Special mention goes to the beef dish, which is simply excellent: tender meat, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. A true delight from start to finish. We also really appreciate being able to chat with Chef Pierre-Jean at the end of our meal: he always takes the time to greet his customers, and this thoughtful touch makes all the difference.
