06/09/2026: Huge wait at the drive-thru in the blazing sun. I ordered a simple Big Toasty. I got charged double. And there was no cheese, just a huge amount of sauce. Really disappointing at €17.

05/09/2026: Very unhappy with the security guard who refused to let us join friends upstairs who had ordered for us, claiming there were rules and that the manager was there, even though he himself doesn't respect the rules of his job by using his phone.

05/09/2026: Terrible service and a long wait despite ordering remotely

31/08/2026: I did a click and collect order in the parking lot today because I had my dog ​​in the car. Firstly, the parking spaces weren't free, and there was no one inside the cars (so they were badly parked and didn't seem very concerned about blocking traffic). I parked nearby with my hazard lights on. I received a notification that my order was ready at 2:41 AM, but it still hadn't arrived at 1:05 PM. I was forced to go to the drive-thru and wait another fifteen minutes to finally get my order, which was cold and without a single word of apology for the oversight... I won't be going back there because I find it very unprofessional!

28/09/2026: This McDonald's needs to rethink its priorities. Every time, it's either the wait is too long or something is missing from the order. And then, when we complain, we have to justify ourselves by showing our bags. What a joke. It's truly pathetic. The management at this McDonald's needs a complete overhaul. They should all be in training. It makes you wonder.

28/08/2026: We ordered two Chicago Bacon Best Off meals at the drive-thru. I was served one sandwich without lettuce or onion, and no cheese between the two meats, and the second one had no cheese at all… they're simply taking customers for fools, because when we got home we were surprised and couldn't say anything. We had the same ones at the McDonald's in Millau and they were delicious; here we threw them away, they were inedible. So, there you have it, a well-deserved negative review.

14/08/2026: Maison César in La Rose has become my go-to for lunch when I haven't had time to cook anything. There's always a wide selection, the products are good, and the value for money is unbeatable. The bread is also excellent. A convenient, generous, and reliable place to eat every day!

07/07/2026: Frankly disappointing. The spicy shrimp were undercooked and tasteless, and the samosas were awful. It's a shame; the shop used to be packed, but now it's empty. They're pushing you to buy more. That's it for my family and me; we'll go elsewhere. Making them yourself is disappointing.

12/06/2026: I was wrong to trust the storefront; it clearly stated "Caterer," but I think everything comes from Metro, unfortunately... The quality and flavor were mediocre, yet I paid a lot. 06/09/2026: Bad experience at the McDonald's in Senas. Many of the kiosks were out of order, resulting in extremely long waits to place our orders. With the loyalty program, we were entitled to a free meal, which we selected in addition to our order. When we were finally served, the meal was missing... We asked a crew member who went to ask his manager. The result? There was a glitch, and we weren't the only ones affected... unfortunately, this wasn't taken into account. We had to go back to the kiosk and order the meal again... there were always people at the kiosks... I wasted 10 minutes ordering again, and my family was served in the meantime... in short, a complete mess!

22/09/2026: I don't even know where to begin, it's such a mess and a rip-off. I paid for a meal, a sandwich, and some nuggets, and I ended up with a completely different order that cost half the price I paid. What's more, the manager checked it right in front of me and, after I had my doubts, insisted it was my order. Now I have to unwrap the sandwiches every time to make sure it's actually my order. They're quick to chat with me about their current offers, but they can't even manage to prepare my order properly. This isn't the first time things have gone wrong at this McDonald's, so bon appétit and avoid this McDonald's at all costs. Marignane isn't that far away, and I'll definitely be making the detour from now on.

04/09/2026: Worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at. The dining area was littered with trash, the seats had holes in them, the tables were rotten, and in the kitchen and behind the counter, there were about ten people in a kitchen in a terrible state. Hamburger buns were everywhere, under the fryers, and fries were scattered all over the floor. There were brand-new wrappers lying around, and raw steaks were also on the floor. All the crew members walked by, and no one cleaned up. The worst part is there weren't even ten people in the restaurant, so there's no excuse. The manager walked by but said nothing; apparently, he thought it was normal. A report will be filed tomorrow with McDonald's France and the health department. To top it all off, the crew member who served us was wearing a t-shirt that hadn't been washed in ages and was made up like a stolen car. This McDonald's is truly shameful. You can't even call it a McDonald's; the right word would be: filth.
