19/03/2026: Not being a coffee drinker, I don't know much about it. I went there to buy a gift and was greeted by a very kind, welcoming, and patient lady. She was able to meet my expectations and teach me things, all with a smile—a real pleasure! ☺️ Finally, the shop is clean with a good selection of coffees and teas. I even enjoyed a tea there, as well as various other products like chocolate, cakes, and even honey, which looked delicious.

27/08/2026: Having frequented the Five Guys chain, I wasn't disappointed by this restaurant. I went there twice during my stay in Lille, and I was always pleasantly surprised by the staff's friendliness. As for the rest, there are no surprises if you're familiar with the Five Guys chain.

26/08/2026: INCREDIBLE! Honorable mention to the dedicated and high-quality staff. At the risk of being a bit over-enthusiastic and hyperbolic, I'm giving this fast food place, which I hadn't tried before, a perfect score... and what a discovery!! Admittedly, the first thing you learn about this fast food place is a little hesitant... a standard burger for over €10... no student discount, fries and drinks are extra... BUT, creating a Five Guys account gives you a promo code for free fries, you just have to pay for the drinks, and you get a sort of mini burger for €15... okay... AND THAT'S WHEN THE MOMENT TRANSITIONALS. Our orders arrive quickly, which is a pleasant surprise. The free fries, described as "average," would blow McDonald's big fries out of the water (both in quantity and quality). The cheeseburger (which was slightly more expensive than the competition) turned out to be DELICIOUS, FAR superior to those of other chains, and now my favorite, I think. In a world where you can easily pay up to €11-15 for fast food meals (the best of/maxi best of), the comparison is just insane. Not to mention the unlimited drinks and the slightly "old-school American" atmosphere of the fast food restaurant, you have a reason to write a positive review on Google! Have a good day!

15/07/2026: The burger is very good, however, with every order, whether delivery or takeout, there's a problem with the fries. They're either far too salty or rock hard and therefore inedible. And often the sauces are missing. It's a shame because at the price of the burger with a drink and fries, it would be nice to have the entire meal decent.

06/07/2026: We had been coming to this restaurant for years, several times each summer, and we always recommended it to everyone we knew. It's precisely because we were such loyal customers that what followed was all the more disappointing. The meal went very well until dessert. We ordered two chocolate fondant cakes: one was perfectly gooey, the other completely overcooked, dry, and dense. We simply and politely pointed this out to the waiter, without being aggressive, thinking it was an isolated incident. After a quick trip to the kitchen, he returned with this response: “Your daughter was lucky.” In other words, the botched dessert in front of me was considered normal. No self-reflection, no apology, no spontaneous offer of a replacement. It wasn't the cake itself that was the problem. Nor was it the €9 dessert, especially when you're paying a bill of €132 for three people. What's unacceptable is the blatant disregard shown to a customer who simply reports a clearly defective product. When I expressed my disappointment, the owner finally offered a refund… but only after the situation had escalated. A gesture of goodwill is only valuable when it's sincere and spontaneous, not when it's offered reluctantly. The final straw was the owner's intervention. She came out of the restaurant to tell me, "You're the ones who are pathetic, making a fuss over a chocolate cake when people are starving." A completely irrelevant, inappropriate, and deeply disrespectful argument. We were simply in a restaurant, as a family, paying for a service. As with any service, it's normal to expect a product that meets our standards and a minimum of consideration when a problem is reported. What's making us leave today isn't a chocolate cake. It's the arrogance, the complete lack of self-reflection, and the customer service that, in our opinion, are unworthy of an establishment claiming to be a restaurant. Losing loyal customers over a €9 dessert is already regrettable. Losing them through a lack of professionalism and humility is even more so. We won't be back. And that's a real shame, because we genuinely liked this place.

30/08/2026: What a find! The best pizza I've ever had. It's the fresh French tomatoes in the sauce. Wanted to go back, but closed on Sundays. Best to get a reservation. Highly recommended.
