couldn't be drier. My husband ordered a taco with the basic sauce, which is supposed to be cheese, but again, it was MISSING. I obviously took a picture in case they try to deny it. And all this for €43 😡😡😡 This is definitely the last time they'll see us. Even my dog ​​wouldn't eat it.

04/10/2026: The person in charge on October 4, 2026, at 2:10 PM couldn't even distinguish between a restaurant voucher and a holiday voucher when giving change. She was very unpleasant and completely off-topic. I think she must have been recruited by lottery; there's no other explanation.

02/10/2026: I've ordered click and collect several times and there's always a problem: the order isn't processed even though the establishment is empty, and then they blame it on us, saying we have to make a point of contacting them to process the order… Honestly, this lack of professionalism is unbelievable; it's always the customer's fault.

07/07/2026: Frankly disappointing. The spicy shrimp were undercooked and tasteless, and the samosas were awful. It's a shame; the shop used to be packed, but now it's empty. They're pushing you to buy more. That's it for my family and me; we'll go elsewhere. Making them yourself is disappointing.

12/06/2026: I was wrong to trust the storefront; it clearly stated "Caterer," but I think everything comes from Metro, unfortunately... The quality and flavor were mediocre, yet I paid a lot. I'll never go back, and I've told everyone I know. It's sad not to be able to trust anyone anymore. I'm sad to be eating only Metro or frozen food in this country. 17/09/2026: I've been to this establishment several times because I work in the same shopping center. I'm extremely disappointed with the service, especially from the waitresses who are disrespectful, unpleasant, and don't even say hello. They speak rudely. One of them doesn't speak French (the recruitment process was a complete failure). I ordered pasta with cheese, and she said "pasta" with an Italian word I didn't know. I told her, "I don't speak Italian, I want pasta with cheese, please." She made me repeat it a second time in Italian. Then, once I got to work to eat, knowing I only had an hour break, I realized it was pasta with meat, and I don't eat meat. I went back, and she laughed at me. There was no compensation whatsoever. I'll never set foot in there again. I've been several times. Each time I was disrespected, but this time was the last straw. I had to eat in 10 minutes. It's absolutely ridiculous. This happened at noon, it's evening now, I still hate her for who she thinks she is. We all work, it's hard, but respect people, you slut.

05/10/2026: What a disgrace this McDonald's is! Every time we go, there are problems: the wait is incredibly long for a fast-food chain, there are always issues with the orders, and the staff are so incompetent! You can't really blame them, they're young and learning, but don't they have supervisors to help them? Tonight was the last straw. My daughter and her friend placed a takeout order for the whole family at 7:54 PM... nothing happened. Their order had apparently been canceled. They were told they'd follow up, and still nothing. At 9:05 PM, they finally got a refund, and... the kids were starving (not to mention the disappointment). They saw orders being thrown away. A guy was dancing instead of working. A joke! This McDonald's is definitely one to avoid! We won't be spending another euro there. BURGER KING, what are you waiting for to open a store in La Ciotat?
