My only minor complaint is that, rather than raising prices, some products have shrunk in size over time, notably the Choco XL. This doesn't detract from the quality of the products, which remain among the best you can find.

12/07/2026: While in Marseille, I had the opportunity to visit Les Minots de République on numerous occasions and sample their pastries, sandwiches, and cakes. The quality-price ratio is excellent. Special mention goes to their croissants and pain au chocolat! If you're ever in the area, don't hesitate to stop by.

10/08/2026: The place is fantastic. A large, long industrial building, redesigned and renovated, with a walkway offering respite from the heat and a calming atmosphere. It's much less crowded than the Terrasses du Port shopping center across the street. Each courtyard has its own unique architectural design; it's really lovely.

Our table wasn't ready when we arrived despite our reservation (a 15-minute wait), and we were seated right next to the singer: the entertainment wasn't really to my liking if you're looking to have a conversation. The service was adequate, nothing more, and the gnocchi were good but not exceptional. Unfortunately, I had serious digestive problems the very next day.

My seafood scallops were exquisite, the octopus served to my husband was perfectly cooked, and the traditional Italian lasagna was perfect, even if the children were surprised to find hard-boiled eggs in it. The service was discreet yet efficient. In short, we highly recommend it!

14/07/2026: We came yesterday and had a good day, except for the long wait for our meals. We came to relax, not rush, so it wasn't a big deal. The food didn't match our order, and to make matters worse, the fries tasted like they were from the end of a bag—very small pieces of fries and no salad, no sauce 😩. Otherwise, the welcome was great, everyone was super friendly, and it's a fairly family-friendly place. Thank you for the warm welcome, and it's very kid-friendly.

27/07/2026: An excellent restaurant in Martigues! La Royal Terrasse truly deserves its 5 stars. The food is superb, the service impeccable, and the entire team incredibly friendly. A little tip: be sure to book in advance if you want to enjoy the terrace, as it's very popular. But it's absolutely worth it! The setting is peaceful and sumptuous, with a magnificent view of the port. An experience I highly recommend. We will definitely be back!
