The place is magnificent, with a splendid swimming pool and a peaceful, charming setting. The staff is lovely, warm, and always attentive. We also highly recommend the massage offered as an additional service: a truly relaxing experience. An unforgettable stay in an exceptional location. We will gladly return!

17/08/2026: A perfect stay at Mas de la Marine! A magical moment in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. The setting is magnificent, peaceful, and quintessentially Provençal. A huge thank you to Ève for her incredibly warm welcome and thoughtful touches that made all the difference! We also loved Alya’s Garden: excellent bistronomic cuisine, delicious, fresh, and bursting with local flavors. A place where you'll truly enjoy a meal thanks to chef Sylvestre Wahid and his entire team, in a friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

26/08/2026: I regularly eat at Café de Caumont. The setting is beautiful, and the dishes are well-prepared and delicious. On August 24, 2026, we ordered the set menu of two salads of the day and two pastries. A very affable, smiling, but somewhat pushy waiter served us our two salads of the day. When it came time for the pastry (raspberry tart), he brought only one tart for two people, with two place settings. I expressed my surprise, as two pastries were ordered. "I can cut it in half; it's almost the same thing," the waiter told me. I asked him to bring what was ordered. When it came time to pay, I noticed that the two set menus were indeed listed on the bill, but an additional salad dish had also appeared. "Surprise!" I pointed this out to the same waiter, who told me there was a mistake; €23.50 more! I had to have the bill corrected and pay €23.50 less. Moral of the story: Everything is great at Café de Caumont! But be vigilant about what the waiters offer you and check your bill carefully.

20/07/2026: I rarely leave reviews, but the reception we received from the cashier this past Thursday, July 16th, at 7:15 pm justifies this review. We had called before coming to check the latest opening time, and the person we spoke to confirmed that the fish shop was ready to welcome us. Upon our arrival, the three staff members were already tidying up. The cashier's tone of voice, sighs, facial expression, and overall demeanor made her annoyance obvious. We pointed out that we were the ones who had just called. It made no difference. When my brother, who had gone to park the car, joined us, she asked, "Are there still others arriving?" A customer already seated at a table watched the scene, glancing at us several times, his eyes wide, clearly bewildered by what he was witnessing. When it came time to choose our fish, we asked for advice. We weren't given any real advice. When I mentioned that my brother was the one among us who knew and appreciated fish the most, the first question we were asked was, "So, what's your budget?" There were four of us men. None of us had mentioned any price constraints, and the products offered were mostly priced between 10 and 30 euros. We were simply asking for recommendations on fish. We then chose our fish and placed our order, which also included tarama. We asked for bread to go with it. We were initially told that they were out, that the establishment got its bread from the neighboring bakery, which was going to close, and that it would be "complicated." Someone eventually went to get some, and a first basket was brought to us. While we were eating, we saw the employees eating the same bread. When we asked for another basket, we were told that they were out too. If the team no longer wished to receive customers at 7:15 pm, they simply needed to let us know when we called. We would have come another time. Making us travel there, then making us feel from beginning to end that our presence was a nuisance, constitutes a profoundly disrespectful and unacceptable level of service.

19/07/2026: Incredible!!! We came to Viot simply asking for a takeaway platter, hoping to sample a little bit of everything. We didn't give them many details and trusted them to put together the platter. The restaurant's reputation is clearly well-deserved. The prices are higher than elsewhere, but the quality more than justifies them: it truly rivals that of an excellent gourmet restaurant. Each fish had its own unique character: incredible textures, impeccable freshness, no unpleasant odors or aftertastes, only very refined, delicate, and nuanced flavors. You can tell they've put a lot of thought into the selection, cutting, and combination. Every bite was different, and the whole thing was a veritable feast. It's probably one of the best raw fish platters I've ever eaten. An exceptional experience that I recommend without hesitation.

07/09/2026: 3 stars, but that's being generous and only because the shrimp weren't even heated properly on the hotplate! The cheap frozen steamed assortment wasn't good, and the wine wasn't good either. A starter, main course, and drink cost €27; for that price, you're better off going to the all-you-can-eat buffet, which was closed tonight. Luckily, when you go to Vietnam, the quality is incomparable, and the prices are half or even a third of what you'd pay.

04/09/2026: "Always flawless!" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been to Palais d'Hanoï in Château-Renard several times and I'm never disappointed. It's another perfect experience! The welcome is always so warm and friendly; you immediately feel at ease. As for the food, it's a delight: authentic traditional cuisine with flavors that are a refreshing change from the usual fare. And what value for money! The portions are generous and very hearty; you really get your money's worth. It's rare to find a place that maintains such consistent quality. If you're looking for a good Asian restaurant in Château-Renard, don't hesitate: go for it without hesitation. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

26/08/2026: Closes too early. 7:30 PM. And in a shop, a salesperson wouldn't let us in after 7 PM, explaining that they closed at 7:30 PM. I told him I was just looking at something. If I wasn't going to buy anything, could I leave quickly? He refused. 🤔
