21/01/2025: Delouss Pasta is a real gem for pasta lovers. As soon as you enter, you are warmly welcomed in a friendly and elegant atmosphere. The dishes are a real treat: the pasta is fresh, perfectly cooked, and the sauces are bursting with authentic flavors. I particularly loved the carbonara pasta, a harmonious mix of textures and tastes (maybe a little too much pepper). The portions are generous, and you can feel the attention to detail, from plating to the quality of the ingredients. The service is impeccable: fast, smiling, and attentive. Special mention to the chocolate cake, which perfectly concluded this meal. In summary, Delouss Pasta is a must-have for Italian food lovers. Whether for a meal with friends, a romantic meal or a family outing, this is an address not to be missed. Well done to the whole team, I will come back with great pleasure!

25/06/2025: This was one of our very favorite experiences in France! It is a new concept by the chefs who want to combine exceptional gastronomy with a warm and pleasant evening. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening. Wonderful ambiance, fun environment, spectacular food combined with out-of- this- world wines! I wish we had skipped other Michellin stared restaurants and just returned to this one again and again!

In the exceptional setting of a Provençal country house, your taste buds will be stimulated by the seasonal dishes from the "Menu Cézanne" currently on offer. Olivia will do her utmost to make you feel welcomed and pampered. Mickaël's dishes will surprise you! Come spend an unforgettable evening on Friday or Saturday nights, or on Thursday nights for the "wine & cheese/pâté en croute" evening. (Mickaël's pâté en croute is sublime!) 14/11/2024: Une magnifique découverte dans le centre ville d’Arles. Dès l’accueil, on est assuré de passer un bon moment, car on sent l’authenticité et l’originalité. La terrine chaude de sanglier est un délice, les rognons parfaitement bien maîtrisés, et le dessert est classique, mais généreux. On est dans un « restaurant de copains », où l’on se sent comme à la maison et où l’on retrouve les valeurs de partage, d’excellence et de convivialité. Merci pour ce délicieux moment magique et hors du temps.
